Supreme Sword God

Chapter 730 729: Framing and Escape!

Meanwhile, on the other side.

Ye Chen, along with Situ Wenhai and He Jie, left the territory of the Celestial Demon Sect and began searching for a suitable place to conspire.

”This spot looks good.” Situ Wenhai pointed to an area not far away covered with piled rocks.

Ye Chen nodded and dove down.

Situ Wenhai and He Jie immediately followed.

”Situ Wenhai, are you in the Dharma Realm?” Ye Chen asked.

”Yes.”

”Which level?”

”Why does His Highness Saki ask?”

Ye Chen replied casually, ”Just purely curious. If you donʼt want to say, thatʼs fine.”

As he said this, Situ Wenhai felt too embarrassed to remain silent and said, ”Level two.”

Ye Chen calculated in his mind and thought it wasnʼt a big issue.

As for He Jie, he couldnʼt be bothered to ask.

The Heaven-Reaching Realm is like garbage, the kind easily cut down in heaps.

”His Highness Saki, tell us about your plan first!” Situ Wenhai urged.

”No rush, it seems we have a tail following us.” Ye Chen looked into the distance.

Situ Wenhai and He Jie also looked over but didnʼt see anything.

Ye Chen said calmly, ”If theyʼre from the Celestial Demon Sect, how do you plan to handle it?”

”How does His Highness Saki plan to handle it?” Situ Wenhai retorted.

Ye Chen said, ”Kill them if you can, if not, weʼll figure it out later.”

Situ Wenhai didnʼt respond, choosing silence.

He Jie said, ”If we kill someone from the Celestial Demon Sect here, Iʼm afraid...”

Before He Jie could finish, Ye Chen interrupted, ”I was just speaking hypothetically. Are you scared already? Coward, even if youʼre just a minor figure, you should still have grand dreams!”

He Jie dismissed the thought of speaking further.

From the beginning until now, this Demon Raceʼs His Highness Saki hadnʼt given him a chance to speak a complete sentence, and this was the consequence of weakness.

Change!

I will change everything!

He Jie roared in his heart!

”Swoosh!”

A demonic blade was unsheathed, dense Demonic Qi surged, and in an instant, a black flash of the blade split He Jie in half.

He Jie, who had been shouting in his heart to change everything, was dead beyond dead!

”Your Highness Saki, you...”

Situ Wenhai suddenly moved back a bit, his body surging with power, staring at Ye Chen, his eyes full of vigilance.

Ye Chen said calmly, ”I donʼt need weaklings here. I already gave He Jie a chance, but he disappointed me too much.

If he had the guts to finish a sentence, I wouldnʼt look down on him like this.

Situ Wenhai, deep down, you also look down on He Jie, donʼt you?

Such a person, if included in our plan, would definitely hold us back.

Since weʼve brought him here, even if he doesnʼt participate in formulating the plan, he has to die, otherwise, he might immediately go to the Celestial Demon Sect and leak our intentions.”

Situ Wenhaiʼs expression changed unpredictably.

The words werenʼt wrong.

He Jie couldnʼt join the plan, his weak nature destined him to fail in achieving great things!

But Situ Wenhai felt that something was not quite right.

Ye Chen continued, ”Situ Wenhai, you donʼt have to be so on guard against me. Youʼre in the Dharma Realm, and Iʼm just Seven Holes to Heaven. This place was chosen by you, so I couldnʼt have arranged any forces here in advance.

Moreover, I have no reason to harm you.

I just want to tell you that when the Celestial Demon Sectʼs people come, we both insist that He Jie was killed by them.

No matter if they admit it or not, we mustnʼt back down.

In this way, the Holy Fist Sect is bound to fall out with the Celestial Demon Sect, and by then, the Holy Fist Sect can only collaborate with us!”

Situ Wenhai looked conflicted.

He regretted boarding this demon raceʼs Sakiʼs pirate ship.

Such a ruthless character!

Just then, a figure broke through the air.

A man stood in the air, looking at Ye Chen and Situ Wenhai, and said coldly, ”Your Highness Saki, Brother Situ, itʼs not very safe outside. To be safe, I suggest you come back with me to the Celestial Demon Sect for now.

If something happens to you, the Celestial Demon Sect will have a hard time explaining.”

This person was Liu Ziyang, one of the younger generation of the Celestial Demon Sect.

Ever since Liu Qingʼs son, Liu Chaoran, died, Liu Qing placed all his hopes on Liu Ziyang, treating him as a successor.

Ye Chen sneered and said, ”This is still the territory of the Celestial Demon Sect. Other than the Celestial Demon Sect, no one else could be a threat to us, right.”

”Thatʼs not necessarily true.”

”I donʼt see anything uncertain about it. You Celestial Demon Sect people are so ruthless. Despite our trust in you, and holding alliance talks in your territory, you still mercilessly struck, killing He Jie!” Ye Chen shouted.

Liu Ziyang: ???

Only then did he notice that He Jie, who had always had no presence, was lying in two halves on the ground... With only Saki from the Demon Race and Situ Wenhai present here, itʼs already very clear who the killer is!

”Your Highness Saki, stop talking nonsense, it was you who killed him!” Liu Ziyangʼs face changed, he shouted.

”Iʼm talking nonsense?

I just grew tired of staying in the Celestial Demon Sect for too long, so I asked Situ Wenhai and He Jie along to take a break.

You, Liu Ziyang, with your big airs, immediately followed us accusing us of having ulterior motives, and with a disagreement, killed He Jie!”

”I arrived here, and He Jie was already dead. This has nothing to do with me.” Liu Ziyangʼs face turned livid, and he roared in a low voice.

”You say it has nothing to do with you, and it has nothing to do with you? Both Situ Wenhai and I saw you kill He Jie!” Ye Chen shouted, then, holding a demonic saber, charged at Liu Ziyang.

”Situ Wenhai, join hands with me, or weʼll both die!”

Situ Wenhai looked stunned.

Now, he was completely drawn onto the pirate ship.

”Boom!”

A loud explosion erupted.

The blade aura slashed by Ye Chen was smashed by Liu Ziyang, and the violent air blast sent Ye Chen flying.

Ye Chen skillfully borrowed momentum, controlling his posture, flying backward towards where Situ Wenhai was.

”Trying to frame me, wait till I capture you both, our Celestial Demon Sect has ways to find out the truth and clear my name!” Liu Ziyang shouted in anger, stepping through the air, pursuing Ye Chen.

”Situ Wenhai, help me!”

Situ Wenhai gritted his teeth and leaped up.

Already on this pirate ship, thereʼs no getting off now, just have to see it through to the end!

Situ Wenhaiʼs power erupted, appearing in front of Liu Ziyang in an instant, delivering a punch.

Liu Ziyangʼs strength was visibly stronger than Situ Wenhai, and Situ Wenhai was also sent flying.

”Your Highness Saki, retreat first!” Situ Wenhai steadied his figure, flying towards Ye Chen.

”Neither of you should think about leaving!”

Liu Ziyang once again launched an attack.

He wanted to capture Saki from the Demon Race and Situ Wenhai of the Situ Family back for a thorough interrogation, to bring the truth to light; if they managed to escape, the Celestial Demon Sect would have no way to interrogate them, and he wouldnʼt be able to shake off the accusation of killing He Jie!

”Rumble!”

A powerful force roared, and Liu Ziyangʼs power erupted to the extreme.

A fierce giant python Dharma Aspect was unleashed with a palm strike from Liu Ziyang.

Situ Wenhai also mustered all his strength, sending out a fiery Great Sun Dharma Aspect.

The two Dharma Aspects clashed and collided with each other.

”Boom boom boom!”

The sky shattered, the earth cracked.

”Situ Wenhai, you sacrificed yourself to save me, this favor, I, Saki, will never forget!”

Ye Chen shouted, charging towards Liu Ziyang.

And Situ Wenhai flew backward at just the right moment.

The demonic saber in Ye Chenʼs hand slashed fiercely.

It seemed to be aiming at Liu Ziyang.

But at the last moment, with a flick of Ye Chenʼs wrist, the blade edge turned straight for Situ Wenhaiʼs back, the power of spirit and martial unity erupted abruptly!

”Swish!”

In an instant, Situ Wenhaiʼs body was cleaved in two and exploded, dissipating his spirit completely as well!

Immediately, a tyrannical force ground out, crushing Situ Wenhaiʼs two halves of the body into oblivion, leaving no trace of evidence, lest it cause trouble.

While doing so, he unobtrusively collected the contractual power that spilled from Situ Wenhai after his death.

Liu Ziyang was stunned, the force from his palm strike rippling violently.

Ye Chen slashed with a blade, shredding Liu Ziyangʼs palm force, his figure passed through the storm, reaching Liu Ziyang in an instant, striking with his palm!

The sliver of contractual power that spilled from Situ Wenhai after his death was hidden within Ye Chenʼs palm force.

Liu Ziyang snorted coldly, striking with a palm as well.

”Bang!”

Ye Chenʼs body instantly shot backward like a cannonball.

”Situ Wenhai, you died so miserably, donʼt worry, I, Saki, will avenge you. One day, I will level the Celestial Demon Sect!”

Ye Chen shouted, bursting forth with his utmost speed, fleeing into the distance.

If he doesnʼt leave now… the strongmen of the Celestial Demon Sect will all be arriving!

Itʼs about time now.

Soon, the Celestial Demon Sect, the Situ Clan, the Demon Race, and the Holy Fist Sect will surely be at each otherʼs throats!
