Supreme Devouring God

”The Tongtian Realm! I didn’t expect that I, Kun Weitian, would ever have the chance to become a Tongtian Great Power Adept in this lifetime!”

Kun Weitian was both overjoyed and tearful.

In this world where power is paramount, strength should be the pursuit of every Martial Artist.

”Don’t get too excited just yet, it’s only a possibility after all.”

Gu Qianjue said.

Though he spoke like this, he couldn’t hide the excitement in his eyes.

Even if it’s just a possibility, it’s already invaluable.

The three of them immediately sat cross-legged, preparing to use the Divine Dragon Fruit to break through to the Tongtian Realm.

Qin Chen said to Little Strange, ”This Divine Dragon Fruit is an unparalleled Spirit Fruit. You are heavily injured, so take one as well.”

Little Strange had long been salivating over the Divine Dragon Fruit.

”Thank you, big brother!”

Little Strange jumped around happily.

Completely unrecognizable from when he was battling the Golden Vein Earth Dragon just now.

Qin Chen then turned and walked out of the cave.

Seeing the corpse of the Golden Vein Earth Dragon, Qin Chen felt a stir in his heart.

He took out the Smoke Storage Gourd.

One by one, blood-red ants appeared from the Smoke Storage Gourd, these were the Devouring Ants Qin Chen had obtained in the Telekinesis Origin Realm.

Over a thousand Devouring Ants immediately devoured the Golden Vein Earth Dragon’s corpse clean.

The blood and flesh essence inside the body of the Tongtian Fourth Realm Golden Vein Earth Dragon was an absolute feast for the Devouring Ants.

After consuming it, the aura of each Devouring Ant was significantly enhanced.

”Each Devouring Ant is roughly equivalent to a Late Stage Heavenly Origin Realm Demon Beast. Certainly, this group of Devouring Ants is far more terrifying than a thousand ordinary Demon Beasts.”

”I wonder what the situation with the Yellow Vein Earth Dragon and Mud Scale Beast is like over there?”

Qin Chen put the Devouring Ants back into the Smoke Storage Gourd.

He headed towards that marshland.

When Qin Chen arrived at the marshland, he almost thought he had seen wrong.

What appeared before Qin Chen was no longer a marshland but a sea of blood.

The entire marshland was covered in blood.

The bodies of Mud Scale Beasts and Yellow Vein Earth Dragons were scattered all over.

At this moment, a few remaining Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts were still battling each other.

Of course.

The real battle must have been missed by Qin Chen when he turned back.

Seeing the grounds covered with bodies made Qin Chen imagine the shocking bloody battle that transpired after he left.

”With so many corpses, I wonder if the Devouring Ants could be elevated to the level of the Primordial Flower Realm?”

Qin Chen mused inwardly.

A thousand Devouring Ants at the level of the Primordial Flower Realm, that would be a massive trump card!

Far more intimidating than a legion of soldiers!

”Go!”

Qin Chen released the Devouring Ants.

Faced with so much ”food,” the Devouring Ants were thrilled, just like hungry wolves entering a den of rabbits.

At this moment.

The battling Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts noticed the arrival of these uninvited guests.

Seeing the Devouring Ants consuming the corpses of their kin, the Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts set a common goal.

As they say, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

In the next moment.

The remaining nine Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and over ten Mud Scale Beasts charged at the Devouring Ants together.

”Miserable ants! How dare you!”

A Yellow Vein Earth Dragon shouted.

Qin Chen remained hidden on the side, without taking action.

Because he believed that these remaining Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts posed no threat to the Devouring Ants.

Sure enough.

Seeing these Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts charging, the Devouring Ants united, immediately abandoning the blood and flesh essence, swarming the Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts.

”Crunch, crunch, crunch!”

The terrifying defense of the Mud Scale Beasts, their scales, were chewed through by many Devouring Ants in milliseconds.

One by one, the Devouring Ants burrowed into their bodies, consuming their fresh blood and flesh essence.

The fate of the Yellow Vein Earth Dragons was even worse.

In terms of defense, they were inferior to the Mud Scale Beasts.

Since even the Mud Scale Beasts’ defenses were breached in milliseconds, they stood no chance.

The overwhelming swarm of Devouring Ants was like a plague of locusts, causing the Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts to scream continuously.

They were indeed powerful, but faced with over a thousand Devouring Ants, they were utterly helpless.

In just three minutes.

All nine Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and over ten Mud Scale Beasts were devoured by the Ant Army, their blood and flesh essence consumed alive, and they all perished in painful torment.

”I had previously underestimated the terrifying nature of this group of Devouring Ants, it seems I must cultivate them well in the future!”

Although Qin Chen had expected this.

The brutality of the scene still exceeded his expectations.

Ignoring the Mud Scale Beasts.

The average strength of those nine Yellow Vein Earth Dragons was around the Tongtian Realm.

To be dismantled so effortlessly speaks volumes about the horror of this Devouring Ant swarm.

After dealing with the living Yellow Vein Earth Dragons and Mud Scale Beasts.

With no further concerns, the Devouring Ants began ravenously consuming the corpses scattered across the marshland, a sight that made one’s skin crawl.

They seemed as if they could never be full.

Qin Chen waited for almost half an hour.

Before the vast marshland returned to silence.

Qin Chen observed the Devouring Ants again, noticing that each one had noticeably grown in size, a smile of delight appearing between his brows.

”Just as I expected.”

”The average strength of this Devouring Ant swarm has elevated to the level of the Primordial Flower Realm!”

”The weakest are at the Primordial Flower First Layer, the strongest even reach the Primordial Flower Sixth Layer!”

”Ordinary, slightly weaker Tongtian Realm experts probably wouldn’t last a single breath against this swarm of Devouring Ants.”

Qin Chen laughed as he collected all the Devouring Ants back into the Smoke Storage Gourd and returned to the Giant Mountain.

Upon returning to the Giant Mountain, however.

He was speechless to find that Little Strange, after consuming the Divine Dragon Fruit, had actually broken through again, with his cultivation reaching the Primordial Flower Ninth Layer.

Just one step away from the Tongtian Realm.

”What a monster.”

Qin Chen shook his head, going through the Yellow Vein Earth Dragon’s caves one by one to collect Dragon Breath Grass and various Spirit Essence.

After a while.

Qin Chen had collected a total of 1,832 stalks of Dragon Breath Grass.

And quite a few Spirit Essences like Dragon Scale Fruit.

”Although I’ve lost the Body Refinement treasure, the Divine Light Pearl, these Dragon Breath Grasses are more practical for me!”

Qin Chen was very satisfied.

He immediately entered the God Devouring Crystal space, starting to refine Dragon Breath Grass to enhance his Physical Body Cultivation.

After three days.

A total of fifteen days had passed for Qin Chen, and he had refined over 800 stalks of Dragon Breath Grass, his Physical Body Cultivation breaking through two levels.

Reaching the Primordial Flower Sixth Layer.

He even had the potential to continue breaking through with more time.

The reason Qin Chen awakened from his cultivation was due to some commotion outside.

He left the God Devouring Crystal space, and surprisingly discovered that the nine levels of the Great Dao had appeared sometime on the Sky Dome.

Qin Chen then looked at Qian Dao, who was sitting cross-legged on a rock, and a smile appeared on his face: ”The first Tongtian Great Power Adept is about to be born!”
