Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 387: Mutual Destruction

”Dragon Fist.”

”!!!” Alavenya widened her eyes. She forgot about this. It might be due to Nathanʼs ridiculous familiars or his weird abilities and weapon, but she really forgot about this. The Dragon Fist was something that he got by scamming her father.

The dragon let out a roar as the impact hit her stomach.

”Gah.” She spat a mouthful of blood before flying into the air.

Everyone couldnʼt help but widen their eyes in shock. What had they just witnessed? Did Nathan just use the Dragon Fist? Was it the same Dragon Fist that Alavenya used?

”This… Isnʼt this the Dragon Fist?”

”Why can he use the same technique? Alavenya has been saying that she comes here to beat Nathan up. However, why?”

”Right? She has never told us the reason.”

”Donʼt tell me. The Dragon Fist technique was stolen by Nathan…”

”Impossible. The only ones who know that technique are the Dragon King himself and Alavenya. Donʼt tell me, something happened between them? Maybe they were a couple, and it turned out to be just a pretense for Nathan to snatch the Dragon Fist from her?”

”If thatʼs the case, Selena and Sera should have known about it.”

Filia also wanted to speculate, but she had to remain commenting on the match.

Sullivan was the one to clarify it. ”Well, from what Iʼve heard, the Dragon King gave it to him. I donʼt know the details, but itʼs through a legitimate way. Thatʼs all I can say.”

”…” The people became even more speechless.

”Legitimate way?”

”What kind of legitimate way are we talking about?”

”Donʼt tell me, Nathan has been chosen to become the Dragon Kingʼs son-in-law? ”Is that why he is given the technique?”

”The Dragon King and Nathan should have something in common. They are closer to the beasts than any of us.”

Sullivanʼs comments ended up being misunderstood, and the matter became even bigger.

Selenaʼs eyebrows twitched. ”Donʼt tell me. He has planned all this? He knows they will misunderstand him.

Sera nodded in agreement. ”I think we have to demand an answer from him today.”

”I agree.” Selena narrowed her eyes.

Nathan was just enjoying himself in a fight.

After blowing Alavenya into the air, he finally formed sixty bullets.

Now that she was in the air, she would be unable to protect herself.

”Iron Body!” Alavenya had no other choice but to take them head-on. She could see Nathan was actually reaching for his gun while controlling his bullets.

Boom!

Several explosions hit her and blasted her to the ground.

”Kh.” Alavenya breathed heavily. She never thought she would be reduced to this state since the battle began. Her arms started refusing to move due to the wounds, her legs were almost broken. On the other hand, Nathan looked pretty fine.

Alavenya endured all the pain. She only had two more chances, but it didnʼt seem she would last longer than one more time.

All the injuries had caught up to her.

ʼIt seems I really have no other choice but to do that.ʼ Alavenya bit her lips. Although she didnʼt want to do this, that was her only chance of beating Nathan.

Nathan knew it was coming.

Alavenya made one last leap, this time, reappearing right before his eyes.

”!!!” Nathan widened his eyes. It didnʼt seem she wanted to punch or kick him, so he was confused.

He became even more confused when Alavenya stretched both hands forward as if she was trying to hug him.

Nathan wanted to get away because he felt something was off. Whether it was fortunate or unfortunate, he couldnʼt escape.

And she did hug him.

”Huh?” Nathan noticed her hands were not touching his back. Her arms started moving in a circular motion. ”Donʼt tell me…”

”You made me do this. I will kill you and myself together.” Alavenya grinned. She activated her Iron Body as she made one last motion for the Dragon Grappling.

That was right. She attached herself to him and used the Dragon Grappling so that they would be in the middle of the torrential wave. This time, not only their arms, but their entire body would be shredded apart.

There were a lot of reactions Nathan had, but for some reason, a smile appeared on his face. He said, ”Youʼre insane.”

Dragon Grappling.

The torrential wave engulfed both of them.

”Wait. Thatʼs dangerous. Anubis!” Jinwu pointed at Nathan.

”Oh!” Anubis panicked and immediately activated his healing ability to the fullest.

Nathan and Alavenya were being shredded apart. Alavenya endured this with her Iron Body, but it was useless. She was too wounded that her consciousness was giving up. As long as Nathan was knocked out, the battle would end in a draw. In the end, not getting his familiarsʼ help was a serious mistake for Nathan.

Alavenya grinned as she saw Nathan having the same fate. While closing her eyes, she said, ʼHeh. Fools. Iʼll beat you up in the infirmary.ʼ

Unfortunately for her, this was one of the reasons he asked for Zalton to make the uniform as soon as possible. He specifically mentioned he had an important battle.

The uniform absorbed at least half of the damage.

Wounds appeared and were closed again and again until the torrential wave knocked him away.

Both of them fell at the same time, showing no movement.

However, Alavenyaʼs familiars disappeared as a sign of her getting knocked out. On the other hand, Nathan remained motionless for the time being, causing the entire arena to fall silent.

They were staring at Nathan intensely. Even though his familiars hadnʼt been recalled, there was a chance he would be knocked out as well, so Jason hadnʼt declared the result yet.

It took him ten seconds before his body twitched. Nathan gritted his teeth and used his hands to lift up his body while shouting, ”Aaargghhh!”

The people dropped their jaws to the ground. They couldnʼt believe this was the result, but it was real.

Nathan raised his right hand up in the air as Jason announced, followed by a huge cheer. ”Nathan won!”
