Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 726 Ancestor

ʼInteresting,ʼ Kyle thought as he read through the document. ʼItʼs not that the area is only for Crushers. Itʼs just that no one stronger than a Crusher is allowed there. There are Primals and Transcendents as well, but they donʼt really have as much of an incentive to go there.ʼ

ʼIt makes more sense for them to live in the normal world since itʼs easier to get resources for them. However, there are still a few that are interested in joining different powers in the Secondary Sector.ʼ

ʼOf course, there are also several Secondary Sectors, but they are pretty far apart. You know, I think these Secondary Sectors specifically exist for Crushers that want to become Legendary. Itʼs kind of a way to allow them to have an impact on the world without fearing enemy assassination.ʼ

ʼWell, kinda. Itʼs just that itʼs harder to find them there.ʼ

ʼAlthough we still have to be careful. Technically, we are in the Contrast Empireʼs territory, and they are the ones who made the rule. If weʼre too noticeable, they might realize that weʼre from the Array of Stars, and things would become very ugly.ʼ

ʼEven more, other Higher Supreme Organizations might also use this specific Secondary Sector for their talented Disciples.ʼ

ʼIn short, everything looks normal on the surface, but if you look closer, youʼre bound to find several small Organizations that are actually led by powerful Disciples from other powerful Organizations.ʼ

ʼItʼs just very difficult to find them due to the Realm Cloak that every Organization hands to their Disciples.ʼ

Naturally, the strong Organizations wouldnʼt send their most talented Disciples to such a place if they couldnʼt hide their identities.

One of these methods to hide identities was the Realm Cloak.

It was just a small pin that mimicked the fluctuations of a certain Realm.

Kyle could choose what kind of fluctuations his Realm Cloak would give off.

In essence, if he wore it, any other Seeker would believe that he was a Major or Advanced Crusher. This would do wonders when it came to hiding his identity.

After all, it was expected for an Advanced Crusher to kill another Advanced Crusher.

ʼWe also get access to Law Wells, but we have to leave the Secondary Sector in order to go to them. Additionally, we are not allowed to send any of our new members there since theyʼre not part of the Array of Stars.ʼ

ʼOtherwise, we have to get our own resources, and we also have to recruit our own members.ʼ

ʼIn essence, we have to build an entire Organization on our own.ʼ

Kyle took a deep breath as he read through the document.

ʼThis is not going to be easy. It sounds like a lot of work. I wouldnʼt even know where to start.ʼ

After everyone read through the document, they went back to Swamp Dragonʼs room to plan.

”Alright,” Star Genesis said, ”we need to make a plan for our Organization. We need a name, a code of conduct, roles, rules, and so on.”

”I have no idea,” Kyle said with a sigh. ”I never made an Organization. I had some managerial role before, but Iʼm honestly not sure if I was actually good at it.”

”You donʼt have to do everything yourself,” Star Genesis said. ”You are our most powerful Seeker, but you donʼt necessarily have to be our Head if you believe thatʼs not the right job for you.”

”Thanks and sorry,” Kyle said. Technically, it was his job to be the leader since he was the strongest, and he felt a bit bad about not living up to expectations.

Manny smiled with a bit of excitement. ”Iʼm pretty good at gathering information. My Complex Law gives me a lot of tools to manipulate people. I donʼt think I would be a good Head or Elder, but Iʼm amazing at going undercover. If thereʼs a job like that, I would be glad to take it.”

Star Genesis nodded. ”Information is one of our most important resources. As long as we know our enemy, we can make plans to deal with them. It would be best if you were our spy or undercover agent. You could infiltrate other powers, gather information, and help us during the battle.”

Manny smiled and showed a thumbs-up. ”Count me in!”

Then, Star Genesis looked at Kyle. ”I think you should be our Ancestor.”

”Ancestor?” Kyle asked in surprise. ”I havenʼt heard of that job before.”

”Not many Organizations still use the concept of an Ancestor,” Swamp Dragon said from beside Star Genesis. ”In the past, it was normal for the most powerful member of the Organization to stay outside of day-to-day activities. The most powerful member is supposed to focus on their power, and they only get involved when the Organization is about to face a calamity.”

”The role of Ancestor is rarely used nowadays since it doesnʼt incentivize the strongest member to support the Organization. There were many cases in which the Ancestor siphoned resources out of the Organization, and after advancing, many of them simply left and joined another Organization.”

”Because of that, it became normal for the most powerful member to also be the leader of the Organization. In that way, the most powerful member also has an incentive to make the Organization prosper,” Swamp Dragon explained.

”Oh, I get it,” Kyle said. ”Itʼs the same reason why CEOs also get a lot of shares in their company.”

The other three were a bit confused.

None of them were really familiar with how things worked on Earth since none of them had ever been on one of the Earths.

”I would assume so,” Star Genesis said. ”I think the job of Ancestor would be right for you, but you also need to get involved from time to time. Power is the most important resource an Organization has, and if you donʼt show your power from time to time, it will be more difficult for us to grow.”

”In essence, I want you to be our muscle, while someone else will be the brain.”

”Makes sense,” Kyle said. ”Sure, I can be the Ancestor.”

Star Genesis and Swamp Dragon looked at each other. ”What about us?” Star Genesis asked.

It was clear that one of the two would become the Head, while the other one would become the Vice-Head.

”Iʼm fine with you being the Head,” Swamp Dragon said calmly.

”Iʼm also fine with you being the Head,” Star Genesis said. ”To be honest, I will have a lot of things to do. I know a lot about Formation Arrays, and I plan to learn more about them. Formation Arrays are one of our most important tools, and we need a variety of them.”

”I will mostly be focusing on our Formation Arrays, and Iʼm not sure if I have the time to also lead an Organization.”

Swamp Dragon. ”I agree with you, but I plan on mostly leading and educating our Disciples and Elders. I will probably also assume command over our forces. I will be more of a Head Elder or General. Itʼs not proper for the Head to constantly be in contact with every Disciple and Elder.”

”Okay,” Kyle said from the side, ”what about this? Star Genesis is our Head and acts in the background, and Swamp Dragon will be our Disciplinary Elder. Star Genesis makes all the decisions, but Swamp Dragon has the right to veto some of her decisions. We can have our own little separation of powers.”

”As the Ancestor, I technically also have the power to veto anything you two do, but I probably wonʼt use it. Iʼm just the muscle, and I know that you two know more about leading an Organization than me.”

Star Genesis and Swamp Dragon looked at each other.

”That sounds good,” Star Genesis said.

Swamp Dragon nodded. Kyle smiled. ”Then, we got our roles.”

”Now, how do we get a foothold?”
