Reincarnation Paradise Park

On the streets of Fuyuki City, although it was only nine o’clock at night, the streets were already deserted. The Fifth Holy Grail War began ahead of schedule, and the Holy Church and the Magician Association carried out emergency mitigation, and the empty streets were their handiwork.

Of course, not all Masters follow the rules. There are many Masters like Shirou Emiya, who have no understanding of the Holy Grail War.

At this moment, the Holy Grail War has just started, and the parties involved are relatively restrained. The most active Cu Chulainn has only been dispatched to gather intelligence and find opportunities to assassinate other Masters, clearly belonging to the type that’s been let loose.

If Su Xiao guessed correctly, Cu Chulainn’s Master is Kotomine Kirei, the old schemer. During the Fourth Holy Grail War, the relatively young Kirei Kotomine was assassinated by Su Xiao—throat cut while dining. In the current Blood Gate adventure group’s storyline progress, Kotomine Kirei is not dead but has become an Agent of the Holy Church, overseeing this Holy Grail War.

As an overseer, Kirei Kotomine shouldn’t usually participate in the Holy Grail War. However, this guy seems to abide by the rules, but in reality, he’s the most unruly guy. After completing the ‘patricide achievement,’ the demon in his heart was completely unleashed, and now he clearly wants to find that ‘pleasure’ feeling again through the Fifth Holy Grail War.

A young Kirei Kotomine was already a cunning old fox, now having entered middle age, his cunning has greatly increased, and he easily avoids showing up.

Su Xiao walks down the chilly street; he temporarily won’t go looking for trouble with the Masters since dealing with old grudges with Blood Gate is his priority. This time, he intends to solve this major hidden problem.

Su Xiao never thought he could completely wipe out the Blood Gate Adventure Group, since that’s almost impossible. It’s a large adventure group with hundreds of Contractors—it would be a dream to kill them all single-handedly.

Although it’s impossible to entirely eliminate Blood Gate, Su Xiao only needs to kill Stan. Blood Gate is different from God Emperor. If Su Xiao kills God Emperor’s boss, it’s like kicking a hornet’s nest, leading to continuous revenge afterward. God Emperor’s charisma personality is quite high; he’d even sacrifice his chance to advance to the fifth tier to improve the team’s overall survival. Encountering such a leader, it can be said that God Emperor Adventure Group is everyone’s luck.

Blood Gate is different; Stan is iron-handed. He supports a large adventure group single-handedly, and once Stan falls, Blood Gate will quickly collapse and may even rapidly split into several medium-sized adventure groups.

In terms of personal ability, Stan is much stronger than God Emperor, but in terms of charisma personality, God Emperor totally outshines Blood Gate.

Both have their strengths, and Su Xiao’s goal this time is to take down Stan, the leader. However, before taking down Stan, he needs to weaken Stan’s surrounding power to the maximum extent possible, reducing the number of his subordinates.

Su Xiao’s destination is an abandoned factory area in the outskirts of Fuyuki City. During the last Holy Grail War, this factory area was purged with magic power, leading to constant ‘supernatural incidents’ and eventually being abandoned.

In the cover of night, led by Bubu Wang, Su Xiao quickly arrives near the abandoned factory area.

Concrete chimneys stand in the night, with deathly silence below in the abandoned factory area. Originally equipped with a semi-automated production workshop, the factory site is vast — conservatively estimated at around thirty thousand square meters, with numerous factory buildings.

The barbed wire on the factory’s edge is long dilapidated, with some flags hanging on it, left by children from Fuyuki City who came here to play.

Clang, clang, clang…

Faint metal clanging sounds are coming from inside the factory area. Due to the dense factory buildings blocking the view, Su Xiao cannot see the sound’s source.

In the darkness, Su Xiao gestures to Bubu Wang, hesitates for a moment, and looks at Bennie. This Meow Star Person didn’t run off to wander, some behavior not consistent with common sense.

Bennie notices Su Xiao looking at it, tilting its little head, implying: “I’m just here to enjoy the spectacle, don’t overthink it.”

Su Xiao makes several gestures to Bennie, leaving it bewildered.

“A Mu can also go.”

A Mu speaks softly, Bennie looks at it in disbelief, meaning: “You actually understood?”

A Mu scratches its head, thinking Su Xiao’s hand gestures were very simple.

“Tactic C, coordinate 072, flank from the south, prevent the enemy from cutting off retreat, and ambush the enemy’s rear at the right time.”

Bennie is stunned, Su Xiao only made three hand gestures, and they contained such complex content. What it couldn’t understand even more was that A Mu understood them instantly! And immediately acted upon them, making Bennie wonder how many instructions were in those dozen complex hand gestures Su Xiao made to Bubu Wang?

Actually, it’s tactical knowledge; Bennie still needs to learn a lot. Su Xiao, Bubu Wang, and A Mu’s teamwork isn’t as simple as A Mu holding down the fort, Su Xiao advancing, and Bubu Wang flanking.

A Mu quickly vanishes into the night, Bennie wants to follow but is held by the soft flesh on the back of its neck by Su Xiao, indicating it doesn’t need to flank too — one A Mu is sufficient.

A few minutes later, Bubu Wang sends intel: there are enemies inside the factory, 39 people in total, with over a 90% chance being Blood Gate members. They are severely torturing a Contractor; the previous clanging sounds were from the Contractor being hung and hitting a metal container.

“39 people…”

Su Xiao hesitates; he isn’t sure how many people Blood Gate has sent this time, whether these 39 are worth revealing his presence.

Based on Su Xiao’s advancement to Fourth Tier experience, in Holy Grail World, such Special Derived World can accommodate just over two hundred Contractors, not exceeding three hundred at most.

Even if Blood Gate used a World Key, they couldn’t monopolize a world for a single adventure group—that would drastically increase Holy Grail World’s difficulty, possibly pushing it straight to Fifth Tier. Therefore, Blood Gate at most occupies three-quarters of the entry quota, not exceeding a total of 250 people.

Assuming Blood Gate has 250 Fourth-tier Contractors entering the Holy Grail World, then these 39 people would equate to nearly a sixth of their combat strength, which is well worth the action!

Thinking of this, Su Xiao takes out D·Assassin; no weapon is better suited to the current scenario than D·Assassin. As long as it’s not against front-line warrior-type Contractors, hitting the opponent’s head with it means at most two shots per kill.

Su Xiao crosses through a large hole in the barbed wire, the Eye of the Apostle hovering above him, gradually expanding the detection area.

Quickly, Su Xiao discovers the warning line at the factory’s edge, which consists of more than ten metal rods stuck into a patch of wild grass, having multiple types of perceptiveness capabilities.

Su Xiao examines Bennie, held in his hand, noticing its fur is too clean; he sprinkles some grass bits on it.

Bennie is a hundred times more unwilling, its expressive face claws out as if saying, “Meow has OCD, wait, no, don’t press me in the mud…”

Moments later, Bennie resembling a stray cat walks towards the enemy’s warning device, leaving a string of plum blossom-shaped mud footprints along the way, while Su Xiao hides behind a half-collapsed low wall.
