Reborn as an Extra

Chapter 726: Realm Weaver.

When mortal enemies meet, their eyes flash with hatred for each other right away.

For the person who had almost caused Ellie’s death and his mission to fail, there was no need to talk.

There was no need to hesitate; there was no need to hear a single word. It was an all-out battle from that moment on.

[Sword Intent: Maximum Output!]

[Sword Sage’s Enlightenment: Sage Art: Cosmic Ripple!]

Rio did not hesitate for a single millisecond; he drew his sword from its sheath and swung it towards Raika’s neck with maximum speed.

But of course, Raika was not to be underestimated either.

He dared to come so close to Rio despite knowing Rio’s insane attack speed; obviously, he was ready for anything that might happen.

[World Authority: Realm Weaver!]

[By the Order of the Great Crown: Create New Realm!]

Before Rio’s sword could hit Raika, he suddenly noticed that the environment around had changed.

He was no longer standing in the festival area; instead, he was in empty space!

Looking below, Rio could see the entire planet and the countless stars shining in the dark space.

Although Rio already knew that the attack was likely not going to kill Raika so easily.

Rio didn’t expect the other party to directly be able to use a ’World Authority’ so powerful that he created an entire new realm just to dodge Rio’s attack!

”Hey! That was very rude! If not for the fact that I came to you in my true avatar, I would have really been killed off by you just now...”

”You have become even stronger than before; I am pleased to see that...”

The usual smirk appeared on Raika’s face as his light greenish hair swayed due to the overwhelming amount of miasma radiating from his body.

”It’s been a while since someone has forced me to use my true avatar; the last time I used it was to ambush King Allen with the shadow dragons to kill him off...”

”It’s a pity that King Allen survived the sneak attack due to that sh*tty woman Astra... but well, that doesn’t matter anymore; I have a better choice now...”

”You are better than them after all...”

[World Authority: Realm Weaver!]

[By the command of the great crown: I hereby mark you as the ’Target’!]

Raika didn’t wait for Rio to do anything; it was his territory, his realm, and he did not need to worry about being defeated easily inside his own home ground.

Using his mysterious world authority, ’Realm Weaver,’ Raika ’marked’ Rio as the ’target’ of the entire ’realm.’

A dark black crown shining with a purplish-black aura similar to Raika’s appeared above Rio’s head, and Rio suddenly felt a chill run down his spine.

”This is... the manifestation of the ’Law’ of ’Cosmic Order’?... Could this crown be...”

As if understanding Rio’s confused murmurs, Raika smiled as he opened his arms wide and shouted in an excited voice,

”Yes! This is one of the two most powerful manifestations of the ’law’ of ’cosmic order’, the ’Crown of Infinite Cosmos’!”

”Originally I wanted ’Raksha, The Sword of Cosmic Order’ to be here too, but she’s left the universe, so the crown would have to do for now...”

Rio’s eyes narrowed as he realized what kind of trouble he had gotten himself in at this moment.

The main reason why Rio suggested coming to the Beast Archipelago with Link and the others was because he wanted to go on a stealing session and steal the legendary artifact ’The Crown of Infinite Cosmos’ for himself!

But it seems that the crown has been taken by Raika before Rio could get his hands on it!

’Ugh, this is the first time someone has succeeded in stealing things that I had my eyes on...’

For the first time, someone beat Rio’s record of being the best thief in the universe, and it was all because of Raika, the master of the holy lyre and the self-proclaimed holy sage!

”No wonder you knew so much about me back when I entered the spirit realm and kept guessing things about me so accurately...”

”You not only have the crown of the infinite cosmos; you have a world authority that lets you create new realms and interfere with the cosmic order!”

A person or being that can manipulate the ’law’ of ’cosmic order’ can obviously notice if there’s some kind of ’anomaly’ creating havoc in the otherwise normal ’order’ of the vast cosmos.

Rio’s presence itself was an anomaly in this world.

For someone like Raika, who kept a close eye on the natural order of the world and had close ties with the ’law’ of ’cosmic order,’ Rio’s existence was like a light bulb glowing brightly in a dark night!

It was very easy to notice Rio and find many secrets about him with this power!

If Rio represented the anomaly in an order, then Raika represented the order itself; he was a direct nemesis of Rio!

”Now it’s all clear why you wanted me to be the ’hero’ you speak of... you just want me to be the next ’pawn’ of the heavenly luck and the cosmic order now that Fade has become useless!”

[Sword Intent!]

[Sword Sage’s Enlightenment: Sage Art: Cosmic Fracture!]

With immense power radiating in his sword, Rio smashed the space-time fabric with his sword, creating a massive cosmic crack that started spreading in all directions at an insane speed!

”Don’t think that I would be defeated as easily as the last time!”

The unstable realm made by Raika was weak and unable to withstand Rio’s full-power attacks; thus, Rio used the attacks of Ashtel that he had copied before to make this fake realm collapse on the spot!

”Oi oi, what’s the hurry? We have a lot to talk about; don’t be so cold to me now; we are old friends after all!”

[World Authority: Realm Weaver!]

[By the order of the great crown: I ask the ’Law’ of ’Space’ to manifest!]

Before Rio could cause the entire realm to collapse with space cracks, Raika used his world authority and the power of the ’Crown’ in sync to forcefully make the ’Law’ of ’space’ manifest itself!

This immediately repaired all the spatial cracks created by Rio, and the realm became much more stable than it was before!

Now it was immune to spatial collapse!
