Huang Yueli stopped there and didn’t say anything more,” Prepare to return to Blessed City.”

Xuan Chaoyi quickly stood up and gathered his team members.

Huang Yueli and Li Moying brought a group of people and secretly left the Devil Camp.

Blessed City, City Lord Manor.

Xuan Jiuling, who had been appointed as the general of the Blessed City coalition army, was sitting in the upper seat of the hall.

Below him was Meng Shurong, the city lord of Blessed City.

Further down, all the generals of Blessed City’s coalition army, except for a few people who had set up defenses outside, were gathered in the hall.

The atmosphere was very heavy.

Xuan Jiuling stroked his beard and said in a deep voice,” Commanders and Divine Guards, you are the backbone of our alliance army. All these years, it was all thanks to your bravery in killing the enemy at the front line that Blessed City was not captured by the Devils. You have also saved all the people of the Heaven Fox Continent.

“Today, I’m sure everyone knows why I’ve gathered everyone here. The army of Sky Devil Ruijiang has been at Blessed City for a few months. Our army has clashed with the Devil army several times, but they all ended in defeat.”

“What’s more, ten days ago, we gathered all the remaining troops and took advantage of the Devils’ unguarded situation to sneak attack their camp. We thought that this time, we would be absolutely safe. Even if we couldn’t completely annihilate the Devil army, we could still severely injure the enemy and obtain a great victory. But in the end…lt was still disappointing! Not only did they fail to win, but they also suffered heavy casualties.”

“Right now, our army only has around ten thousand soldiers left, while the mo army still has tens of thousands. In addition, the Sky Devil Ruijiang also had a unique secret technique to increase the combat strength of the entire army… What should we do next to protect Blessed City? Please share your thoughts.” Xuan Jiuling was filled with worry and anxiety.

As one of the top experts of the God Clan and an Eight-star Divine General, he had joined the coalition army when he was young. He had experienced countless battles. It could be said that he had a lot of combat experience and had experienced all kinds of situations.

However, he had never seen such a desperate situation before.

He had already commanded the alliance army to fight with the army of Sky

Devil Ruijiang so many times, but he had not gained an advantage even once!

Seeing that the number of allied forces was dwindling, if this continued, Blessed City would probably fall in a matter of days!

If he couldn’t defend Blessed City, the consequences would be unimaginable, and his reputation would be ruined here…

After Xuan Jiuling finished speaking, the hall fell into a deathly silence.

All the generals present lowered their heads and frowned, not saying a word.

Such meetings had been held several times in the City Lord’s Mansion recently.

In the beginning, everyone actively provided their own opinions and discussed a few specific battle plans, which were put into practice.

But who knew that the plan that they thought was foolproof would end up in a fiasco!

That was because the Devil army was truly too powerful!

In the face of absolute strength, any battle law or array formation technique was actually just a joke…

Especially that sneak attack battle ten days ago, even the peak Dao Profound

Realm Xuan Jiuling personally made a move and was heavily injured by Sky

Devil Ruijiang….

To be honest, most of the generals present were already in despair. They felt that it was already impossible for them to defeat the Devil army. Many people were even prepared to live and die with Blessed City..
