Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith

Chapter 1689: Too hard on himself (1)

How could it turn out like this?

The routine he leant was obviously not meant to be like this?

How could lil Sister-in-law now go according to the standard pattern to throw out her tiles? This was an obvious violation!

Luo Jiyun really wanted to cry but had no tears but Huang Yueli was so black bellied and so sinister, he totally could not beat her! Arguing with her was the most unwise thing to do under this Heavens.

He could only grasp onto the last “two sentences” chance, attempting to plead for Eldest Senior Brother.

“Lil Sister-in -law, Eldest Senior Brother said he really didn’t lie to you, his heartfelt feelings are something which heaven and earth can prove, he… AH—!”

Luo Jiyun spoke quickly as he tried to grasp onto time to speak a few more sentences but whoever knew that he had just started when Huang Yueli’s right hand waved and a surging burst of Profound Energy gushed towards him!

Although Luo Jiyun’s cultivation was a little higher by a few levels than Huang Yueli’s but Huang Yueli’s innate talent and combat experience was much higher than him by a far chunk.

If they really started to cross hands, Luo Jiyun was totally not her match and in an instant, he was thrown out of the door like a bag of trash!

After a resounding ‘bam’ on the ground, the door shut tightly in front of him.

Huang Yueli’s sweet melodious voice drifted out from inside, “You’re done with two sentence, Junior Brother Luo, have a safe journey and I won’t be seeing you off!”

Luo Jiyun hurriedly pounced over to knock on the door, “Lil Sister-in-law, don’t…. don’t be like this! Let me say a few more sentences! Eldest Senior Brother he really…. aiyo!”

Luo Jiyun’s fist had just reached the door when he sensed an irresistible powerful force coming from the door and he hadn’t even had time to stabilize his body while retreating and directly flew out as he fell onto the flower bed at the entrance.

“Eldest Senior Brother, why am I in such a miserable state…. Not only did Lil Sister-in-law not listen to me finish my words, she also set up an unknown mechanism at the door which sent me flying in an instance…”

Luo Jiyun climbed up from the mud with an ashen face as he turned around and went to look for his Eldest Senior Brother to complain tearfully.

Huang Yueli’s mechanism was mainly set up for defence and its offensive attack wasn’t strong at all hence he wasn’t really hurt, only falling head first into the mud which had just recently been set with fertilizers so not only was he filthy from head to toe, that smell…. Don’t mention just how horrible it was!

Luo Jiyun ran all the way and almost every Levitation Sword Palace’s disciples who he passed by all raised their eyebrows as they looked at him.

Li Moying looked at his sorry state and silently sighed.

“Jiyun, it’s been hard on you. Your Sister-in-law is not biased against you but she’s simply too angry! You’d better not go find her recently and just like what your Sister-in-law said, it’s best that you go into closed door cultivation during this period of time to prepare for the Sky Ascension Stairs assessment! I will personally give you some pointers with regards to cultivation.”

To be able to get Soaring Heavens Continent’s number one top exponent’s personal teaching this was something which every young practitioner in the entire Continent had dreamt of!

Luo Jiyun instantly forgot all his troubles as he left happily.

Li Moying’s inner heart grew even graver.

He knew clearly that Luo Jiyun took on the punishment for him and Li’er’s anger had still not dissipated. Moreover she had seen through his plot to make use of Luo Jiyun in an attempt to mediate for them hence she intentionally taught the both of them a lesson.

He had not expected that even Luo Jiyun could not lower Li’er’s defence… looked like she was set on finding out the truth!

Could it be that, he really needed to tell her…..

No way!

This thought had just surfaced and it was thoroughly refuted by Li Moying!

If he told her the truth, she would definitely…. No, unless he was about to die, otherwise he would never tell her the truth!

Since that’s the case then there would only be one way…
