Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith

Chapter 1686: Li’er, don’t be angry (3)

Huang Yueli thought about it for a moment and said, “Help me pass this message to the Shadow Guard brothers that they have a very good opportunity in front of them. Every year end, Blue Profound Sect would enter into a year-end assessment for outer disciples and the content is to climb the Sect’s rear mountain cliff’s Sky Ascension Stairs.”

She paused for a moment, “That’s right, you have to go as well! Direct disciples must all partake in the assessment!”

Luo Jiyun went into a blank as he asked curiously, “Sky Ascension Stairs? What’s that?”

Huang Yueli’s lips curled upwards mysteriously, “There’s no point for me to tell you now, you’ll find out by then. I can only say that since it’s named the Sky Ascension Stairs, that as what the name means, to climb up naturally is as difficult as ascending to the sky…..”

Luo Jiyun anxiously spoke out, “What? Lil Sister-in-law, don’t scare me!”

Huang Yueli rolled her eyes at him, “I’m not scaring you! There are many assessments in Seven Sacred Lands and every one of it is filled with extreme danger which would lead to loss of one’s life easily! But the more difficult the assessment, the minute you pass through it, the more rewards you will obtain! Sky Ascension Stairs assessment rewards are something which is worth everyone to take the risk.”

“Luo Jiyun asked, “Really? What kind of rewards are there?”

Huang Yueli replied, “I heard that the top twenty practitioners in this assessment would obtain a chance to cultivate in the Swordbath Pool.”

“Swordbath Pool? What place is that?” He asked in a daze.

Huang Yueli was speechless, “You don’t even know about this! Seven Sacred Lands all have the historical remains left behind from ancient times, which could aid in lifting the practitioners’ innate talents and physiques under their wings! Otherwise why would they keep on producing so many talents under their wings and how would they have the cheek to be known as the Sacred Land? Swordbath pool is an early historical remains of Blue Profund Sect and also one of the best Seven Great Historical Remains with the best effect in raising innate talents. Moreover those with lower innate talents would get better effects after taking a soak in it.”

Luo Jiyun’s face immediately revealed an overjoyed expression. “There’s such a good thing around! I must immediately tell Brother Mo Yi and the others! I also want to register and take part in it!”

Huang Yueli added, “There are plenty of chances to enter the Swordbath Pool in Blue Profound Sect but most chances come from ranking in terms of absolute power so Mo Yi and the others might not be able to rank up in those events. But the Sky Ascension Stairs assessment are auto adjusted based on the practitioner’s innate talent and is the best opportunity which they have.”

“Pass the message to them, if they aren’t able to grasp such a good opportunity, that would mean that they totally don’t have the conviction to become a top rated practitioner! They also need not stay on to be humiliated in Blue Profound Sect, they might as well return back to South Sky Region earlier! In Celestial Light Sect, they could at least muddle along to be an Elder or something, why bother to stay here!”

Huang Yueli made it sound very harsh but not one sentence were empty words.

Those who were able to become ninth stage realm practitioners indeed had eighth grade talent and above and it was extremely rare and more so based on one’s conviction and perseverance to keep on seeking breakthroughs in life and death occasions, lastly surpassing those talented practitioners to reach the peak.

Luo Jiyun’s cold sweat was trickling down.

“Yes, yes, I know. I will definitely bring these words to them! And I will also work hard, to prepare for the assessment!”

Huang Yueli then nodded her head satisfactorily as she picked up the tea cup once again.

Luo Jiyun also took a mouthful of tea as she looked at Huang Yueli’s expression and said, “That’s right, Sister-in-law, there’s another matter… do you know that after Li Lingchuan and Murong Fei had been brought over to Blue Profound Sect, Eldest Senior Brother… ughh! How were they dealt with?”
