Chapter 1478: Saving a life (4)

Li Moying’s thunder attribute Profound Energy was extremely pure and after the magical beast swallowed it down in one gulp, its eyes instantly appeared an expression which looked like it could have a sufficient meal.

The next moment, it turned towards Li Moying and its large eyes fixated on him, with an insatiable greed sizing him up, as though it was gauging what the taste of having him in its tummy would feel like.

Not long later, it seemed to have completed its evaluation as it suddenly charged towards Li Moying’s direction!

Luo Jiyun was shocked by this strange and powerful high levelled magical beast that his soul almost flew out as he went stiff entirely; his back drenched in sweat but yet still unable to move, worried that this magical beast would fly into a rage and swallow him alive at the next moment.

Whoever knew that this magical beast totally didn’t put its attention on him at all, instead it turned around and left.

Luo Jiyun had yet to heave a sigh of relief when he saw it pouncing towards Li Moying.

He cried out in inconsolable shock, “Eldest Senior Brother, be careful…..!”

However, the thunder attributed magical beast’s speed was shockingly fast like a bolt of lightning. Before Luo Jiyun had finished his words, it had already appeared right in front of Li Moying.

Li Moying’s eyes were slightly closed as his expression was chilly and there was no change in his expression, as though he had not sensed that austere energy which came charging towards him!

It was until the magical beast’s sharp beak was merely just an inch away before his wrist turned and suddenly struck out his sword!

The light amethyst sword was a half god relic and coordinated with Li Moying’s powerful thunder attributed innate talent, his destructive power was so strong that it was heaven defying. In just one strike, a dazzling thunder rainbow rushed up into the sky and instantly slashed into the magical beast’s huge body!

The magical beast was not able to evade in time and it’s right wing was slashed broken directly as blood started to spurt outwards.

“Ga Ga—–!!!”

It gave out several husky and mournful miserable shrieks which hurt Li Moying and Luo Jiyun’s eardrums. At the same time, the heavily injured magical beast grew even more infuriated as it charged towards Li Moying without a care for anything else.

But alas, it was heavily injured in its prime state so now that it had sustained such a heavy injury, all the more it wasn’t his match.

Li Moying struck out consecutively as he easily evaded its attacks.

Magical beast shrieked out miserably as it fell down to the bottom of the valley; its whereabouts unknown.

Luo Jiyun had been keeping an eye on the battle right from the start and his heart was just jumping behind his throat, worried that at the next moment, he would see Li Moying splayed with blood.

However, reality had surpassed his imagination. Li Moying had not spent too much effort and had defeated the magical beast, additionally giving it a fatal blow!

Heaven knew that this magical beast was at least seventh tier!

Seventh tiered magical beasts battle power was equivalent to a human’s eighth stage realm practitioner. Li Moying was merely in the seventh stage realm so this situation was equivalent to a cross realm battle.

In the end, he had not only won, but won so easily?? It seemed like it was just a matter of lifting his finger that easy. As though he had the ability to manage that magical beast even if it was stronger than him by several times.

What kind of situation was this??

He knew that his Eldest Senior Brother was strong, very strong, extremely strong.. but… but wasn’t this a little too heaven defying??

Luo Jiyun was still in a daze when Li Moying had already carefully stepped on the rocks and reached a place which was close to him.

“What daze are you still in? Let’s hurry and leave this place, give me your hand and I’ll pull you up.”
