Naruto turned around and looked at Neji.

”During the Chunin Exam, I showed you the result of my training, right?”

Neji gave him a blank look before saying.

”Yes!”

”At that time, I stated I was able to do it because of my parents. That was right. At that time, I didn’t try to say you were wrong because you were not.”

”People have limits. Some are born with everything while others are born with nothing.”

”But just as I said there, fate can change. It can change through a sacrifice. It can change through efforts. It can change through the best of minds.”

Naruto threw the potion towards him and said.

”Drink it and break your fate! This potion will provide you with advanced regeneration and a massive Chakra Reserve.”

”After that, you can start using the Elemental Training Method to get stronger, stronger than what fate gave you, stronger than what you believe is possible.”

Holding the potion in his hand, Neji felt conflicted. He bitterly smiled and uncorked the bottle.

”You are truly trying to prove me wrong.”

As he said that, he gulped the liquid without any hesitation.

As soon as he drank it, his body started shaking violently, a massive torrent of Chakra burst out of him, and he fell to his knees.

”Argh!”

He screamed. Neji could barely hold on as the pain started spreading all over his body. The cells were screaming, and so was his voice.

”Neji!”

Naruto worriedly tried to approach him, but Tobirama stopped him with a stern tone.

”Let him bear the pain. You can’t do anything about this process.”

Hearing his words, Sasuke turned towards the Second Hokage and said.

”Why is he in such pain? What’s going on with the potion?”

Tobirama looked at Sasuke and sneered.

”Uchiha Brat, show some respect when asking something of your superior! That arrogant attitude of yours reminds me of Madara.”

Sasuke’s face darkened, but before the conflict could further escalate, Naruto stepped in.

He knew Sasuke was a proud person who wouldn’t change his way of speaking just because of the power and status of others.

On the other hand, Sasuke was basically the worst kind of Uchiha for Tobirama. He had the face of Izuna with the attitude of Madara.

”Let me explain! This is a special potion made by the Second Hokage with the idea of giving ninjas high-speed regeneration and a massive Chakra boost.”

”Roran, where Sasa came from had a special Chakra Source known as Dragon Veins. She, inheriting that bloodline, could close and open that Chakra Source.”

”After the Sand Village attacked Konoha, we asked for that land as compensation. Using that special chakra with a certain material made from the First Hokage’s cells, this potion was made.”

At this moment, Tobirama chimed in.

”The potion injects the Sage Body properties of my brother’s cells into others, which is then enhanced through that special chakra.”

”Because this change is cellular, he is going through this pain. His genetic information is being rewritten.”

”As ninjas, you should understand how Chakra works, right? Since Chakra is a combination of physical and spiritual energy, why do Uzumaki have an incredibly large Chakra Pool?”

”Why do Uchiha or Hyuga, despite having more focused bloodlines, have Chakra higher than normal ninjas?”

”These questions can be answered with their lineage. Whether it was Uzumaki, Uchiha, Senju, or Hyuga, all have certain connections to the Sage of Six Paths.”

”Because of that bloodline connection, your cells have more vitality, which provides more stamina.”

”That stamina is mostly inherited by the Uzumaki and Senju Clans, but most of it is found in Uzumaki.”

”So, it’s not Chakra they receive but the conditions to make that Chakra. That potion is not increasing his Chakra Reserves but changing the conditions to produce more Chakra.”

”This will allow him to continuously increase his Chakra Reserves as his experience, emotions, and spirituality begin catching up to his physique.”

Hearing the explanation from Tobirama, Shino asked.

”Is that why those four clans were so powerful in the past?”

Tobirama gave him a nod.

”Chakra is the fundamental energy inherited by all of us, but it is not inherent to us. Chakra is unlocked when we learn to merge that stamina with spiritual energy.”

”Hyuga’s Byakugan allows a person to see others’ chakra, but how can they see Chakra if the Chakra is not being molded?”

”That’s because what they see is the physical and spiritual energy produced by the body.”

”By understanding how large these energies are, one could also predict how big a person’s reserves can be.”

”Of course, there is also a precedent of having Chakra being molded all the time, except that means most of it is being wasted while doing nothing.”

”This also means we continuously lose a lot of physical and spiritual energy in our daily lives if we are not doing anything.”

”That’s why if you don’t fight battles for a long time, your body becomes weaker. You are not just losing skills. You are also losing a lot of Chakra.”

”Remember how Chakra energizes us? That’s exactly why molding Chakra regularly is important for a ninja.”

Hearing that, Naruto suddenly remembered a certain skill and asked.

”Wait, so, is this why Strength of the Hundred Seal requires extremely fine Chakra Control?”

Tobirama nodded.

”Yes, let’s just say you are doing something else where you don’t need to mold Chakra. In that situation, you can’t focus on molding Chakra.”

”This doesn’t require hand signs, but it does require a certain ability to merge spiritual and physical energy without even thinking about it, like body instinct.”

”My sister-in-law and Tsuna have inherited an incredible Chakra Control on an atomic scale. This is not a skill that can be learned easily.”

”This allows them to store a large amount of Chakra in the seal, which they can use in normal times.”

As he was saying this, Neji slowly stopped screaming and started panting. His entire body was covered in sweat.

Kabuto leaned closer and asked.

”Neji-kun, do you need to take a bath?”

”Haa! No....I need...some rest.”

Neji released a deep breath before he turned around and sat on the ground.

Naruto instantly sensed the increase in his Chakra. Unlike normal times, Neji was actively molding Chakra.

So, he could see that Neji had at least five times more Chakra than before.

And this was just the beginning.
