My Three Wives Are Beautiful Vampires

Chapter 1147: Emperor Protects.

Freezing Hell, a place filled with pure miasma.

Lilith was looking at her daughter, Liriel Elderblood, daughter of two Progenitors of two different races. She was what the texts defined as having unlimited potential. She had fully inherited the powers of a true dragon and a true demon, but not everything was flowers, as she had also inherited the defective characteristics of both races, such as extreme pride. Therefore, she was one of the daughters who needed the most attention.

”Again,” Lilith ordered.

”Yes, Mother.” She stood up as her body began to heal. She was tall, standing at 190 CM, with a curvy body, deep violet eyes, black hair made of pure miasma, and slightly pale skin. Just like Annaʼs daughter with Victor, she almost looked like a female version of him.

Another reason why she needed attention was that she inherited one of the most problematic characteristics Victor gained by killing an Elder God.

Instant evolution. If she suffered an attack, that attack, the second time she suffered it, would become completely useless. Unfortunately, it was not a conceptual evolution like her fatherʼs, which allowed him to ignore conceptual attacks and adapt to them. It was only corporeal attacks, but even that alone made her completely unbalanced, considering her other powers, as this power wasnʼt even her main one.

She had the ability to control and create the miasma of Hell at extremely toxic levels. The hellfire mixed with her dragon fire was extremely dangerous, and the basic understanding of creating portals to any hell she wanted was also something problematic for an enemy to deal with. She was like a Raid Boss focused on negative conditions, where with every negative condition imposed on the enemy, she became stronger. She was extremely annoying to deal with.

And this fighting style was only her basic version, as when she combined the two natures of her parents, she could do even more things, and thatʼs without considering that she also had access to the draconic language and was very proficient in it.

The attacks resumed. Lilith was not teaching her daughter; she was genuinely fighting with her. She left the teachings for Scathach to handle. Lilith believed that the best thing she could teach her daughter was real combat, and that was what she was doing.

And this training philosophy worked very well with Liriel, considering her ability to evolve. Because of this, Scathach and Victor did not interfere with her training. And it wasnʼt as if Liriel didnʼt like these fights either since, just like her father, she loved every second of it and never complained.

Getting irritated because she wasnʼt hitting her mother, Liriel growled. Dragon fire mixed with hellfire formed in her mouth. Her features became more draconic, and her mouth opened as she roared.

ROOOAARRR.

Seeing that beam of pure destruction approaching, Lilith sighed.

”Again, you lose yourself too easily in your nature. In a high-level fight, show emotions if you want, but always keep-.” With pure speed alone, she approached behind her daughter.

But before she could get close, her daughterʼs claws were at her neck.

”... Always keep your mind calm, right? Mother.”

Lilith blinked in surprise, then smiled: ”Correct.”

Suddenly, Lilith vanished and reappeared behind her daughter, her claws around her neck.

”... Bending reality isnʼt fair,” Liriel grumbled.

”The enemy wonʼt care about that. Honor the blood in your veins. You are a demon and a dragon, your fatherʼs daughter. We do everything to win. Being proud is good, but donʼt drown in that pride and lose sight of the main objective, understood?”

”Yes, Mother.”

”Good.”

The two separated, and Lilith looked at her daughter with pride: ”I see that you are controlling your own nature more.”

”Yeah, Yeah, if I didnʼt learn after so many lessons, I wouldnʼt be my fatherʼs daughter.” She snorted proudly.

Lilithʼs lips twitched, and she sighed. ʼJust what did Victor give these girls to make them so obsessed?ʼ She grumbled.

”Are you ready?” Lilith asked seriously.

”Yes.”

Another reason Lilith was training her so intensely was because she would eventually inherit the position of commander of one of the legions. Victor and his wives had never forbidden any of their daughters from walking their own paths. Whatever they wanted to do was up to them.

And Liriel, just like Scathach and Victorʼs daughter, Siren Elderblood, were among the daughters who wanted to help their father in the Empire; because of this, their training was more intense than normal. They did not want to lose to Nero, Ophis, and Metis, who were already working in the Empire and helping their father, nor to their sister Velina, daughter of Velnorah and Victor, who was already working as a scientist with her mother.

”Remember your training, remember who you are, my daughter. You are very capable, my daughter, but donʼt become arrogant. If you donʼt know how to solve something, seek the family. Always seek the family. We are here to support you, forever and ever.”

”Yes. Mother. I will remember... And I will always rely on the family.” She spoke with a gentle smile on her face.

”Good.” Lilith smiled.

”My subjects of the Empire.”

Victorʼs voice suddenly echoed in everyoneʼs minds.

”Father!!!” Lirielʼs eyes shone with excitement, and she quickly created a screen showing the Empireʼs parade, where Victor was shown in his Emperor form, standing while speaking to countless worlds. Violet was beside him, as beautiful and divine as always, her crown rotating slightly, and her violet eyes shining dangerously.

Lilithʼs lips visibly twitched, and a vein popped on her head. ʼOne day, I will discover what Victor is giving his daughters to make them love him so much.ʼ She thought. She knew he wasnʼt doing anything, but she was being petty. She was here having her mother-and-daughter moment, and just one word from Victor was enough for Liriel to completely forget about her.

Victor stood up from the throne, and under his crimson-violet gaze, everyone with petty thoughts lowered their heads. Those with faithful thoughts looked at him with an even more fanatical gaze. After all, this was the first time most of those present had seen the Emperor so closely.

”100 thousand imperial years have passed since the Empire was created. Countless generations have passed. Some of you have been with me since the beginning, while others have already gone on to their next great journey. Regardless of who you are, I have been with you since the beginning.”

”The Empire has grown and become stronger, but... It is still not enough.” Victor raised his hand and, with a gesture, showed everyone the enemies encountered outside this sector.

”We are in a small bubble, a small bubble that one day will burst, revealing us to an even greater cosmos, and at that moment... A great war will begin, a war never before seen or experienced by anyone.”

”We only have two choices: fight and conquer for our right to exist, or die in servitude.”

”And I-...” Victorʼs eyes shone, and his overwhelming presence was felt by everyone. ”I refuse to kneel.”

”They will kneel before us.”

”Do not fear war, do not fear death, because I will be with you at all times. This is my promise as your Emperor. Even if my body falls, even if I die, your soul will be safe with me.”

A purple power emanated from Victorʼs words, and all the beings present, even the gods, felt an unbreakable bond with Victor. It was the Emperorʼs promise that even if his body were to be destroyed, their souls would be safe, and, for the gods, who understood souls better, they could not help but feel conflicted.

They understood that this would prevent them from being exploited by other beings, but at the same time, they would never be free from Victor. They would forever be his servants even in death.

On the other hand, for the Empireʼs most fervent believers, this was proof that they had been touched by the Emperor, their God-King. They were already crying with happiness, their faith becoming unshakable. And this feeling was present in more than 99% of the Empire. Only the longer-lived species were not completely satisfied.

”The final deadline is 100 thousand years from now... An incredibly long time for some and incredibly brief for others, a time that will pass in the blink of an eye before everyone realizes it. Remember my words: When the drums of war sound on that day, the Empire will be ready, I will be ready, and I will always be with you, protecting you.”

A moment of silence was followed by a fervent roar.

”The Emperor Protects!!!”

”All hail The God Emperor!!!”

Trillions of beings stomped their feet on the ground and shouted:

”Aroo! Aroo! Aroo!”

”For The Emperor!!!”

”Aroo! Aroo! Aroo!”

”For The Emperor!!!”

”Aroo! Aroo! Aroo!”

The planet of several solar systems seemed to be trembling before the fervent emotions of trillions of beings, and those who harbored thoughts of rebellion found themselves incredibly intimidated by such fervor. Only when faced with this overwhelming pressure did they realize that their thoughts were incredibly foolish.

It was impossible for anyone to replace the Emperor. He had become irreplaceable, and even if he disappeared, who would protect them from the enemy?

Violet, who remained divinely by his side, restrained herself from making an ironic smile. She didnʼt even need to use her powers to know that her sisters were going through a very difficult moment right now.

…

With Lilith.

”What the Hell is he talking about!? Father wonʼt die, I wonʼt allow it! I will kill everyone who threatens him.” Liriel growled, her overwhelming strength being completely released due to her emotions.

”... Child, calm down. Thatʼs just a way of speaking. Heʼll be fine.”

”No, No, NO! We have to protect him, put him in a hidden dimension… Yes! Hide him completely in his world, and let him be protected by us.”

”Yes, I will do that. I need to communicate with my sisters and make a plan.” She began muttering at high speed.

Veins began popping on Lilithʼs head before she couldnʼt contain herself and quickly slapped her daughter on the head.

”Stop this nonsense. Do you think your father is weak? Trust him a little more.”

”But-.”

”No buts. If you have time to think about nonsense, you have energy left to train.”

Far from being intimidated, Lirielʼs eyes shone even more dangerously. ”Yes, Mother, I will become even stronger.”

ʼHonestly, raising Lily was much easier than taking care of this child.ʼ Lilith sighed internally.

Something similar was happening with all of Victorʼs daughters, and soon the mothers had to unite to calm their emotions. They did not react very well to Victorʼs supposed ʼdeathʼ; merely mentioning it made them completely crazy.

ʼVictor, itʼs all your fault!!!ʼ All of Victorʼs wives thought at that moment.

Victor, who heard these words, was speechless: ʼWhat the hell did I do?ʼ Only when he saw the state of his daughters did he understand what had happened, and he quickly contacted all of them and calmed them down.

ʼHonestly, these troublesome girls.ʼ Despite thinking this, he smiled broadly.
