Longevity Begins From Raising Disciples

No matter what, I can’t be bullied by this jerk in front of others...

Forget it, it’s not like I haven’t been bullied by him before.

She took a deep breath, forcing back the tears in her eyes, and slowly moved in front of Chen Ye.

Chen Ye looked at her with a sense of despair, feeling a bit puzzled.

He had clearly just said to reach out her hand, was that so scary?

In the next moment, the wicked young lady did not reach out her hand, but blushing, with her eyes closed, she slowly turned her body and cautiously crawled towards his leg.

”You...”

Chen Ye guessed she was too nervous just now to hear clearly.

But before he could finish his sentence, Zhang Chuxi already lay on his thigh like a resigned little kitten.

She buried her burning cheek into the crook of her arm, not daring to look at Chen Ye, her waist slightly bending down, the round hips wrapped in the Taoist robe raised up.

A suppressed, broken sob came from the little girl: ”Then go ahead and hit me...”

Chen Ye: ”...”

In her mind, how twisted does she think I am!

Is Chen Ye that kind of person?!

Chen Ye straightened his face, his voice cold and hard:

”Get up! Who told you to lay down?”

Zhang Chuxi’s body stiffened, she raised her head in confusion, her tear-filled eyes looking at him as if she didn’t understand his meaning.

”No... wasn’t I supposed to get hit...”

”I told you to reach out your hand! Hit the palm!”

Chen Ye shouted, slightly annoyed,

”Does your brain have anything serious besides those nonsensical thoughts? I’m Chen Ye, my actions are upright and straightforward, how could I do such a sordid thing to a little girl? If I really did, wouldn’t your Elder mother tear me apart?!”

”Ah?”

Zhang Chuxi froze, staring dumbfoundedly at Chen Ye, her face still streaked with tears.

Palm... palm hitting?

Not the butt? And not... that?

A huge sense of shame surged in her heart, even stronger than before, by a hundred times!

She had just voluntarily lay on a man’s leg, and even posed in such a shameful posture...

”Ah!”

Zhang Chuxi screamed, scrambling to climb off Chen Ye’s leg, retreating several steps, covering her face with both hands, wishing she could find a hole to crawl into.

Too embarrassing!

”Alright, stop wailing.”

Chen Ye rubbed his ears numbed by her scream,

”Quickly stretch out your hand, finish up and that’s it.”

At this moment, how could Zhang Chuxi dare to resist?

She trembled as she stretched out her left hand, palm facing up, her delicate skin slightly reddened due to nervousness.

”Snap!”

The ruler fell, a crisp sound echoed in the side hall.

”Hiss—”

Zhang Chuxi gasped, her face stained with tears.

She had never been punished before, this unfamiliar pain made her body tremble, almost losing her balance.

”The first time, punished for your sordid thoughts, thinking of the Instructor as equally despicable!”

Chen Ye said coldly.

He had long wanted to settle personal scores, but never had the reason... Just happened to gamble with this naughty kid, now he could take revenge smoothly.

”Snap!”

”Ouch... it hurts...”

Chen Ye ignored her: ”The second time, punished for disregarding elders, defying your superiors!”

”Snap!”

The girl bit her lip, her body trembled.

”The third time, punished for turning black into white, slandering and accusing falsely!”

Not knowing how many times he struck until the last trace of defiance, dissatisfaction, and resentment in the girl’s eyes completely vanished, leaving only pure fear and pleading.

”Chen... Guardian Chen... sob sob sob... I’m wrong, please stop hitting me...”

Zhang Chuxi cried, barely catching her breath, truly scared now, yet not daring to withdraw her hand, just staring at Chen Ye with reddened big eyes.

”Stop.”

The ruler in Chen Ye’s hand finally stopped in midair.

He looked at the girl crying like a tearful mess in front of him, eyebrows slightly raised, seemingly displeased with her title for him:

”Guardian Chen?”

He leisurely withdrew the ruler, lightly tapping it against his palm,

”Before in the outside world, it was all right if you called me Guardian. But now, we’re at Baopu Peak, in this side hall meant for passing on teachings... You still call me Guardian?”

Zhang Chuxi’s body stiffened.

Not call him Guardian?

Then what does he want to hear?

Could it be...

Zhang Chuxi trembled and closed her eyes, her voice as faint as a whisper, ”Master... Master, I was wrong...”

”Snap!”

The ruler in Chen Ye’s hand almost broke under his grip.

His fist hardened!

What’s going on in this girl’s head? Why does he feel that she thinks differently from normal people?

So in her eyes, he’s some kind of pervert with strange fetishes?

”Are you trying to piss me off?!”

Unable to bear it any longer, Chen Ye raised the ruler and gently tapped her on the head,

”What ’Master’? You’re supposed to call me Instructor! Instructor Chen! Who told you to call me Master?!”

”Boo hoo!”

...

In short.

Even though Chen Ye had vented his anger, the more he thought about it, the more something felt off.

He just wanted to teach her a lesson, so why did things take such a weird turn?

Now whenever he hears the word ”Master,” he feels a bit uncomfortable inside.

”Master, Master! Didn’t you discipline that bad girl today? How come she walked out like nothing happened?”

On their way home, Qing Jun watched her master curiously.

She thought her master would help her get revenge!

But at that time, the bad girl walked out looking completely calm, and even added, ”It’s alright... Instructor Chen might be strict, but his guidance is indeed... quite unique. I’ve... learned a lot.”

As a result, the other disciples started to admire her even more.

Seriously.

Even Chen Ye had to admire this little girl’s ability to pretend...

He ruffled Qing Jun’s little head:

”I’ve already disciplined her. It’s just... that girl cares about her image and pretends nothing happened outside. Did you notice her left hand hidden in her sleeve? It never came out, did it?”

Hearing this, Qing Jun thought for a moment, then her eyes lit up, ”I think so! I knew it, Master wouldn’t just let her off!”

She hugged Chen Ye’s arm, looking up with admiration,

”Master is amazing! No wonder you’re Qing Jun’s master! In the future, I want to be like Master too, to discipline all the bad ones thoroughly!”

”You...” Chen Ye chuckled, ”Take care of yourself first before thinking about that.”

”What’s that supposed to mean, Master!”

The little girl was unhappy, puffing up her cheeks as she glared at her master,

”Qing Jun thinks Master is planning to be naughty too! Once Qing Jun masters her skills, the first one I’ll discipline is Master!”

Chen Ye was shocked!

A master who respects the courage of his disciple!

She actually dared to say she’d discipline her master openly.

Chen Ye immediately gave her a little knock on the head, prompting the little girl to shiver, ”Discipline your master, huh? In front of your master, even if you’re a dragon, you’d better lie down!”

”Boo hoo!”

The little girl, in pain, rubbed her head with grievance.

Evil Master.

Just loves to bully his disciple.

Seeing her master’s mischievous intent, the little girl, wary, quickly hugged her master’s arm, looking up with a pitiful face:

”Master’s the best! I was just joking... If Master tells me to go east, I absolutely won’t go west!”

”Good that you know!”

Chen Ye snorted coldly, seeing this cowardly girl won’t dare to defy him, he continued,

”Now, let’s go pick up your little junior sister; she’s currently training in the Fire Spirit Land.”

”Little junior sister? Why hasn’t Qing Jun seen her? Didn’t she come to Baopu Peak as well?”

Hearing her master’s words, the little girl absentmindedly asked.

She was nuzzling her little face against her master’s arm.

Out of sight from her master, she pretended to fiercely bite him.

Chen Ye, unaware that his arm was covered in his disciple’s saliva, sighed:

”You know this girl well, she’s shy. So I didn’t bring her directly here but planned to let her gradually adapt by training at the Fire Spirit Land on Baopu Peak for a while.”

Speaking of Jin’er,

Chen Ye felt quite a headache; this girl was very introverted, capable of staying shut in a small room for over ten years.

Now, if she were to suddenly meet so many people, she’d probably find it more miserable than death.

The main concern is, Jin’er is his disciple, if the other disciples find out, she might be bullied.

Chen Ye explained the reasons to Qing Jun.

The little girl was unhappy again, ”But isn’t Master worried Qing Jun might get bullied too?!”

The master replied expressionlessly, ”Not worried.”

The little girl got mad again!

Biased master!
