I’m really just an NPC

Chapter 145

Chapter 145
Force wave ~ force wave ~
The beast horde came again, the cannons rang out, and the battle became fierce in an instant.

Lin Fan holds a ghost sniper rifle in his hand, cooperates with [Detective] skills, and specially picks monsters above LV16 to kill.

At the same time, his eyes locked on a general in the military department, a junior sky warrior.

When Lin Fan retreated or attacked, he quietly stayed not far from the general.

Now the tide of beasts is getting stronger and stronger. There are two to three hundred E-level monsters in each wave, nearly a thousand F-level monsters, and two or three D-level monsters, and C-level monsters may appear at any time.

Lin Fan thought he could save his life from D-level monsters, and even if he was lucky, he could leapfrog the level to fight back.

But if a C-level monster appeared, that is, LV50+ monster, Lin Fan had no confidence in surviving it.

Therefore, it is safer to stay not far from the junior sky warriors, and to be able to ask for help when encountering powerful monsters.

After all, last night, more than 30 warriors died, Lin Fan had to be careful.

……

When Lin Fan and others were fighting on the defense line outside Dongning City, the relevant personnel in Dongning City had also taken action intensively.

Force wave ~ force wave ~
The sound of sirens resounded throughout the city, and grassroots personnel in every community and street were preaching emergency wartime arrangements.

”Please note that everyone, with the family as the unit, gives priority to recommending a person over the age of 40 as a representative to go to the military supply vehicle to receive the emergency equipment and supplies distributed. Looting is prohibited.”

”The beast tide is coming, don’t panic, stay at home with peace of mind.”

”The soldiers are fighting against the monsters on the front line. Believe in our soldiers, the city must be safe.”

”Please note, everyone, as a family...”

As the loudspeaker shouted repeatedly, one or two people from every household came out, gathered on the street, and finally started to line up in front of the military supply truck.

In the team, there were discussions from time to time.

”Have you heard, Lao Wang, the soldiers suffered heavy losses, how is your child?”

”My child is fine. He was still calling me yesterday, saying that he killed an unknown number of monsters, and saved their company commander. He was promoted from a private soldier because of military merits.”

”That’s good, that’s good. You said this beast tide has been going on for two days, when will it end!”

”Hurry up, hurry up, you bastard, you have no brains, you need to be beaten hard, if you get scared, you will leave.”

”Hey, two brothers, I have news. Early this morning, when I went to church to worship, I got news from the priest. They said that the goddess of the apocalypse had sent an oracle, saying that the beast tide would recede the day after tomorrow. !”

A big and round aunt continued: ”Yes, I’ve heard it too, it should be true, goddesses never lie.”

Old Wang smiled: ”That’s okay, it’s only been two days, and it’s easy to survive. Even if the city is broken, it’s a big deal back to the time 30 years ago, when the streets were full of wild beasts, maybe you can still get a shot Kill a wild boar, and have dinner at night.”

A young man in his 20s suddenly came over: ”Uncle Wang, what was it like 30 years ago? Can you tell me about it? I heard that you were a soldier before?”

”Who didn’t serve as a soldier in the past? At that time, all the people were soldiers! Your father was also a soldier. Alas, it’s a pity that he was unlucky and didn’t have a chance to tell you about the past. Let me tell you...”

Lao Wang recalled the eventful years 30 years ago, when he was sixteen, he could already afford a gun, and he resolutely joined the army.

A dozen is six years.

After all, the army is in charge of food, otherwise the six brothers and sisters in the family would not have enough to eat.

The young man felt longing in his heart, nodded frequently, and clenched his fists from time to time, feeling very envious.

After Lao Wang finished speaking, he said with a smile: ”Xiaosong, I got the gun in a while, and you brought your wife and children to my house. I will tell you about my experience in fighting little monsters. There are skills here. Back then, I The skill of shooting a gun is still in the army, and your father taught it, but I didn’t expect to be able to return it to you for him.”

However, although Old Wang was smiling, his eyes could not help but worry.

Around him, those elders over the age of 40 all looked similar to him.

Thirty years ago, when fighting for living space with wild beasts, it was not as beautiful as he said, it was miserable.

But all veterans know that at this time, it is more important to give young people some hope and courage.

After a while of excitement, everyone received weapons.

Old Wang touched the brand-new barrel of the gun, with a heavy bullet in his pocket, straightened his back, raised his hands to a few old friends and smiled, then led Xiaosong and strode towards home.

Lao Wang and his old friends all knew that if the matter had not come to a critical point, it would be impossible for Dongning City to distribute military supplies to ordinary people.

But now, Dongning City has made a move.

These old things know that the soldiers probably won’t be able to defend the city.Next, if you want to protect the safety of your loved ones, you can only rely on themselves and the guns in their hands.

Not only are the streets in Dongning City lively, but at the same time, Mei’s laboratory is also very lively.

Huang Ling’s loud voice was heard far away through the office door:

”Mei, I can assure you that the recovery potion fused with the ’living corpse virus’ will definitely have a miraculous effect. The experimental data are all here! It just so happens that we still have a lot of raw materials and semi-finished products in stock. We should urgently let the factory process them and send them to The front line. There are really too many people injured on the front line, without this batch of medicine, they will die a lot of people!”

”I know, I know. I saw the experimental data, and the recovery effect is really excellent. But the ’living corpse virus’ in the medicine is not completely inactivated. After using this medicine, you will be infected with the living corpse virus. If they die...”

”I added an inhibitor. Compared with the original virus, which erupts within 10 minutes to an hour, the onset time will be extended to about two days after death. Didn’t the people from the Apocalypse Sect say it? The night after tomorrow, the beast The tide will recede, the time will be staggered, and the corpses will be disposed of at that time, it doesn’t matter.”

”The night after tomorrow...” Mei has a special status. She knows what is going on with the so-called ”beast tide will recede the night after tomorrow”. To be honest, she doesn’t believe that boy Lin Fan’s prediction, it’s just nonsense.

But she couldn’t tell Huang Ling the truth. Huang Ling had a loud voice. If Huang Ling found out, the consequences would be disastrous.

”Mei, don’t worry, the military department has already issued guns to ordinary people. Can’t I understand such an obvious message? Dongning City is about to be destroyed. With this batch of potions, the soldiers can wait a little longer , maybe we can still hold the city.”

May was silent.

Huang Ling didn’t speak, just stared at her blankly.

Mei suddenly sighed: ”Hey, go ahead and do it. Try to process [-] copies before evening. This speed is almost the limit of the factory. Let’s send it to the front line to see the effect.”

Huang Ling suddenly smiled: ”I have already started the factory to start processing. I started to make it at noon last night. Now 16 copies have been produced, and the remaining raw materials are enough for [-] copies.”

Huang Ling is a director, and she has such authority.

Mei froze for a moment: ”Oh, you, I don’t even know what to say about you...”

”Hey~” Huang Ling smiled.

”Still laughing here!” Mei glared at her, ”Hurry up and contact the military department and let them come to collect supplies!”

”Oh, okay.”

……

On the front line, a wave of beasts had just been repelled, and Nishizawa was resting with other players.

The 61 players lost three more people, and Ben Boerba followed his brother Baboer, and the most aggressive primary school student ”No. [-] in the World” was gone.

There was also a character who was too lazy to name, but unfortunately died.

But after the public beta, these people turned out to be a hero again, and the players were not sentimental, but were discussing the gains enthusiastically.

”Great, I’ve reached level eight, great!”

”Haha, I’ve saved half a tube of level eight experience.”

”I browsed the forum just now, and found that many dead players posted screenshots of their levels before they died. It seems that they are not as high as us!”

”Yeah, I’ve persisted until now. Before I died, they were all numbers of five or six levels. It’s not embarrassing to post them.”

”Great gods don’t like to show off. Those newbies who randomly got into the closed beta by luck, what kind of superiority do you want from them?”

While the players were chatting, a military supply truck suddenly stopped in front of them, and a soldier got out and handed them a box.

”You performed excellently on the battlefield. The commander ordered me to assign this box of emergency medical supplies to your independent company.”

After speaking, the soldier got into the car and left.

Caesar held the box in a daze, why did an NPC suddenly come to deliver supplies to them? !

This is a treatment that the game has never had before.

See you soon.

”President, quickly open the box and see what good things are there.”

Caesar opened the box and found 9 glass bottles inside, which contained a light blue potion.

Caesar took out a potion and put it in front of his eyes to watch.

[Elementary recovery potion, semi-finished poison product]

[Recover 80 points of life at one time, 5 points of life every 20 seconds, duration 1 minute]

[Cooling time 10 minutes]

[Note: You will be infected with the ”living corpse virus” after taking it]

[Living corpse virus: After death, it will become a living corpse]

The medicinal effect is very good, as for the final toxic side effects, it is almost equal to none for the players.

Almighty Altman came up at this time, and dropped a probe casually: ”Fuck, [Elementary Recovery Potion · Poisonous Vice-finished Product]?! This is much more powerful than the potion bought from elite monsters, and one bottle can restore it We have blood.”

The player’s current level is generally level eight, and their blood volume is only around 200 points.

Caesar nodded: ”The stuff is indeed good, but...it only has nine shares. How are we going to divide it among dozens of us?”

One sentence stopped the players.

This is indeed a big problem.

After all, who doesn’t want an extra life!
This……

They managed to form a united front, and sending this thing would really disturb the morale of the army! !

……

On the other side, Lin Fan also received a small box. There were three bottles of [Elementary Recovery Potion · Poisonous Vice-finished Product] in the box. The properties were exactly the same as those received by Caesar and the others.

”Barely it’s a chicken rib.”

Lin Fan’s blood volume now exceeds 80, and he will restore [-] points of life at once...

And they will also be infected with the ”living corpse virus”.

Lin Fan didn’t comment.

He put the potion into the storage space and opened the task panel.

After resisting two waves of beasts, the requirements of [Bloody Massacre] LV16~LV20 have been completed, and the number of E-level monsters has increased, Lin Fan feels that it is hopeful to complete the task of [Bloody Massacre] tomorrow morning!

Suddenly, the alarm sounded again, and the beast horde came again.
