I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 558: 11.84 First Green Star - Punishment World: ʼLabyrinthʼ (14)

It only took half an hour for Hei Anjing to finish reading the second book. As soon as Ye Xiajie closed the book he passed it to his teammates and carried his wife in his arms.

Ye Xiajie said, ”Donʼt stay up too late. We are entering the dungeon in this labyrinth tomorrow after breakfast. Rest properly, especially the two who got tortured and forcefully healed.”

He then walks away while carrying Hei Anjing. The latter looks at them over his husbandʼs shoulders and waves his hand to the rest of the team.

”Good Night, everyone!” said Hei Anjing.

Zane and the rest were left dumbfounded by what Ye Xiajie had just said. Though they had reported that Han Ya and An Yuan were attacked by the Spirit Race, none of them mentioned that two of them were captured and tortured. But Ye Xiajie doesnʼt even have to know to comment about the state of Han Ya and Zane.

An Yuan asked, ”Why did he know about that?”

”Hm... Must be because he had tortured a lot of people before that he could read the physical state of someone just by looking. Plus even we can see the traces of light elements on Han Han and Zaneʼs body. So he must have seen through you both.” said Chu Mo.

Zane exclaimed, ”Wow~ he is indeed amazing. As to be expected to be the strongest player in the Abyssal World.”

Han Ya on the other hand was silent as he recalled the expression and words Hei Anjing had asked him just now. That knowing smile on Hei Anjingʼs face made it seem like he knew something about him.

Thought of Han Ya, ʼDid he know that I am not the real Han Ya? If he does, why isnʼt he telling anything to AʼYuan? Plus that prophecy he had told them on their first meeting... It seems that none of the couples are simple. I need to be careful in the future.ʼ

An Yuan tapped Han Yaʼs hand seeing him in his deep thoughts and asked worriedly when he saw him frowning.

”Xiao Ya, is there something wrong? Are you hurting somewhere? Should Doctor Lan cast a spell of healing on you just to be sure?” said An Yuan.

Han Yaʼs heart softened when he saw the honest feelings of worry on An Yuanʼs face. This person truly loves him but... If he learned that I am not the real Han Ya, would he still love me the same way? No, he is mine. He had always been mine alone.

Patting An Yuanʼs head while smiling, ”Iʼm okay, AʼYuan. Was just thinking about what might happen tomorrow.”

”Donʼt worry, Xiao Ya. I will read all these books and tell you what I got from them,” said An Yuan smiling.

Zane with a ʼ(QAQ)ʼ expression on his face butted in the coupleʼs conversation and said, ”Please help me with it too Sister-in-law. My head also aches reading this much of Ancient Runes.”

”Hahaha~ Kid, youʼre like me,” said Chu Mo.

Lan She said, ”Stop being noisy, youʼll get yourself stomped on by Sir Abyss in case you angered him.”

Everyone had shut up instantly, ”...”

Terrified by the domineering strength of Ye Xiajie all of them made sure to not make too much noise. They are in the living room after all. The noise in this place can still be heard in the other rooms.

---

Morning.

The sun has risen from the east and illuminates the hidden village within Hellʼs Labyrinth. The village which had fallen silent during the night had once again become boisterous as the residents and guests had woken up from their sleep.

The team which had caused the almost endless massacre of the Spirit Race was peacefully sleeping at one of the largest inns in the village. Even though they had killed a lot as soon as they arrived in the village after that conversation with the leader of the place, Elder Leafe, no other spirit race people went after them.

There were no nightly visits of assassination was made. This left the newly signed teammate, Zane, to be dumbfounded. He didnʼt expect the Spirit race to indeed stop annoying their team after those disagreements from yesterday which caused countless deaths for the other race.

The village area might be limited but it was modernized yet left a feeling of fantasy and a mystical vibe. As most residential houses were built on trees as treehouses, only the stores and business buildings were built above the earth. There are even some fairies that live in huge flowers.

Lan She and Chu Mo were punctual in their duties of serving their Lords. They woke up earlier than anyone and bought breakfast for the team after their morning jogging. But by the time they returned to the room, the others were already awake. Breakfast was served at the dining table for everyone and the ones theyʼve brought home with them were added to the mix.

A large pot of kabocha squash congee. A yellowish congee filled with rice gruel mixed with boiled and shredded pumpkin. It was a bit sweet due to the ripen squashed mixed into it. For the side dishes, thereʼs a cheese omelet, minced pork, and cucumber as well as pickled turnip and kimchi.

Everyone enjoyed the breakfast but they had to watch Hei Anjing move all of his vegetable side dishes to his husband. He is the type who can only eat fresh and uncooked vegetables, he could eat them in the form of salads but if it was boiled or cooked he wouldnʼt even eat them even if someone forces him to. So while everyone was served pumpkin congee only his is a white congee with a few eggs and bacon on it.

Seeing such usual antics of his wife, Ye Xiajie didnʼt know how to feed his wife vegetables. He could only order their systems to prepare a mixed vegetable and fruit salad for Hei Anjing. Though h3 had accepted all of the side dishes his wife didnʼt want to eat. He is used to eating the food his baby didnʼt like to eat.

Zane whispered to An Yuan who was sitting beside him. An Yuan was seated between him and Han Ya. The other two couples sat on the opposite side.

tAn Yuan whispered back, ”This is still normal. But you will get used to it.”

”You havenʼt seen them kissing in front of the crowd,” murmured Han Ya.

Zane startled, ”Are they for real?”

He wasnʼt expecting an answer from his friends but someone else had answered it for him. It was one of the people in the topic of their conversation, Lord Hei.

”Itʼs for real~~,” said Hei Anjing with a playful tone, and in front of Zane, this talkative new member, he pulled his husbandʼs collar and gave him a morning kiss.

Chuu~

It was supposed to be an ordinary morning kiss but who would expect Ye Xiajie to lower his head and grab the back of his wifeʼs head instantly deepening their kiss.

This left Zane flabbergasted, ”Fuck! That was hot!”

---

After breakfast, everyone had made the preparations and checked out of the inn. Then they went to investigate the dungeons in the village. There are ten dungeons inside the village. It was classified into three: Not Very Scary, Scary, Very Scary. There are four not very scary dungeons, three scary, and another three Very Scary dungeons.

Of course, the rewards for each dungeon differ as well.

Everyone had just finished reading the contents on the wooden board and theyʼve all moved their gaze to Hei Anjinh who looks so excited looking at the Very Scary Dungeon descriptions.

Hei Anjing murmured, ”This looks so fun~ if I didnʼt have any clues I would have chosen this directly~” only then did he notice that everyone was looking at him. ”Hm? What are you looking at me at? Xiao An is the one who is going to choose the dungeon. One that is based on the clues we have in our hands.”

He is currently holding the last book he didnʼt get to read last night. He wanted to read it on the way but he was distracted by some open stalls that sell sweet drinks and desserts on the way.

Upon hearing Hei Anjingʼs words Zane and Chu Mo sighed in their hearts. Only Lan She who studied the contents of the World Plot knew they would end up in that Very Scary Dungeon. In the original plot, An Yuan found the very same clues, and these clues were available only for the Very Scary Dungeons.

As they were speaking, An Yuan had brought out the other two books. Suddenly as if there is a magnet that pulls the books over. All three books including the one in Hei Anjingʼs hand flew away.

An Yuan was startled, ”Ah! It flew!”

”Follow it!” said Han Ya.

As everyone followed the books which were flying in front of them. They were stunned to see that book hovers at each entrance of the Very Scary Dungeons. Seeing this everyone had a varying expression.

Hei Anjing showed happiness as if he got the jackpot. Ye Xiajie is smiling to see how cute his wifeʼs reactions are. Lan She was calmly accepting this result. Zane and Chu Mo were staring at the dungeons before them with an ʼOʼ-shaped mouth that could fit an egg in it. While Han Ya and An Yuan were speechless by how things still ended this way.

Han Ya said, ”Of all of the books in that abandoned library, you had to pick the hardest game modeʼs clues. I donʼt know if you are lucky to get the one with the highest reward or unlucky for getting the dungeons with the highest risk of death.”

”Ah~ Iʼve always been unlucky with things that are a bit like drawing lots.” said An Yuan.

”Come on. Itʼs not that bad~ it should be fun instead~” said Hei Anjing.

The rest of the teamʼs thoughts except Ye Xiajie, ʼItʼs only fun for you two!!!ʼ

Ye Xiajie spoke, ”Since there are clues it shouldnʼt be that hard. First, I will increase the team funds to 5 million. In case we get separated, use the fund to buy yourself some life-saving props. Donʼt hesitate to use the team funds.

Second, try to find each other inside. It is still better to move in groups.

Lastly, if one is trapped somewhere, donʼt move recklessly. I and Jingʼer always check the stream platforms of the people in the team from time to time. You should not forget to live stream inside the dungeon.”

”Any more questions?” asked Hei Anjing.

”None.” the other replied.

Hei Anjing was smiling as he asked, ”So which one do you guys want to pick first? Iʼm okay with anything~”

”I will follow your decision,” said Lan She.

Chu Mo said, ”Whatever was picked is fine.”

Han Ya and Zane looked at Ye Xiajie but they were ignored. This man doesnʼt care about the dungeon and cares only for his wife. They could only leave the decision to An Yuan.

Han Ya spoke, ”AʼYuan you go and pick. Among us, you had read all three books the most.”

”Right. Just use those eyes of yours and check which among the three is the easiest. There should be one among those right?” said Zane.

As he was told, An Yuan used his eyes to check on the status board of the clues. As expected now that they are near the dungeon the information he could see on it had changed as well.

A Joker who lives in Hell

Danger Level: High

Reason: Boss NPC has a weakness.

Letʼs play games of life and death.

Danger Level: Mid-High

Reason: Death Scenarios

The Tainted oneʼs name is a forbidden world.

Danger: Extremely High

Reason: A named being

---

Seeing the lowest is already a High grade it wasnʼt already surprising that things had all this kind of danger level. They are already in Hell Mode. It is normal for everything to be extreme.

An Yuan had no other choice but to choose the first one as it had the lowest risk.

”Letʼs go for the ʼA Joker that lives in Hell.ʼ It says that the Boss NPC has a weakness. As long as we found that there should be no problem.” said An Yuan.

Hei Anjing grinned and said, ”Letʼs get going then~ This should be interesting~ Hahaha...”

With Hei Anjing and Ye Xiajie in lead, the rest of the team could only follow after them. The other players and people of the Spirit race were watching them enter the hardest level of dungeons.

Some former players from the latter batches commented.

”This team is too fearless. Arenʼt they afraid of dying!?”

”Why do you even care about them? The more of them die, the bigger our chances to escape this hell hole.”

”Quiet! Do you want us to get caught!?”

”At this moment, those stupid fairies cannot touch any players. They could only make their moves discreetly and hidden. They would go wild after all the fragments had been found.”

”I know... Letʼs try the Not very dungeon like the rest of the players.”

”Sure. Go take the lead.”
