Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

From MC’s Perspective:

One hour later,

From the control room, I have been monitoring these two people several times. But they have yet to leave the alley. Now. I can say for sure. One of them has a way to track the Mana Signature.

Outside,

“11th Elder, I think we are wasting here. Why don’t we look for the suspect somewhere,” A middle-aged man asked.

Hearing that that man in his fifties frowned. He has a long scar on the left side of his face. He has a nasty and irritated personality as well.

Looking at their Family Wizard, he said, “I’m not wrong. My magic spell was able to mana signature here. But the track ended in that spot.”

“So I’m confused right now,” The 11th Elder said.

The Family Wizard frowned. Surely, he can’t waste time here. He doesn’t have the magic to track the Mana Signature. His magic power is different.

“Okay, elder. I’m going to check other places,” After saying that he left.

“Harumph!”

“What a headache,” the 11th Elder uttered.

He felt family guards were sloppy these days. They couldn’t even catch a rat running away from them. Luckily, he was there in the premium club.

So he decided to lend a helping hand. But right now, he was himself perplexed.

“No, I’m going to stay here until I figure out what’s going on. It’s been decades since someone challenged my magic,” The 11th Elder said to himself.

But he doesn’t know if someone else has heard his words.

Inside the Gregor Mansion, I felt a headache. I never expected one of their family elders to be here. Their conversations have revealed their identity as well.

The other one was nobody. Now, I have to deal with the 11th Elder right now. If he has elder status, then he must be a level-8 Wizard or level-9 Wizard.

My brain and instincts tell me that he is a level-8 Wizard. If it’s a level-9 Wizard chasing me, then the sense crisis would be on a different level.

Since I have used to be around Elder Paul Lin and Elder Stella. I can tell that this old man was nowhere near to them. I should kill this old man with the troublesome magic.

He can pose a threat to the True Elements Society Wizards as well. I don’t know what will happen next with the investigation. Since I have completed the task. I think it’s good to remove him for the future.

Swoosh!

The next second, I vanished from the spot and appeared outside. I stood in front of the scar-faced old man. The old man was in a state of shock.

It’s just a span of a few seconds.

“Gravity Domain”

I don’t want to take any chances. So I cast the 4th stage of the Magic Spell.

Ka#boom!

The invisible gravity domain appears, trapping the old man inside. The 11th scar-faced elder was struck with a realization.

“Impudent…”

He uttered a word but before he could complete his words. A terrific gravitational force appears. The old man’s heart is enveloped with a sense of crisis.

Before his brain could come up with an answer. The Gravitational Force struck his body. The 4th stage of level-7 Magic Spell is so strong.

The force immediately shattered his internal organs along with bones. Leaving behind blood and flesh mixed paste. The old man’s consciousness shut down as his brain and heart were smashed as well.

An empty shell corpse then drops to the ground. But the power of gravity was so much so. The wastages were reduced to fine particles. Then, it is further reduced into ashes.

I’m watching the whole thing in awe before dismissing the magic spell. Then I saw there was a deep pit in front of me. It was left behind by the magic spell.

This was the first time I used the 4th stage amplification spell for the gravity domain spell. The power of gravity crushed everything at the atom level.

Then I glanced at the spot before leaving the place. I quickly joined the main street and started walking through the crowds.

My destination is the airfield. I have already wasted time because of the scar-faced old man.

Meanwhile,

The neighbourhood residents visited the alley because of a loud sound earlier. But they were shocked by the scene in front of them.

There is a deep pit on the ground. They don’t know when the deep pit was formed. There was no sign of fighting either.

Because if there was fighting, they could find mana signatures of different spells and blood on the ground. But here there was nothing.

The residents were confused. But those with discerning eyes can tell that something has happened. A deep pit can’t appear anywhere.

At this time, the Anderson Family Wizard arrives at the spot. He was surprised by seeing this much of a crowd in front of the alley.

“What’s going on?” He asked himself while walking through the crowd.

But when he entered the alley. He was dumbfounded by seeing the deep pit as well.

“Where is the 11th Elder?” He asked.

The 11th Elder was investigating the Mana Signature. He even told the elder that he was going to check other places.

Looking at the deep pit, he was confused and surprised. Not for a second, he thought the 11th Elder was killed. So he tried to contact him.

But he wasn’t able to reach him. The connection was not available.

“What’s going on?” He was further confused.

Even if the elder went somewhere. It’s impossible to disable the connection unless the elder did it himself.

“Did he find anything?” He thought.

The Family Wizard then left the place and decided to inform the higher-ups in person.

One hour later,

I reached the airfield. But I can’t walk into this place without showing my ID. I will definitely be checked. I have to come up with a plan to get inside. Then I started to observe the airfield by roaming this area.
