Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

From MC’s Perspective:

Just as I took a few steps forward, following my group. The mechanical voice sounded in my mind.

[Ding! A secret room is detected]

Hearing that, I paused my footsteps and turned towards the wall on my right side. Both sides of the walls were decorated with the paintings.

But behind this right side wall painting must be the secret room.

“Looks like I have to stay here tonight,” I thought.

“Young man, why did you stop?” The guide asked.

“I’m just looking at the beautiful paintings,” I replied.

The Guide smiled immediately and said, “It’s true. Our paintings were beautiful. Because it’s drawn by the descendants of the Anderson Family.”

“Wow”

“Anderson Family!”

The other visitors gasped in surprise.

I furrowed my eyebrows. I didn’t expect to hear this piece of news. Suddenly, I thought of something.

I asked, “Do the descendants of the Anderson Family visit this place?”

The Guide was stunned before replying, “Of course, the place was run by them. They come here often to meet Wizards from various places.”

His words made me think about something deeply.

“Have the True Elements Society Wizards had any contact with any of those here?” I asked myself in my heart.

A quick gleam flashes in my eyes. I observed the guide and memorized his face. I have decided to take action against him later.

Then he continues to take us around the place. The Kaiden Pet Centre also has an incubation centre. Where they got eggs of different breeds of one monster.

For a second, I thought these people were doing experiments here. It’s difficult to think that many breeds are found in one place. As time went by, I felt this place was creepy.

When the introduction tour was over. The guide left, allowing the visitors to spend their time here. But I followed the guide to see where he was going.

He is going to the back office. Seeing that I felt my behaviour could draw attention. I have already entered here illegally. So I don’t want to make any mistakes.

Then I roam around the building before finding the bathroom. It’s the place where there will be no security measures and cameras.

After entering inside, I immediately appeared inside the Gregor Mansion. I’m planning to search the hidden compartment during the night.

Mid-Night,

The last few visitors left the Kaiden Pet Centre. Now, the building has staff and workers. Apart from those who got the night shift, the rest of them are leaving.

About 20 minutes later,

I appeared outside wearing a mask. As long as I avoid having direct contact with anyone, I can walk around this place freely.

The system will block any prying eyes. So no one can know my presence. Then I started to walk towards the hidden compartment where I found it earlier.

Just as I came to the main section from the bathroom, I found two people walking before me. I don’t want to disappear right in the middle of the building.

Who knows what kind of magic formations are inscribed here? I don’t want anyone to see me disappear out of nowhere. It could attract the attention of the powerful wizards.

So I stood there and waited for them to leave. Anyway, they won’t know I’m standing right behind. They turned around and left this area.

I continued to walk towards the hidden compartment. When I arrived in front of the painting. For a second, I thought of touching with my hand.

Then something important struck my mind. I probed the painting by using the system function.

[Ding! A powerful magic formation is hidden in the painting]

A mechanical voice sounded in my mind.

My face turned ugly. I thought it would be easy to enter the hidden compartment. Looks like only the important people can enter here.

I don’t want to destroy it before I can find any clue about the disappearance. So I decided to leave the Kaiden Pet Centre and come back again later. Then I left the place.

Shortly afterwards,

A few dozen guards appeared in front of the painting. They were alerted by the monitoring team, who saw someone with a mask wandering around the hallways.

“The masked man is not here!”

“We don’t know whether he is an enemy or not. So we have to find him quickly.”

The Guards discussed among themselves before leaving the place.

Meanwhile,

In the monitor room, the staff are searching for the masked man through the hidden cameras.

“Who was the person?””

“Was he a thief?”

“We should find the person before the elders learn about this incident.”

The staff discussed this in a serious tone. The sudden appearance of the masked man disturbed their work. Their entire night shift timings may involve finding this person.

A few minutes later,

I left the Kaiden Pet Centre and walked back to the Central Plaza. Fortunately, there are still shops that are open all day. Including the restaurants, hotels and some clubs.

“The Kaiden Pet Centre’s initial investigation ended in failure. I can’t go back there without finding the solution to the Hidden Magic Formations,” I thought.

So the only thing left for now is the Kaiden Spa. I’m hoping to find some answers there. After appearing in the Central Plaza, I went to the nearest building’s backyard to appear inside the Gregor Mansion.

I’m going to continue the search in the morning. So I went to bed to sleep.

The following day,

The Kaiden Pet Centre was in a mess. Last night was not peaceful for them. They have failed to locate the unknown masked man. He was speculated as a thief for now.

The Anderson Family Descendants behind the Kaiden Pet Centre got the news last night. They were furious. Running the Kaiden Pet Centre is kind of a big deal for them. They don’t want their reputation to get tarnished.

So before the elders could know about this. They have decided to suppress the matter right now. They have decided to open the Kaiden Pet Centre for the public as usual.

At the same time, they are going to find the masked man themselves. Though none of the items are stolen. But the mysterious appearance of the person last night alarmed everyone.
