Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Griffin City“The Cleaner actually doesn’t have an intelligence attribute... In that case.”

When Lin Feng scanned the Cleaner last time, he vaguely remembered that only these four basic attributes were displayed.

Thinking of this, Lin Feng immediately chanted the spell for Polymorph and successfully hit the Cleaner.

The next moment, the Cleaner was forced to transform into a small rabbit.

“As expected.”

Lin Feng was overjoyed, but before he could celebrate for long, the Cleaner, who had turned into a small rabbit, disappeared, then instantly reappeared behind Lin Feng, sending him flying.

Lin Feng only managed to stabilize himself after crashing through two buildings. He looked quite disheveled, but these were not very important matters.

It now seemed that the Cleaner indeed had a weakness, unless the person he was imitating had no weakness, but there shouldn’t be anyone in this world without a weakness, right?

“Return to the Elevator.”

After he finished speaking, the Elevator appeared behind Lin Feng, and Lin Feng didn’t hesitate, turning to enter the Elevator.

After this incident, Lin Feng was basically certain that Song Ce was sincere in his cooperation.

Song Ce’s personal abilities were quite good, so Lin Feng didn’t mind having such a teammate.

Upon returning to the Elevator, Lin Feng immediately told Qin An about the Cleaner’s weakness. However, Qin An was protected by feathers, so he generally wouldn’t be in danger, of course, unless he was indiscriminately bombed with nuclear weapons.

After entering the permanent floor, Lin Feng continued to cultivate, preparing to break through to the mid-stage Nascent Soul in one go.

After breaking through to the mid-stage Nascent Soul, he planned to visit other parts of the permanent floor, preferably larger cities, to inquire about matters on the other side of the Polar Mountain Range.

He truly didn’t believe that in this world, only the deceased Old Blind Man had seen the world on the other side of the Polar Mountain Range.

....................

Seven days later, Lin Feng’s cultivation successfully advanced to the mid-stage Nascent Soul. Although it was only a small breakthrough, his four main attributes increased by a full 500 points.

His current four main attributes had become:

[Strength: 2030;

Speed: 2051;

Agility: 2030;

Constitution: 2120;]

.....

If spiritual energy were added, these attributes could easily reach around four thousand.

In the past few days, the random floors had also been continuously refreshing, but because no system tasks were triggered, Lin Feng had no interest in exploring them.

Now he was preparing to temporarily leave this area, and his first destination was Gryphon City.

Which was the address Kuze had given him in his letter.

Since Kuze’s family was entrenched in this city, it meant that the city must be extremely large in scale.

“I hope I can find the person I need.”

Saying this, Lin Feng summoned his flying sword and flew away on it.

Little Dragon, Black Bean, and 101 were temporarily left at the Villa to guard the house. The main reason Lin Feng brought Yellow Bean was that this guy could find treasures.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t even plan to bring Yellow Bean.

After flying for a day and a night, Lin Feng was finally nearing Gryphon City.

Because Lin Feng flew very high the entire way, he didn’t encounter any dangers, but in some large mountains, he could occasionally see giant dragon lairs.

However, he didn’t see any wild giant dragons, which was a bit of a pity. He still wanted to see what dragons of other elements looked like; so far, he had only seen Fire Dragons and Ice Dragons.

At this moment, Gryphon City was still over fifty kilometers away, but Lin Feng could already see the tall city walls in the distance.

At the main gate, there were also two huge Gryphon statues, looking very imposing.

As he was about to arrive, Lin Feng landed on the ground. After all, he didn’t know if there were any requirements for entering Gryphon City. It wouldn’t be good if he flew over without permission and was attacked by the Soldier on the city wall as an enemy.

Upon arriving below the walls of Gryphon City, Lin Feng couldn’t help but exclaim in admiration.

The city gate of Gryphon City alone was over thirty meters high, and the statues on both sides were nearly twenty meters tall, as if he had suddenly entered a giant city.

However, Lin Feng was also a bit curious. There was no Magic Beast Forest or any dangerous presence nearby, so why were the city walls built so high?

There were no restrictions on entering Gryphon City; one could enter and exit freely, but flying within the city was not allowed.

The pedestrian traffic in Gryphon City was quite high; entering and exiting the city gate even required queuing up. There were more than a dozen carriages lined up in front of Lin Feng.

He waited for several minutes before successfully entering the city.

The buildings inside the city were not overly extravagant, and the roads were wide and paved with bluestone bricks, very flat.

“In this vast sea of people, where am I supposed to find someone like the Old Blind Man?”

Lin Feng looked around blankly, thinking he couldn’t possibly ask every single person, could he?

Right! He almost forgot about Kuze.

Lin Feng slapped his forehead and quickly looked at the address Kuze had given him.

“Gryphon City, Kuze Family Courtyard.”

Knowing the exact location, Lin Feng opened his navigation to check the position and found that it was only three streets away.

However, Kuze probably hadn’t returned yet, had he?

After extending his divine sense into the Kuze Family Courtyard, Lin Feng checked each room and indeed didn’t see Kuze’s figure. He could only wait a few more days.

If he went directly, the housekeepers and servants inside probably wouldn’t recognize him.

Since he had already come, Lin Feng began to stroll around Gryphon City, planning to find a hotel to stay in at night.

There were quite a few entertainment venues in Gryphon City, and gambling houses were legal here. At night, there were also places similar to brothels, but they were the kind that only sold art, not their bodies.

Lin Feng wasn’t much of a shopper, so after wandering for two streets, he found a large hotel, booked the best room, and went inside to cultivate.

Time spent cultivating always passed quickly, and unknowingly, five days had gone by.

If it weren’t for the hotel servant knocking on the door, Lin Feng probably would have continued cultivating.

What made Lin Feng laugh and cry was that the reason the servant came to knock on the door was to confirm whether Lin Feng was dead or not.

After all, he hadn’t left his room for five whole days after checking in, and his attire was also very strange.

So the hotel owner was a bit worried. If someone died in his hotel, could he still do business?

Just as the servant confirmed that Lin Feng was safe and sound and was about to leave, a wave of cheers suddenly came from outside.

“Is there some festival going on outside? It’s so lively.”

Lin Feng asked the servant with some curiosity.

“Oh, no, sir, it’s Young Master Kuze returning from hunting. I heard he captured a legendary Magic Beast alive this time. Everyone is celebrating for him now. Would you like to go down and see?”
