Dragon Monarch System

Knock!!! Knock!!!

“Come in…..!!” Opening the door, Spencer found Aditya working. It was already time for dinner but it doesn’t look like the Emperor remembers about having dinner. He was writing something on a paper. He didn’t even look at Spencer as he stepped inside the room. “Your Majesty, you look busy,” Spencer said with a smile. “Well, I can’t deny that,” Aditya said without raising his head. A few seconds later, Aditya put the pen down and looked at Spencer with a smile. “How is the preparation going for your wedding?” “It’s going well. Everything is going in the right direction.” Spencer said as he sat on the couch. “Would you like to drink a cup of tea?” Spencer asked. “I just finished my 5th cup of tea for the day. I should slow down.” Saying that, Aditya went back to work. Spencer nodded his head. He observed Aditya for a few seconds and then said. “Your Majesty, should we postpone our wedding for now? Spencer asked with a smile. Ever since his wedding day was announced, Spencer has noticed just how much things had changed in the capital. The Empire had new enemies who were hiding from the Shadows. Their aim and motives were still unknown. As the Prime Minister of the Istarin Empire, Spencer felt that he was being very selfish. It wouldn’t matter if the wedding is postponed. It wasn’t like he was in a hurry to get married or anything like that. The date was perfect. There wasn’t much work that needed to be done during his wedding. In fact, most of his work could have been handled by his secretaries. Everything would have gone right if it hadn’t been for the sudden unknown enemies attacking the Empire. Hearing Spencer’s words, Aditya looked at him. “This is nothing but a very small matter. There is no need to postpone your wedding day.” Seeing that Spencer wasn’t fully convinced, Aditya continued. “Besides, I have got everything under my control. There is no need for you to worry.”

Hearing this, Spencer became silent for a few seconds before asking. “Your Majesty, please let me know if you need my help?” Aditya chuckled, hearing his words. “This is your wedding season. You should be enjoying yourself. Not working.” “My friend is going to be a married man in a few days. I am almost jealous of you.” Aditya said with a smile. “Then why don’t you get married?” Spencer asked back. “You know, I can’t. Not until I have dealt with my enemies.” “The longer you wait, the more your harem is going to grow,” Spencer said in a joking tone. “Well, that’s true.” Aditya couldn’t deny Spence’s words. “Have you invited all the guests?” Aditya asked. “I have…..!!! It was a long and tough job, but it’s finally done.” “Good to know.” “By the way, I wanted to tell you something important. I have been thinking of discussing this matter with you for a while now.” Spencer suddenly became serious. Right now, the prime minister of the Istarin Empir is speaking to the Emperor as a friend. “After marrying Aria, I wish to move out of the Dragon Palace.” Hearing this, Aditya became silent. A few seconds, Aditya nodded his head. “I understand.” The only reason the Prime Minister of the Empire lived with the Royal Family was for convenience. When Spencer became the Prime Minister, it was more convenient for him to live with the Emperor and his family. This helped Spencer quickly adjust to his new life and his role as the Prime Minister. Soon, Spencer became a part of the family. Once the Dragon Palace was made, for the sake of convenience, Spencer moved in with the Royal Family and has continued living there until now. When Spencer met Aria as his girlfriend, she also began living with them. No one in the Royal family had any problem with Aria living with them. Everyone accepted her as a part of the family.

But now that Spencer is going to get married, he is going to start his own family. It was time for him to find a place to live. It was time for him to move out. It was a very important step in his life. Even if everyone accepts them as part of the family, Spencer and Aria will never be part of the royal family. This is just how things worked. Spencer and Aria decided to start their family not in the Dragon Palace but somewhere else. Knowing that Spencer had made up his mind, Aditya did not try to change his mind. Since this was a decision that Spencer and Aria made, Aditya will respect their decision. “Where are you planning to move?” Aditya asked. “I don’t know. We haven’t decided yet.” Spencer said with a smile. “Then, how about you two start living at the old Castle in the Azure City?” Aditya asked since the old Caslt was basically abandoned. Spencer could live there. Spencer smiled and replied. “Living in the Old Caslt would be the same as living in the Dragon Palace.” “Aria dreams of owning a house where she could raise our children. She wants to be a housewife. I want to respect her choice.” Aditya nodded his head in understanding. “Alright!! Are you two going to stay at Azure City or some other city?” Aditya asked. “Azure City!!” The reason was simple. It was for the sake of convenience and safety. The capital was the safest city in the Empire. “Good choice!!” “You can choose any residence in the Azure City. It will be free for you.” Aditya was going to cover the cost. This was going to be his wedding gift to Spencer. “This will be my wedding gift.” “Thank you…..!!” Though Spencer and Aria are going to start living somewhere in Azure City, they are still going to continue coming to the Dragon Palace. “By the way, are you going to invite your parents to your wedding?” Aditya asked, knowing that the relationship between Spencer and his parents wasn’t that good. Spencer was abused in his family. Once Spencer became the Prime Minister of the Istarin Empire, he completely cut off any connections with the Newman family. Newman, who is Spencer’s father, is a Viscount of the Ethereal Empire. Spencer had two elder brothers who were already married and well-established with the help of his father. ‘Spencer never really speaks about his family. Not even once has he returned to the Ethereal Empire to visit his family.’ However, Spencer’s father has tried to contact Spencer many times. His father was really desperate to see Spencer. Newman even went to the Emperor of the Ethereal Empire to help him arrange a meeting with his son. But Alicia’s big brother, Noah, turned him down by saying that this was something that he could not decide. After learning that Spencer had become the Prime Minister of the Istarin Empire, Newman immediately wanted to connect back with his son. But before, he never really cared about Spencer. Even an idiot could see that Newman was only trying to meet his son for benefits. But Spencer isn’t going to allow that to happen. “Well, I have. No matter what kind of people they are, they are still my blood. I think they deserve to attend my wedding.” Spencer said with a small smile. His smile was filled with pain and bitterness. Aditya’s question must have reminded him of some ugly past memories. “Well, if Newman tries anything funny, then as the Emperor, I have every right to punish him. I won’t let anyone disrespect my Prime Minister.” Aditya doubted Noah would really say anything to him because Noah did not like the Newman household. “Haha….!!! Thank you, Aditya….!!” Spencer was grateful to Aditya. Because of Aditya, his entire life has changed. The next morning, Aditya also took a day off from work. Since Spencer’s wedding was just tomorrow, he needed to do some shopping as well.

A lot of guests will be attending the wedding. Aditya had to present himself appropriately. “Your Majesty, are you alright with me coming with you?” Watson asked Aditya. “What are you saying, Watson? Of course, it’s alright. Besides, you also haven’t brought anything, right?”

Watson nodded his head and replied. “How can I go shopping when my Master was working? If I left, who would care for my Master’s needs? Who will serve tea to my master?” Watson said in a righteous tone. To him, serving Aditya was more important than anything else. “Hahaha….!!!” Aditya was kind of touched hearing Watson’s words. His words showed just how dedicated he was to his work. “You’re the best Butler in the whole world.” Aditya genuinely believed that no one else was better than Watson. “Thank you for the compliment, Your Majesty. I always feel that I could do better.”
