Chapter 386: Alexandra’s Decision

She then peeked shyly at Kaiden, who, by the time she finished her sentence, was already grinning. Alexandra instantly averted her gaze.

”I’d love to have you, Alexandra,” he declared without missing a beat. The fidgeting of the blonde woman increased tenfold.

...

Despite donning the maid uniform, Alexandra didn’t get far in her attempts to hover by the counter and serve. Nyx grabbed her wrist with one hand, Aria with the other, and between the two of them, she was dragged toward the table.

”Sit. Eat,” Nyx ordered, glaring as if daring the blonde to argue.

”I-I can’t-” Alexandra started, only for Aria to press her down into a chair with a gentle but firm hand.

”Let me guess,” Aria spoke up with eyes of disapproval, ”You want to serve us and then eat later. Oh, and you don’t want to eat monster meat but something much cheaper.”

Seeing the blonde woman’s innocent expression that all but confirmed her thoughts, Aria smiled. ”You’ve earned this seat as much as the rest of us.”

Alexandra wrung her skirt anxiously, but the resolve of the two women was iron. She stayed put in her seat.

Moments later, steaming platters of drake flank hit the table. The monster’s meat had been grilled to perfection, the outer sear glistening in rich oils and spices while the inner flesh remained succulent and juicy. Even just the scent was intoxicating, sharp, and savory with a faint sweet undertone unique to drakes.

The first bite made Alexandra’s eyes go wide. Then, brimming tears spilled down her cheeks as she covered her mouth with both hands. ”I-It’s... so good,” she whimpered between hiccupped sobs. ”I’ve never... eaten anything this delicious in my life...”

Her teary smile lit up the whole room, leaving even Luna pausing mid-chew to stare at her softly.

”Didn’t you say you had monster cooking classes?” the Storm Valkyrie asked.

”Monster butchering classes,” the blonde woman corrected. ”We processed the corpses and Maximilian then sold the meat or gave it to his friends, I’m not sure.”

Hearing that she was used as more or less child labor didn’t lift the mood, but they got over it quickly, having already been more than aware of how utterly horrible that man was.

Wine was poured, glasses lifted. And it was Aria, after sipping hers, who cleared her throat delicately.

”...We have a small surprise for you, Kaiden.” Her tone was carefully measured. ”Though I’m not entirely sure you’ll be happy with it.”

Kaiden raised a brow and leaned back in his chair. ”Oh? What kind of surprise?”

Aria’s gaze drifted. First, to Bastet, who was shamelessly tearing into another cut of meat with sauce being smeared at the corner of her lips. No shame. None at all.

Then to Luna, who had gone stiff as a board, her face being nearly as red as Alexandra’s had been earlier. She fidgeted just as violently as she avoided Kaiden’s eyes.

That contrast alone made Kaiden’s interest spike.

Aria’s lips curved. ”You wanted last time to stay private. But... the three of us decided to record it from our points of view.”

Her own cheeks colored faintly now, but she held his gaze. ”We did it so we could watch it back later, just for our own desire to never forget the memory. But after some discussion, we thought... maybe we should upload it. It’s been over a week since Valhalla’s Sinners put out any adult content. We’ve been all about monster-slaying, no... variety.”

Kaiden tilted his head.

Aria shifted in her seat. ”The variety in how you... made love to us... might be exactly what the fangirls want right now.”

For a long beat, Kaiden studied her. Then his lips slowly pulled into a smirk. ”Well. If that’s what my Valkyries want, who am I to say no?”

Agreement settled, the girls quickly uploaded each of their POVs.

The clatter of cutlery and the murmur of conversation filled the air once more, and the meal resumed - but with a new electricity under the surface, as a shared secret was now hurtling toward the world outside.

...

The meal wound down slowly. Plates were scraped clean of the drake meat, and the last drops of wine swirled in their cups.

Alexandra, still in her maid uniform, dabbed at her eyes again every now and then, unable to get over how delicious the food was compared to the meager scraps she’d grown used to.

Kaiden, however, leaned back in his chair, exhaling once before his mind summoned his Awakened Media platform. The familiar interface greeted him, only this time... the numbers were staggering.

Already - within a mere hour - each of the POV uploads had skyrocketed to tens of millions of views. Notifications were so numerous that he couldn’t finish reading them even if he dedicated days to the task, and the trending bar was practically glowing with their names. The sheer momentum was undeniable: the world’s eyes were fixed firmly on Valhalla’s Sinners.

Curious, Kaiden scrolled down to the comments. As expected, the tone was overwhelmingly positive, adoring, even. His lips tugged upward. Only women could view their erotic content, which meant the bitter male detractors had no voice here. Indeed, most of their haters were of the male gender.

The first wave of comments revolved around Bastet.

Fans were practically gushing over her video, writing about how intoxicating it had been to watch a proud and beyond elegant woman like her instantly bend, submit, and melt beneath him. Some said it was like watching the sun itself bow, and they couldn’t stop replaying the moment her moans broke into desperate cries of devotion.

Then came Aria’s.

Her section of the feed was an entirely different form of reactions. Fangirls raved about the gentleness, the tenderness, the way Kaiden had treated her like she was the only woman in the world. It was soft, achingly romantic, and many commented that it looked more like a perfect love story than pornography. More than a few admitted it made them cry happy tears.

Finally, Kaiden’s gaze drifted to Luna’s.

He froze for a moment. Truth be told, this was the one video where he expected to get hated for.

For a moment, when Aria suggested they upload it, he wondered if it was Luna taking revenge on him. But he didn’t wish to argue, so he let the girls do as they wanted.

Now, he was forced to realize that Luna was not punishing him in any shape or form, for the comments were anything but hateful. They were just... deranged.

Thrilled, frantic, feral.

Women were raving about how raw the session looked, about how he had fucked her into submission, stripped the sharpness right out of her tongue. They replayed the moment where he had her locked in a headlock, plowing into her until her defiance melted into trembling gasps.

The comparisons to the initial Bastet subjugation video were inevitable, where the tanned kitten went from a monster to the Ra-Blessed Felinid all knew and loved, but the fans were quick to note this was different.

After all, it wasn’t a conquest of a rogue beast; it was domination of a lover.

Kaiden’s eyes looked sideways at Luna.

The girl was pretending to be invested in her empty glass, but her ears were red and her cheeks practically glowed. Judging by the way her thighs pressed together, she had already read some of the comments herself.

Next, he looked at the mission he was given earlier, relating to Nyx.

—

[Space Valkyrie’s Tormentor: Defeat Maximilian!]

Destroy Maximilian Vice’s financial and political leverage.

Render the subject Maximilian incapable of exerting further harm.

Failure Condition: Any outcome in which Maximilian Vice retains capacity to recover his influence.

—

’It’s still not completed, huh...’ he thought inwardly.

’Well, I’m not going to just sit idly by and hope the President completes the mission for me. It’s time to go on the offensive.’

But before anything, he decided to check his stats, including both his attributes as an awakened combatant and his system’s unique stats.
