Obviously, the 5.7 seconds at the beginning of the battle was the most crucial part of the fight! If Sheyan couldn’t do anything useful in these 5.7 seconds, then the only thing waiting for him against this monster who easily surpassed him in all attributes and had ten times his HP, was defeat.

Therefore, anyone who found themselves in such a situation, must do something in this 5.7 seconds to offset the huge gap between the two sides!

What would Sheyan do?

What could Sheyan do?

The first thing he did was to take out a pair of sunglasses from his personal space and put them on. While doing this, he activated his ’Endless Spirited Vodka’ and added 25% to his movement speed.

The sunglasses appeared directly in Sheyan’s palm because they were taken out of his personal space, while he only had to activate the ’Endless Spirited Vodka’ with his thoughts. These two actions took only 0.5 seconds.

Next, Sheyan retrieved another thing from his personal space.

This is the thing Sheyan was counting on to turn defeat into victory. And probably also the reason why the nightmare realm deemed that the Men in Black world was even more suitable for Sheyan than the Pirates of the Caribbean world!

This thing was a standard equipment carried by all senior Man in Black agents, a godly item used to fool the masses and maintain social order!!

The neuralyzer nicknamed ”janitor”!!

Sheyan was flashed by one when he had just entered the world, so he could be sure that this tool was effective on contestants; at least, it was effective on himself! But the follow-up hypnotic effect was not.

After Sheyan obtained the neuralyzer, he found out that when a contestant was the one using it, there were a lot of restrictions. Firstly, he could only wipe, at most, 15 minutes of memory. Secondly, there was a long cooldown time of 60 minutes after each use.

But! But! Sheyan was sure that this was what he was looking for. This neuralyzer was totally the most crucial factor in determining whether he could pass this boundary breakthrough trial!

Sheyan pointed the neuralyzer at the clone in front of him. All the settings had already been properly set up. Sheyan gazed at the opponent through the sunglasses, and pressed the activation button coldly. The red light of the neuralyzer began to shine slowly, sending out a string of short and rushed beeping sounds, followed by a glaring red light which instantly covered the whole place!

This red light was an unknown energy that can isolate electrical pulses in deep levels—especially neuron pulses in the human brain. Only sunglasses could effectively filter it!

This light covered the eyes of the clone in an instant, deeply penetrating into his soul! !

For ordinary people, the last fifteen minutes was not a long time. It was maybe the time for half a meal, a cigarette, a dump, a daydream.

However, for a clone who had just been cloned for a few minutes, it was the duration of his whole life! ! !

This ray of light smashed and plundered the brain of the clone, wiping away the abundant amount of combat awareness, combat intelligence and combat experience instilled by the realm! ! !

After the memory-destroying storm was over, there was only one thought left in the mind of the clone - to kill Sheyan. Besides that, he was only a wild beast that fought on instinct!

All these sounded long, but all Sheyan did was raise the neuralyzer, pressed the button, and waited for the signal.

This whole process took 2.4 seconds. Sheyan still had 2.8 seconds left.

After the red flash, Sheyan immediately went to the back of the snowy mountain and jumped down. The garment on his back was carefully selected - it was the kind of thick windbreaker that could cover the entire body.

He tightened his windbreaker and used it like a sleigh to slide down the snowy slope! Sheyan had made the calculation beforehand. Even though the clone had twice his Agility, it was useless under such circumstances.

No matter how fast the clone was, he couldn’t be faster than this method of sliding down by utilising the terrain. The fastest way the clone could chase after Sheyan was to do the same!

Sheyan’s current approach was quite similar to the previous method of using a car to erase his speed disadvantage against Hakeem.

Sheyan knew that within the duration of him skiing from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain, there was absolutely no way the clone could catch up to him. He had a very good understanding of the clone; in fact, it could be said that no one could understand the clone better. The clone had no way to reverse this situation, because if Sheyan himself faced this situation, he couldn’t catch up either!

With the 2.8 seconds he won, Sheyan rapidly slid 50 meters away.

Only now did the clone recover from the 5.7s stun. However, he was still in a daze. Anyone who had all their memories shattered, stirred and wiped away would be in a daze, even if he was a strengthened clone of Sheyan.

The daze awarded Sheyan 3 extra seconds to slide down. Then, the order that the realm instilled in the clone to kill Sheyan came into effect. This command supported him like his soul; it was so powerful that even the neuralyzer could not shake it.

The clone roared and gave chase on instinct, leaping down the snowy slope. Although his speed was much faster than Sheyan, the deep snow immediately caused him to fall. He tumbled pathetically for a short distance before standing up again and continuing with his difficult chase.

Senyan witnessed the poor performance of the clone and the corner of his lips curled into a sneer. While he was sliding down, he did not stay idle. He took different kinds of materials from his personal space and prepared his various mixes.

Sheyan did not carry any finished mixes into this world of trial, only mixing materials! The first mix he made was the beneficial gene-mix! It could increase his attributes by 10% or 8 points, whichever was greater! (TN note: refer to chapter 856 Black Artmix Technique lvl max!)

Although the base attributes of the clone were still far superior to Sheyan’s even after he had taken the mix, it was now impossible for the clone to achieve something as insane as crushing effects in all attributes.

For the clone who had fifteen minutes of memory deleted, he didn’t even know what he had in his personal space if he didn’t sort through them one by one, let alone knowing the precise concoction method for the mixes. He had naturally forgotten all the formulas. These kind of situations were not uncommon in real life. Of course, there were also cases where someone who lost his memory came into contact with familiar things, and slowly restored the memory, but would Sheyan give him the time and opportunity to calmly recall his memory and experiment with mixing?

Of course not.

Therefore, these materials were essential for Sheyan, but for the clone, they were completely useless!

Sheyan had begun trying to slowly fill the huge power gap between the two sides.

Sheyan spent a total of 35 seconds sliding down the snowy slopes of the mountain.

Taking advantage of these thirty-five seconds, he prepared a total of seven bottles of gene-mixes, but because he concocted them under such a bad condition, one of them was a failure. Therefore, he produced six finished products. After consuming one, he was left with 5 bottles.

Among the 5 mixes, two of them were gene-mixes that could be thrown, while the other three were genetical-extract mixes made from materials that Sheyan had prepared beforehand.

These mixes were far from enough for Sheyan’s plan. Fortunately, the clone did not immediately learn from Sheyan as soon as he recovered his mobility, sliding down on his back like a sleigh. That delayed him further. The gap between the two had increased from 2.8 seconds to 10 seconds.

Sheyan stood on the spot and used two seconds to concoct two more bottles of genetical-extract mixes. He then he dug a hole in the meadow at the foot of the mountain and buried in it four bottles of genetical-extract mixes.

Gene-mixes were mixes that could be used to strengthen allies or curse enemies, while genetical-extract mixes were the essences Sheyan extracted from various living creatures. They had only one use....to be spellcasting materials.

That’s right! This was one of the abilities that Sheyan has never displayed so far, a spellcasting material for Saruman’s powerful inheritance!

A spellcasting material to grow Uruk-hais!

(TN note: refer to Chapter 857:Grow)

Then Sheyan turned away and ran! Don’t forget that he still had the speed buff from the ’Endless Spirited Vodka’ on him. The clone apparently forgot that he carried such an item. As for the ’Pestilence Monarch’ ability, Sheyan had switched it to ’Poison Monarch’ before entering this area.

Although the realm had notified him that the ’Pestilence Monarch/Poison Monarch’ ability was something of very minute probability and could only be partially copied, Sheyan believed that the effect of being immune to all diseases/poisons would definitely be kept. Therefore, this ability was not part of his plan in dealing with the clone. Of course, the clone could also forget about inflicting diseases on him.
