The system takes me to fly

Chapter 29

”Go to sleep for a while to refresh yourself. I’ll call you when dinner is ready.”

After rushing Zhang Meng to rest, Xu Yi curled up on the sofa.

”In the blink of an eye, it’s been so long.”

Covering his eyes with his hands, Xu Yi let himself recall the past.

……

……

Both Xu Yi and Zhang Meng were once homeless.

At the end of the college entrance examination, Zhang Meng’s parents were in an accident. After both of them died, as Zhang Meng said, those relatives who were usually smiling and amiable all changed their appearance when faced with a large amount of compensation. Grandparents are involved.

Zhang Meng, a student who just finished the college entrance examination, was at a loss and unable to deal with the relatives who should have been close relatives but hurt him.

Simply because Zhang Meng was an adult at that time, he just turned 18 and took his ID card, so he didn’t need to transfer his guardian. Otherwise, the house left by his parents after they left would be taken away by relatives with the rights of guardian.

Before Zhang Meng’s school started, the curtain was left on this event, and the compensation was four points. Zhang Meng’s grandparents, uncles and aunts got three parts, and Zhang Meng only got one part.

A young boy who was originally a young man, encountered the sudden death of his parents, his uncles and aunts who suddenly changed their faces, and even his grandparents who he always thought were kind.

At that time, the world was distorted in his eyes.

In the early days of freshman year, Zhang Meng was not talkative at that time. In the first impression of the boss and the others, they thought that Zhang Meng, who had just entered school, was a person with a gloomy personality.

As for why he finally became the proud and foodie he is now, that is another story.

Similar to Zhang Meng’s experience, when his adoptive parents died, he was only 16 years old, and he was in the first year of high school and the second year of high school.

The grandparents who didn’t like him very much at first would only say a word because of the affection of his adoptive parents. After the adoptive parents passed away in a car accident, their attitude towards Xu Yi was even more indifferent.

During that time, Xu Yi almost dropped out of school, but the reason why Xu Yi was able to enroll in the end was because the village secretary sympathized with Xu Yi and won for him the autonomy to finish high school.

When the second year of high school started, Xu Yi could only live in the school.

Because the house was taken away by grandparents, they only gave Xu Yi two years of high school tuition on the grounds that Xu Yi was not the biological child of his adoptive parents.

After being admitted to university, Secretary Chen, who had sympathized with him, introduced to Xu Yi a place where he could take a summer job to earn his first year’s university fees.

Thanks to the kind secretary, Xu Yi took the photos of her adoptive parents and embarked on a part-time job journey, never going back to that place again.

College life.

They lived in the same dormitory for four years. Xu Yi and Zhang Meng often worked together, so their grades remained the same. They graduated smoothly thanks to the boss and the third child in the dormitory.

After graduation, Xu Yi applied for the first job, but because a colleague stabbed him in the back, he had no choice but to leave that company.

Afterwards, Xu Yi searched for several part-time jobs, and after inquiring many ways, he chose Xu Yi’s team. This job took a long time, and some people were a little tired, but Xu Yi was a reliable foreman and a good worker. most satisfied.

Zhang Meng applied for a job in a company after graduation, and worked there for a year without moving.

……

Xu Yi made a few more dishes tonight because she was not in a good mood.

”I have already let go of the past.”

After eating quicksand and small red bricks, Zhang Meng woke up and talked about what happened today.

”Didn’t you agree to have nothing to do with them, why did you come to you again?”

Busy with business in the store, Xu Yi didn’t even know that Zhang Meng’s relatives had come.

”A few days ago, they called me and told me that their hometown had been demolished.”

”They wanted the demolition money. In the afternoon, my uncle came over and asked me to sign the demolition consent form and the transfer letter.”

”Is there something wrong with them?”

Xu Yi was angry.

He was not the biological child of his adoptive parents, so when his grandparents did that, Xu Yi didn’t feel too much resentment, after all, those belongings didn’t belong to him in the first place.

But Zhang Meng was born by his parents, so it’s fine if the compensation was taken away, but the real estate was acquired by his parents’ hard work, and Zhang Meng is the only child, so those properties should belong to him.Now that the house is going to be demolished, they actually want to take away the demolition money.

”Why do they have such big faces, you won’t agree?”

Xu Yi questioned, thinking that Meng Zi is not so stupid.

”No, they’ve been spitting and rolling all afternoon.”

Zhang Meng is not someone to be trifled with now, and he is directly at odds with his uncle and the others.

Without Zhang Meng’s consent, as an adult with legal rights, as long as Zhang Meng is determined not to give it, even his grandparents and uncles will not be able to get the demolition money.

”That’s fine. If they come again, I’ll be your bodyguard to scare them, and the shop assistants can also come to scare people.”

Xu Yi, who was tall, strong and strong, felt that he was wearing a black suit and should be bluffed.

”Then trouble the tall and mighty bodyguard Xu, if they still come to disturb me, please come out.”

Zhang Meng couldn’t help but laugh, his depressed mood suddenly improved a lot, and he felt that the luckiest thing in his life was to meet this brother Xu Yi.They have been helping each other since college, and after graduation, the two also rent together to reduce the pressure on rent.

For so many years, he has already regarded Xu Yi as his relative.

”You kid, do you still know how to tease me?”

A powerful vajra palm slapped Zhang Meng’s shoulder forcefully, with Xu Yi’s current strength, it made a crackling sound.

”Cough cough!”

The palm was so strong that Zhang Meng was so slapped that he couldn’t speak. He just felt that his shoulder had been hit by a heavy hammer.

”Stop! Stop! If you continue to shoot, I will be taken by the dog.”

”Look at you, come here, I’ll give you two needles.”

The two of them were laughing and cursing and fighting, they didn’t think about the past any more, let the past really pass.

Speaking of the other side.

The uncle was unwilling to get the payment, but no matter how messy they were, Zhang Meng kept a cold face and remained unmoved. From entering the university to get along with his brothers, leaving the campus to join the company, and stepping into the society, He is no longer the weak boy he once was.

Today, Zhang Meng is a big boss who manages a store with more than a dozen employees.Family affection, when the parents pass away and the relatives are pressing each other, it is no longer there.

On this day, Zhang Meng’s uncle came to the door with his grandparents.

”Zhang Meng, you are so unfilial that you don’t even care about your grandparents?”

The uncle’s greedy face is so ugly, and the two old people around him are also helping him.

”What do you have that deserves my filial piety? My parents have already left.”

Zhang Meng felt that Uncle and the others were ridiculous. Even the law did not require others to be filial to people who were not their parents.

”You! You are not filial! If your father is still here, it will definitely not be like this!”

Zhang Meng’s grandfather was leaning on a cane, blowing his beard and scolding him with eyes wide open.

”Xiao Meng, your parents left early, we were also sad at that time...”

Grandma rubbed the corners of her eyes pretendingly to persuade, trying to play the emotional card with Zhang Meng’s parents.

”My parents left early, so you also want to send me to accompany them?” Zhang Meng interrupted his grandma with a cold face, because Zhang Meng didn’t want to hear them mention his parents.

Because they don’t deserve it!

”Xiao Meng, how can you think so?!”

Grandma wanted to say something, but Zhang Meng didn’t want to listen anymore, and threw the glass on the table to the ground with a wave of his hand.

”boss!”

”boss!”

Xu Yi was in the lead, wearing a black suit and sunglasses, he looked like a bodyguard head, his aura was so fierce that the uncle and the others were taken aback for a while.

Followed by the store’s employees, all wearing black suits and sunglasses, stood behind Zhang Meng along with Xu Yi, looking aggressively at the opposite side.

A group of people stood behind him like bodyguards, making Zhang Meng look like a successful person with an aura of [-] meters, especially like the kind of big boss who would make people bankrupt if they disagreed with each other.

The uncle ran away with the two old men pissing their buttocks. He didn’t expect Zhang Meng to become the big boss after years of absence, and he had so many bodyguards. Otherwise, he wouldn’t make trouble for no reason and insist on demolition money.

After all, people like him are bullying.

in the living room.

”puff!”

Seeing that people were scared away like that, Xiao Deng couldn’t help laughing out loud at first.

”Hahahahaha!”

”Hahahaha!”

The other shop assistants, regardless of whether they were in the front hall or the back kitchen, couldn’t help laughing.

”Be serious, they are all ’bodyguards’, you have to hold on.” Xu Yiyu trained with a smile.

”Pfft, big boss, I, hahaha... really can’t bear it.”

Xiao Deng rubbed his stomach that hurt from laughing, and laughed so hard that this melon boy always had a low smile, and he could laugh for a long time when he told a bad joke.

”Laugh any more, but be careful that our boss Zhang deducts wages.”

”Since Boss Xu has spoken, all will be deducted.”

Zhang Meng took the joke and pretended to deduct two cents a day.

”Boss, don’t wow!”

The noisy Xiao Deng shouted loudly, Xiao Zhuo and the others also shouted to play, and surrounded Zhang Meng and Xu Yi, saying that their hard work was rewarded and no money would be deducted.

Zhang Meng had no choice but to scare his uncle away, so he was in a good mood. Not only did he not deduct, but he also increased the wages of all the employees in the store.

--------

”dad.”

”Mother.”

A small figure was walking in the open field, crying for mom and dad.

In the deserted wilderness, the child’s short legs walked for a long time, and the road ahead seemed to never end in sight.

The whole land was empty, only that young figure existed alone.

”Wow! Mom and Dad! I’m so hungry!”

Crying loudly, the child doesn’t understand, why are the parents gone? And why is he here?
Fear, fear, hunger and coldness, the ominous shadow will swallow him up and fall into the boundless darkness.

”Oh, why is there a child here?”

That voice illuminated the space, and the child was gently hugged by the owner of the voice. The soft rambling words soothed his restless heart.

Warm hugs and hot food made this toddler no longer cold and hungry.

……

In the darkness, Xu Yi opened his eyes abruptly, but did not turn on the night light at the bedside, and he lost his mind until his eyes became sore before closing them.

For a long time, a sigh echoed in the silent room.
