The richest man starts with black technology

Chapter 453
Technician Xiao Li introduced the application principle of architectural design based on singularity OS to several parties on site.

To describe in the simplest language is to input several basic parameters provided by Party A in the application, which can help you design the architectural drawings and provide all relevant data.

These data are available from the initial design to the final settlement.

The people at the scene were stunned.

Manager Liao and others have been engaged in the construction industry for more than 30 years, from drawing drawings on paper to drawing drawings by computer.

But he saw such an advanced application for the first time.

If the program can be widely used in the construction industry, it will greatly improve the efficiency from design to construction, and can accurately calculate the construction cost.

This will greatly reduce the workload of construction personnel. Of course, it will also make many people who have no professional and technical level and can only design machinery or calculate quantity unemployed.

More magical things are still ahead.

Xiao Li suggested: ”the application we developed can follow the progress of the project and change with the change of the situation on the construction site. Manager Liao, can you take me to the construction site? ”

”Of course!” Manager Liao said.

They came out of the meeting room and followed manager Liao to the construction site.

The design is certainly different from the site, so the design institute will generally send people to the site to watch and make changes according to the actual situation of the project at any time.

In the past, the changes were very complex. Designers need to verify the data before redrawing, issuing change orders or visas.

And now?

Xiao Li directly inputs some data of the site conditions (such as soil conditions of foundation pit, etc.) into the application, and then takes photos of the site.

Soon, the design was changed according to the actual situation of the site.

Obviously, the design change is more reasonable and accurate than just discussed in the conference room.

Moreover, the subsequent cost information has also changed, so there is no need for the staff to recalculate according to the changed content.

”Miracle!”

”My God!”

”With this artifact, what BIM do we use!”

However, the face of the on-site construction personnel is somewhat embarrassed, because when all the procedures and processes on the construction site are open and transparent, there is less room for everyone to make money.

But this is absolutely loved by designers and cost personnel! It greatly reduces the workload! dear!

No longer have to stay up late, no longer have to enjoy 996 benefits!

The on-site control personnel, sister Huang Lin, saw such an artifact and almost called Dad excitedly!

The developer is definitely Dad! Saved the suffering children.

After explaining the application in detail again, Xiao Li said: ”the application is free. As long as you use tassel 3 mobile phone, you can use it, and only tassel 3 mobile phone can bring the application.”

The construction personnel, especially the team leader below, refused the application at first, and their faces looked wrong.

But Zhou Xiao’s words stopped the people from saying anything.

”Let’s standardize the fourth and fifth phases of our factory from design to final settlement. Let’s use the architectural design management application integrated in singularity OS.”

Zhou Xiao also turned to Ma Xin and said, ”with the suggestions of you and large construction companies and relevant departments of the industry, our application management in Xiaguo construction projects in the future will be free forever. We should work hard and be able to promote it.”

Hearing what Zhou Xiao said, Huang Ling hurriedly added: ”this is a great good thing. Such advanced products still need to be promoted? I don’t think it needs to be promoted at all. As long as many people know these functions of the application, they don’t rush to use them?! ”

Huang Ling was severely beaten by the construction industry. She always remembers helping her master draw when she just graduated. It took her almost a month to build a 10000 square meter factory, and there was still no day or night.

Later, my technology was a little more mature and took over more difficult buildings. The whole process from drawing to cost was also very painful.

Although she said that she was very young, his physical condition was no different from those old ladies in their fifties and sixties. Huang Ling, who had been sitting in front of the computer for a long time, was not prominent anywhere, only her waist disc was prominent, and she was not stubborn anywhere, which was the most stubborn spine.

Every time when she was drawing or pricing, Huang Ling was thinking deeply about a question: ”why can’t those software companies develop a set of very intelligent and simple engineering application software, which can not only design and calculate, but also automatically capture the market or the company’s quota for pricing?”

In fact, Huang Ling is not only thinking about this problem, but also the whole construction industry. Some software companies have indeed made efforts for this.

Autodesk, the CAD parent company that first introduced the concept of BIM, did this. Now many companies launch BIM (building information model) based on the concept of this company, but its accuracy and applicability can not meet the requirements of current projects.

The intelligence of the architectural design application and management plug-in just developed by the origin group explodes the BIM of any company. As Huang Ling said, there is no need to promote it at all. If people in the construction industry know that there are such plug-ins, they are all scrambling to use them!

Zhou Xiao said, ”then it’s settled. The fourth and fifth phases of the project are all managed by the application.”

After that, Zhou Xiao, Ma Xin and others took a walk by the lake.

Ma Xindi said with some concern: ”we are a technology company, we have never been involved in the construction industry, and we don’t know whether the application we designed can quickly occupy the market.”

Zhou Xiao is more relieved about this. He said: ”now this era is an era of voting with feet. The things here are good and can meet the needs of the industry, so don’t worry about promotion.”

”We don’t need to advertise, because word of mouth is the best advertisement in the industry.”

However, Zhou Xiao also said: ”but we must also do something, that is, communicate and connect with the competent authorities of the industry. If there are some documents, we still hope they can put them down and play a leading and promoting role in the use of our applications in the whole industry.”

”With the industry standard and the industry reputation, our application will become.”

In fact, Zhou Xiao doesn’t care how much money the architectural design and management application can make. Zhou cares that he hopes to start from the application and guide the whole industry to start the intelligent revolution of computer information technology.

This is the hope that more and more software development companies can develop more applications that can be used in the industry based on tassel 3 mobile phones and singularity OS.

Zhou Xiao’s greatest hope is that in the field of computer and Internet, both hardware and software technology companies should completely get rid of their dependence on Western technology.

Only on their own can they be qualified to bargain with the West.

It has to be said that Zhou Xiao is really Lao Jiang in the business field.

With the origin group’s current position in business and technology, it is easy to influence an industry rule.

Ma Xin immediately sent a professional technical team to Xia Guo’s Architecture Association to promote the application. After the introduction of technicians or their own personal attempt, the experts and scholars of the Architecture Association immediately decided to promote the application.

The first promotion object is the industry competent department.

After the rules formulated by the competent department of the industry, the practitioners of the industry must only follow them.

Ma Xin is operating here, and architectural design and management applications are also transmitted in the whole industry through word-of-mouth.

Huang Ling, a little girl, shared her experience of using tassel 3 mobile phone and architectural design and management application plug-ins in her company group and industry good friends that night.

When Huang Ling clattered a lot in the wechat group, the colleagues in the group still didn’t believe it.

Wang Qiang, who has obtained two of the three DS certificates (national cost engineer qualification and first-class constructor qualification), said: ”Huang Ling, are you kidding? You said that the technicians of the origin group used this application plug-in to complete a series of operations such as design, modeling and calculation of biochip phase IV and phase V plants in a few seconds? ”

Huang Ling nodded repeatedly (expression) and said, ”yes, I wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. After that, I also used the application plug-in of liusushan mobile phone to re operate the plants in phase IV and phase v. I only completed a series of work in less than ten minutes. With this plug-in, I think my current work is really much easier. ”

Even if Huang Ling was so sure, the friends in the group still didn’t believe it.

Wang Qiang said, ”then try it for me. A project in my hand is a 200000 square meter commercial building. At present, I am handling his settlement. The shape of the commercial building is strange, but my head is already big. After the calculation, I will set it for him. I feel I will die on this project this year.”

Handling settlement and handling settlement from design are different concepts.

Because the construction of the project has been completed and the as built drawings have been made.

Huang Ling also tried such a project for the first time. He said to Wang Qiang, ”send me the as built drawing to have a look.”

Soon Wang Qiang sent the as built drawings.

After the as built drawings were sent, Wang Qiang also said: ”the design of the project is somewhat complex. The as built drawings are well drawn, but there are still some places that are incompatible with the site. However, I have marked them and have changed and other materials. I will send all the materials to you. If you can help me take over the project, I’ll give you half of the service fee. ”

Huang Ling calculated that if the project can be settled smoothly and the calculated price is within the expected range of the construction party, Wang and his team will receive about 700000.

Wang Qiang promised to divide Huang Ling by half. The price is about 350000.

This is not a small amount, Huang Ling promised.

Huang Ling is about to import all the materials such as the as built drawings into the architectural design and management application plug-in of Su San mobile phone, and all the information is imported. As for how to distinguish, how to confirm and how to calculate, all of them are handed over to Xiaoyuan.

The super computing power brought to Xiaoyuan by the application did not surprise Huang Ling.

After only about ten minutes, the completion settlement, the drawing, the cost analysis and the settlement report were completed.

Huang Ling sent all the information to Wang Qiang and said, ”Wang Qiang, you have to keep your word. I’ll help you finish your work. Don’t forget to give me the project commission at that time.”

Wang Qiang wanted to see Huang Ling send the information back to him after just a few minutes. He was surprised and said, ”what are you doing sending the information to me again? I asked you to help me with my reference. ”

Huang Ling said, ”you can click on the information and have a look. I’ve finished all the work for you.”

Some distrustful Wang Qiang opened the information and spent two hours verifying part of the quantities.

The verification results surprised Wang Qiang.

All the project settlement data are as accurate as expected. If you want to add the level of Huang and the level of Wang Qiang’s team and make a comparison, Huang Ling’s De Ping is much more accurate.

The information sent by Huang Ling can be settled with the construction unit.

Wang Qiang swallowed his saliva and couldn’t help calling Huang Ling directly.

”How did you do it?!” Wang Qiang’s tone was full of excitement and curiosity.

Huang Di said happily, ”didn’t I just tell you on wechat? The origin group developed an engineering design and management application plug-in, but I didn’t do anything. I just imported all the data you gave into the plug-in, and the plug-in automatically helped me calculate and generate the final drawings and reports. ”

Wang Qiang came back to himself, ”you quickly send me the link to this application, and I’ll download it right away! What kind of fairy software is this? So accurate! ”

Huang Ling said, ”brother, I remember you are still using apple mobile phone. You can’t use this software. You have to replace your mobile phone with tassel 3 mobile phone first.”

Within the construction industry, more and more people in the industry know about the architectural design and management plug-ins integrated in the tassel three mobile phones.

More and more people began to try to promote and use the software in an all-round way by large construction companies soon.

In less than a month, the application has become the standard software of the industry and has been recognized by people in the industry.

The incident has greatly touched Xia Guo’s software development and application company.

After Ma Xin announced hundreds of millions of yuan of application development awards, more and more companies have invested in the application development of tassel 3 mobile phone and singularity IOS. This time, the application development is not only a life application or a game application, but related to the standard application of the industry.

Among them, architectural design, finance, advertising design and video editing applications have sprung up, which soon swept the country and entered overseas.

The ecological chain of singularity OS has been mercilessly inserted into the western world.
