The Martial Unity

RUMBLE!!!!!

The powerful antithetical domain swept across the entire battlefield.

Across the entirety of the sundered planet, covering the whole of the fragmented and annihilated surface.

The effects were immediate.

SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT!

The Divine Mother’s six eyes sharpened as the domain caused her webs to simply fall off and melt.

As if they had lost their adhesive properties.

The webbing that the Divine Mother had created since the inception of the battle, all of it, simply fell off, melting into a puddle of slop.

For a moment, the Divine Mother was bare and defenseless.

That was everything that Rui needed.

WHOOSH

He teleported before her in the blink of an eye.

His right hand balled into a fist before swinging at her with an astronomical amount of speed and power. Not only did he squeeze every ounce of materia prima he could muster, but he even deployed micro-singularities to generate even more power.

It resulted in an avalanche of power that was more power than flowed through his body.

Like water.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

The sheer amount of destruction that ensued beggared the imagination. With the power of his Martialverse, he could allow his power to flow with perfect efficiency despite scaling it up. He could render his targets as easy to disperse as water, making every attack splatter his opponent no matter how tough they were.

RUMBLE!!!!! RUMBLE!!!!! RUMBLE!!!!!

The shattered fragments of the world disintegrated into a pure, thin powder, as did every remaining homoararchnoid still left alive upon the destroyed fragments of the former Planet Amadeus III.

In just the blink of an eye, everything that remained of the power was reduced to the finest of space dust.

Far away from the planet, the pathwalkers aboard the evacuating ships watched with pure horror at the sheer scale of destruction that the two beings could effortlessly inflict upon their environment.

Any pride that the Sages and Masters may have harbored about their own exalted rank of power was utterly quashed under the weight of the Webverse and the Martialverse that the two gods wielded.

”This…” A shaky voice emerged from Arastia as she stood at the helm in the command room of the Blood Arc ship. She could scarcely believe what she was seeing with her own blood-red eyes.

Even with all of her power pushed to the very limit, she couldn’t replicate even a fraction of such absurd destruction, and this was despite the fact that hemosapiens were specialized for scale.

And yet, the battle was far from over.

”Your inexperience is evident.”

The voice of the Divine Mother rang in Rui’s mind as his ethereal eyes widened.

SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT!!!

A spattering of web had intercepted his fist at the point of contact with her torso, negating the impact.

It somehow defied the Anti-Arachnia domain that was antithetical to webs.

And yet, the Divine Mother was just getting started.

SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT!

She pointed her stinger at him, spewing web at him.

It should have been easy for him to avoid.

His consciousness was of light.

His corporeal consciousness had the auto-corpus body.

No attack could ever touch him unless he allowed it.

Unless the attack and its target were already connected to begin with.

Everything was connected.

Such was the nature of the web of reality.

Such was the power of the Divine Mother.

The concept of evasion did not exist in her Webverse.

Nothing could be evaded.

For everything was connected to everything else in the web of reality.

SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT!!!

The spew of webbing covered his body while the Divine Mother pulled at him with her stinger, exerting an astronomical amount of force. Even though her body was lean and small, smaller than the average homoarachnoid warrior, she could still deploy her Webverse to harvest an immense amount of power.

After all, everything was a web. Including the web of cells across her body, the web of fascia that connected her body across itself, including even the muscle fibers with which she used to exert the force that she did. With the power of the Webverse, she could amplify them in a manner that defied the laws of physics.

In a manner that defied causality.

It was with that power that she pulled at the webs that covered him, launching him into outer space.

WHOOSH!!!!!

The sheer speed at which she flung him shattered the cosmological speed limit of the universe.

And yet, it wasn’t just the speed or power of the maneuver.

It was also the direction in which she flung him.

She flung him straight into the red dwarf star of the planet.

In the blink of an eye.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

A catastrophic solar flare erupted from the dwarf star as the sheer force with which she threw Rui into one of the red dwarf stars of the Strehegeld. The pathwalkers that boarded their evacuating ships watched with horror as the red dwarf star shook with the sheer force that Rui blasted into it with.

The sheer momentum that he blasted into the red dwarf star was so intense that it caused the red dwarf star to move out of orbit with its twin star. The rotating dance that the two star systems had been in for billions of years had been disrupted.

With a single attack.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The red dwarf star quaked as countless more solar flares erupted from the destabilized star as its boiling surface quaked and trembled.

Every star was a delicate balance between gravity and heat.

The gravity from all of the mass of the star pulls everything in.

The heat and radiation generated from the nuclear fusion caused by the astronomical pressures at the very center of the star are caused by that very gravity.

These two forces balanced each other in a stable deadlock.

But if they were disrupted, they could have catastrophic consequences.

RUMBLE!!! RUMBLE!!! RUMBLE!!!

Calamitous solar flares erupted from the sun, spewing across much of the star system as the battle between Transcendents shook the very world.
