The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 670: Chapter 670: Recruitment (Part 2)

”Black Gold Security Company?”

The two of them mulled over these six words in their minds. Their first reaction was: Never heard of it!

Indeed, the Black Gold Security Company is currently still in training its members. It won’t expand quickly across Kanyue City without a long period of time.

Therefore, now is the time to recruit a lot of talents.

Both Li and Meng Nan clearly do not meet the standards of ’talents’ yet. But they are both unpolished gems. After some crafting, they will surely stand out in the future.

”Well, this company is still in the development stage. If you join, I can’t promise high salaries, but barring any issues, earning 500,000 a year shouldn’t be a problem.”

”Five hundred thousand?” Meng Nan screamed.

He started counting on his fingers. ”Five hundred divided by twelve...”

Li adjusted his glasses, his voice slightly trembling, ”Thirty thousand a month. Roughly one thousand a day.”

”That’s right, and this is a conservative estimate. As brothers, how could I treat you badly?” Lin Tian laughed like a creepy old uncle trying to lure kids. He continued, ”You can work during your spare time, and you don’t need to do much, just training. But for now, your salary isn’t high, just ten thousand a month. How’s that sound?”

Meng Nan swallowed and excitedly jumped up from his chair, ”Second Bro! I’m in, I’m in, I’m in! It’s just security work, right? No problem, I would even sell my ass for this!”

Li appeared much calmer, closed the book in his hand and asked, ”Since it’s a security company, someone like Meng Nan is suitable. I’m probably not, right? You want me to be a clerk?”

Lin Tian nodded, ”My company now has all kinds of people, except for a brain. You seem perfect for it.”

Li started looking troubled, ”But I have no experience at all, how can I take such a high salary without contributing anything?”

Unfazed, Lin Tian laughed, ”Oh, stop being modest. I know how your brain works. Look at the kind of books you read every day. I’ve considered everything you worry about, so there’s this training thing. After the training, you can let loose and make Kanyue City’s underworld ours!”

Meng Nan was dumbfounded, ”What? The underworld? Isn’t this a security company? How did this turn into the Dark Group?”

”Actually, the precursor to this security company was a black company. It’s just that recently Du Dahai was completely taken down by the police, so they plan to go legit. Being security personnel is legal and can preserve strength, so there’s no better choice.” Lin Tian said, smiling faintly.

Meng Nan’s eyes widened, ”What! Isn’t this still the Dark Wound Association? Are we going to hack people or something? If it’s like that, Old Meng won’t go...”

Li rolled his eyes at him, ”Didn’t you hear Lin Tian say? It’s all clean now, not the Dark Wound Association, and no hacking people needed. There’s war, but it’s on the market, right?”

Lin Tian nodded with a smile, ”I told you your brain works well. Yes, we’re grabbing market share now, so having someone as strategic as you join is essential.”

Meng Nan made a troubled face again, ”But since it’s business, I don’t really understand...”

”It’s a security company; how can we not need people with skills? Your basics are good, and with some professional training, you’ll be more than capable for the job, right?”

Meng Nan bowed his head in thought for a while, then slapped his thigh, ”I’m in! Only a fool wouldn’t take money! I’ll do it for robbing the rich to help the poor!”

”Hahaha...”

”But our studies have just started. If our medical skills don’t meet standards, won’t Zhao hold us back from graduating? Failing would be so embarrassing.”

”You can’t pass with your brain? You’re a top student; even if you don’t study hard, you can still get good grades, right?” After saying that, Lin Tian smiled and looked at Meng Nan, ”And you, Sisi is very keen on ancient medicine. If you let her tutor you, you might get a chance to make a move. Kill two birds with one stone.”

Hearing this, Meng Nan grinned smugly, ”Hehe, I’ve been doing that for a while. I even... held her hand.”

Lin Tian looked surprised, ”You actually held hands? How long did the hand-holding relationship last?”

”About... half a month...”

”Shit?” Lin Tian raised a middle finger in disdain, ”That’s just first base, what are you so proud of?”

”You don’t get it, getting to second base requires a lot of effort.” Li teased, ”If this guy really marries Sisi, he’ll probably be a wife slave. Even when we call him out for drinks, he’ll have to report home on time and hand over his earnings every day.”

”Hahaha... I think that’s quite possible.”

Meng Nan slammed the table and stood up, ”Bullshit! Am I that kind of person? For now, sure, I’ll let her have her way, but in the future, it’ll definitely be my say at home.”

The two of them both raised their middle fingers simultaneously.

After joking around for a bit, Lin Tian started talking about business again, ”Also, there will inevitably be casualties in the company in the future, so I’m planning to expand to include an internal hospital. It’ll be specifically for our company personnel, so we’ll need a lot of doctors. Our classmates are great candidates, so Sisi and Qiu Wen can join us too.”

After hearing this, Meng Nan and Li both had eyes full of light.

Two lovebirds being able to work together after graduation is something many envy; at least they won’t break up after graduating.

Quickly, Meng Nan furrowed his brow again, ”But, our school’s graduates are typically assigned directly to the affiliated hospital and probably won’t come to your hospital, right?”

Li scolded, ”You really are a blockhead. If Lin Tian offers high enough conditions, how would those people choose? Need I even say it?”

Meng Nan thought for a moment and then nodded to himself, ”Makes sense.”

”But poaching from the school like this isn’t really good, is it?”

Lin Tian chuckled, ”No worries, they can poach from us too if they can.”

Li smiled bitterly, knowing Lin Tian’s wealthy and generous nature. The salary and benefits he promises must be excellent, making it hard for others to poach from him without getting rejected.

Meng Nan didn’t think about these things. They’re issues for the school leaders to worry about.

Meng Nan moved his chair next to Lin Tian, smiling sycophantically like a tail wagging puppy, ”So, when do we start training?”

Lin Tian smiled slightly, ”Anytime, your salary will start counting from this month.”

Instantly, Meng Nan’s eyes sparkled.

That’s ten thousand a month!
