“Tier 3 Mages, Tier 2 Mages, Tier 1 Mages, form up in an arrowhead formation!

You will charge into the zombies’ ranks alongside your golems, pierce through their formation, and slaughter them while they are disoriented!

The Tier 3 Mages will lead the charge!” Alec commanded, stretching his hand forward.

The moment he finished speaking, a roar of excitement erupted from the Low-rank mages.

Watching from above, the High-rank mages couldn’t help but feel that the Gordons Clan mages might be the only ones truly enjoying such a bloody battle.

Without hesitation, the Sub-Tier 3 Mage leader, a man with short brown hair took the lead.

Pushing forward from behind his golems, he rushed ahead with his shield in his left hand and his spear in his right.

Swoosh!

The sharp sound of his spear slicing through the air echoed as he swiftly decimated three zombies in a single motion, at the same time, he deflected incoming claw attacks with his shield, expertly countering every strike.

With unrelenting momentum, he thrust himself deeper into the zombie ranks, acting as the spearhead of the charge, with the rest of the Tier 3 Mages following closely behind.

As they began to exhaust their stamina, they seamlessly switched with their golems under the command of their sub-leader.

At that moment, the mages fell back and began casting the Earth Wave spell, sending violent tremors through the ground, throwing the Speed type zombies off balance, and before the zombies could regain their footing, the mages would then unleashed a storm of Earth Bullets from the gaps of their golem’s body, obliterating everything in their path.

They swept through the wall entrance they had created like a razor slicing through paper, as if the zombies were nothing more than easy obstacles in their way.

For now, it seemed like only the Tier 3 Mages of the Gordons Clan were getting all the action, but that too changed, as after annihilating the last of the Speed-type zombies, they finally came face-to-face with the main zombie army.

Without missing a beat, Alec altered the formation once again.

This time, all golems took the lead, acting as the frontline vanguard, charging straight into the undead horde.

Meanwhile, the Gordons clan Low-rank mages raised their shields high and began executing a semi-circle encirclement, systematically mowing down zombies as they advanced, right now it was no longer the human low rank mages versus the zombies low rank mutants, but it was the zombies versus the Gordons

Elsewhere, Legion had finally reached the location of the Mental-type zombie, but there was one small problem.

Standing in his way were ten Tier 6 zombies, and they weren’t just ordinary Tier 6 zombies, they were all mutated type.

All ten were Type 2 zombies, five were Speed-types, four were Strength-types, and the last one was a Hunter-type zombie.

When the Type 3 Mental Zombie realized that Alec was systematically eliminating its mental type minions in the low rank battlefield, leaving only one remaining, it had sent ten strong Tier 6 zombies to guard its last subordinate on the Low-rank battlefield.

Clearly, they had moved in stealthily, using the Speed-types abilities, and then they blend in with the surrounding low rank zombies near the Mental-type 1 zombie.

That was why no one had noticed them until now.

However, the moment Legion appeared above the Type 1 Mental Zombie, sensing his presence, they immediately launched into the air, surrounding him and releasing their Tier 6 auras, attempting to pressure him.

And at the same time, the Type 1 Mental Zombie sent a linked message to its superior, informing the Type 3 Mental Zombie that a Tier 6 lifeform and ten Tier 5 lifeforms had come to assassinate it, but that it had the situation under control.

Hearing this, the Type 3 Mental Zombie sneered inwardly, initially, it had felt paranoid, sending ten of its strongest subordinates just to guard one last minion in the low rank battlefield as it was an overkill.

But now, it seemed that its precaution had paid off.

But those ten Tier 6 zombies were not just a defence force, he had made the type 1 mental zombie a bait.

The Type 3 Mental Zombie had set a trap, anticipating that Alec would attempt to eliminate the last Mental-type 1 zombie up close if he couldn’t snipe it from afar, then when Alec showed those ten would kill Alec with a sneak attack, and that was the reason they are more speed type among them

But to its frustration, Alec never showed up, instead, he had sent Legion, realizing this, the Type 3 Mental Zombie adjusted its strategy.

Since it couldn’t lure Alec in directly, it would first eliminate his strong minions and then set another trap, one that it felt would end Alec once and for all.

Alec had become too dangerous to it, Alec’s ability to disrupt the horde’s coordination was more threatening than anything the Type 3 Mental Zombie had ever encountered in its two battles against the Estonia city.

It wanted Alec dead.

But despite all its careful planning, Legion remained unfazed by all the pressuring.

“And here I was thinking this was going to be an easy ride, well, this is better, I get to stretch a little.” Legion muttered, rolling his shoulders.

“Numbers 4, 5, and 6, you’re with me.

The rest of you, go kill that big-headed freak.” He turned to his golems.

Legion didn’t even bother sending an update to Alec, not that it mattered, Alec had a clear view of the battlefield from the hilltop, likely better than anyone except the high-ranking human mages and the Type 3 Zombies on the other side.

“How dare you look down on us?!

Kill them all!” the Type 1 Mental Zombie shrieked, pointing at the seven advancing golems.

As the ten Tier 6 zombies lunged into action, those speed type showed their talent by taking the lead, but Legion also made his move.

“Dash!”

A single word left his mouth, then his figure blurred, in the blink of an eye, he appeared before one of the Tier 6 Speed-type zombies.

And in that same instant, a laser spear protruded from the zombie’s skull, the remaining four Speed-types, who had dashed alongside their fallen comrade, froze in shock.

It had only been a fraction of a second, yet one of them was already dead.

Bang!

A shockwave erupted as the pierced zombie’s body disintegrated, it was only then that the remaining four Speed-types snapped out of their daze and rushed Legion with murderous intent, one of them, attacking from the right, opened its mouth, spitting out a stream of corrosive acid.

Another, closing in from the left, had ice-coated claws, glistening with lethal sharpness, these were second-stage evolved zombies, meaning they had awakened abilities, but even as four Tier 6 lifeforms bore down on him, Legion remained completely unfazed.
