Chapter 801: Chapter 801: Humiliate Them Ruthlessly

”Do you want us to embarrass and humiliate the Ling Family, and preferably prevent them from inheriting the throne of the Tianyu Empire?”

The envoy from the Da Qin Holy Dynasty furrowed his brows as he looked at the message.

The sender of the message was the legitimate son of their clan leader, the most promising future figure in their family.

This piece of paper bore the family’s seal.

Clearly, the actions were approved by the family.

But to trouble the Ling Family, and even make them unable to inherit the throne of the Tianyu Empire?

The rise of the Ling Family was supported by Evil Doctor Ghost Eyes!

When the Tianyu Empire changed rulers, the Ling Family had submitted a petition to inherit the throne, and the Holy Dynasty had agreed immediately!

After all, it’s just an empire; to the Holy Dynasty, it didn’t matter who ascended the throne, especially not when behind Evil Doctor Ghost Eyes, there stood the Black Domain.

The Holy Dynasty would not provoke or offend the Black Domain over such a trifling matter!

Yet now, the family was asking them to trouble the Ling Family.

This Da Qin Holy Dynasty envoy was suddenly having a hard time deciding.

Just then, a person beside him suggested, ”Sir, I believe the implication of this message is to deliberately make things difficult and humiliate the Ling Family, making them give up their right to inherit the throne of the Tianyu Empire themselves!”

One of his subordinates said, ”Think about it, the Holy Dynasty lending prestige to the Black Domain, recognizing their legal and legitimate right to inherit the throne of the Tianyu Empire, that was a grace from the Holy Dynasty!”

”But if the people from the Ling Family are arrogant and dismissive of the Holy Dynasty, then isn’t that grace wasted if it’s thrown away?” Another subordinate said with an unusually sinister smile.

”We should just go ahead and torment them! Whether people from the Ling Family can’t endure and give up, or can’t endure and resist, either way, we would achieve our purpose!”

”Sir, I heard that your family’s chief heir has a very good relationship with Yuwen Mo in the Daqin Saint Institute. This action must be to take revenge on his behalf.”

”Sir, if this is done well, you would not only be blameless, but you would also have merited great favor with the family! With the family’s support, your strength and position are surely going to rise a notch!”

The subordinate said flatteringly.

Upon hearing this, the envoy’s eyes immediately narrowed.

Then he burst out laughing heartily: ”Exactly!”

He patted the subordinate on the shoulder and said, ”You’ve got the right idea. If that’s the case, there will be nothing the Holy Dynasty could blame us for!”

And he would be able to fulfil the family’s directives, and his career would soar!

”Brilliant!” The envoy clapped his hands and said, ”When we enter Tianyu Imperial City, we need not show them any courtesy!”

”Humiliate them to death!”

”By the way, did the Ling Family rise to power by stepping on the Yuwen Family?”

The envoy’s eyes darted around, and he quickly came up with a plan.

If this time he could disrupt the Ling Family’s inheritance of the Imperial throne and also curry favor with the gentleman Yuwen Mo, it would indeed be a splendid feat.

Thinking of this, the envoy immediately had his people hasten their journey to the Tianyu Empire.

Meanwhile, in the Imperial Palace of the Tianyu Empire, Old Sir Ling looked with delight at the arriving Luo Qingtong.

”Miss Qingtong!” he said respectfully.

He didn’t reveal Luo Qingtong’s identity as Evil Doctor Ghost Eyes before getting her permission.

Seeing his actions, several younger members of the Ling Family appeared quite surprised.

”Why is Grandfather so respectful to her?”

A young girl dressed in purple-red, beautiful-looking, frowned unhappily at Old Sir Ling’s behavior.
