Supreme Parasite: Becoming a God Starting with Parasitizing the School Beauty

40: Chapter 40 Body Forbidden ZoneThe matter of skipping class had been resolved, but the matter regarding W had only just begun.

Liu Mei looked at the three of them with a grave expression and said, ”Regarding W, I need to take her away and hand her over to my superiors to handle. I don’t know what the specific outcome will be.”

Ye Qingzhu was about to say something, but Liu Mei immediately interrupted her, saying sternly, ”It is best if you do not have any involvement in this matter; just act as if you know nothing.”

After speaking, Liu Mei looked at Ling Yichen. Judging from the hallway surveillance footage, the target W had been aiming at was inside the elevator room, and yet Ling Yichen was the only one in the elevator room.

If this were an ordinary attack incident, she could still maneuver around it by saying that W and Ling Yichen were just messing around.

However, once W’s identity changed, the entire situation changed.

W was a reservist of the 26-Character Army; she should have been in Sky City, not appearing on the Surface.

If she was not on a mission, there was only one conclusion: deserter!

Once W was classified as a deserter, the matter would become serious.

Never mind her, even if the heads of the Six Great Families came, it would be of no use.

Therefore, for the sake of safety, it was best that no one else got involved.

Of course, Liu Mei did not say these words out loud.

Because she did not know if Ling Yichen and the others were aware of W’s true identity.

Even if they did know, she would act as if they didn’t; she just needed to take W away!

-

Seeing Liu Mei’s grave expression, Ling Yichen knew that this matter was not simple, so he didn’t say anything more.

Ye Qingzhu, however, asked with concern, ”W is currently unconscious; can we wait until she wakes up before she leaves?”

Liu Mei shook her head. ”I need to take her away immediately and send her to the Supernatural Management Association.”

As she spoke, she walked straight into Ling Yichen’s home, entered the room, and had her two team members take W away.

”W won’t be in any trouble, right?” Ye Qingzhu asked worriedly.

”Probably not, but she definitely has to pay for breaking so many things,” Tian Yingying replied faintly.

Only Ling Yichen frowned.

He knew W was from the 26-Character Army, but he didn’t know the specifics and hadn’t given much thought to that aspect.

What he was thinking about was the power W had unleashed!

Even before Liu Mei arrived, he had tried to understand the situation through the Spirit Worm inside W, and the conclusion he reached was: there seemed to be a physical forbidden zone hidden inside W’s body!

That forbidden zone was located in W’s brain region. Under normal circumstances, it was no different from any other area; the only difference was that even the Spirit Worm could not get close to it.

There had been Spirit Worms that attempted to invade that area, but even they couldn’t do it. As soon as they attempted an invasion, that area would erupt with golden light, instantly strangling the approaching Spirit Worm.

And when W attacked the elevator room, it was precisely the power released from that area!

But what shocked Ling Yichen was that, according to the feedback from the Spirit Worm, the power W had used at that time was only a tiny bit of the power released by that forbidden zone.

Just a tiny bit of power, yet it had caused such powerful destruction.

Ling Yichen did not doubt that if his reaction had been even a fraction slower, he would have been blown to pieces.

This level of attack, while not as powerful as the one released by that vertical eye of Elina’s, was not much weaker either.

This was what Ling Yichen was concerned about.

He couldn’t help but sigh again: People who come down from Sky City all have ultimate moves!

...

With W taken away, there was nothing left for everyone to do, so they all went back to their respective homes.

Ling Yichen hadn’t slept all night and was still a bit tired, but he didn’t plan on sleeping. He had about two hours left before he needed to get ready for school, and after Liu Mei’s reminder, he didn’t dare to skip class rashly anymore.

Taking advantage of the remaining two or three hours, he needed to cultivate properly.

After experiencing the incidents with Elina and W, he fully realized his own weakness.

Although the Worm’s characteristics were very powerful, capable of parasitism and devouring, his own strength was too low.

And his strength was directly proportional to the level of the Worms inside his body.

The reason he was weak now was that 99% of the Worms inside him were ordinary Worms. If all these Worms had evolved into Spirit Worms, he definitely wouldn’t have been instantly defeated by Elina today.

So he immediately sat cross-legged on the bed and began to refine the Worms.

He needed to replace all the Worms in his body with Spirit Worms as quickly as possible.

Thus, he began to enter a state of cultivation.

Two hours later, the time reached 7 o’clock.

The door was knocked, and Ye Qingzhu’s voice sounded from outside: ”Ling Yichen, get up and eat breakfast. We have to go to school today!”

Ling Yichen slowly opened his eyes, and the Spirit Worms in his pupils slowly disappeared, returning to their normal appearance.

”Two hours, and I only refined eighteen Spirit Worms. The speed is so slow!”

Ling Yichen sighed.

If it were normal times, refining eighteen Spirit Worms in two hours would make him feel pretty good, even very happy.

But now, he felt it was too slow.

How long would it take to replace all the Worms in his body with Spirit Worms?

Thinking of this, his mind couldn’t help but wander.

”W’s situation is unknown right now; whether she can come back is a question. If she can’t come back, I’ve lost a humanoid cultivation tank.”

”What a pity!”

”It’s still fastest to find people with the Divine Bloodline to cultivate Spirit Worms!”

Thinking of this, the figure of Ye Songtao suddenly appeared in his mind.

Ye Songtao also possessed the Divine Bloodline; although it was thin, if he used his essence blood to cultivate Spirit Worms, the speed would definitely be faster than using the flesh and blood of ordinary people.

But immediately, he discarded this thought.

Ye Songtao and Tang Juan were still very good to him. Although they had only spent such a short time together, they were already taking care of him as if he were family.

Although he really wanted to improve his strength quickly, he couldn’t lose his humanity and use Ye Songtao as a target.

In the next second, he immediately thought of Elina!

Although he wasn’t sure if she possessed the Divine Bloodline, just the fact that she could absorb the power of the purple ring to cultivate meant her constitution was most likely special.

”Hmm, if I have a chance to meet her again next time, I must try to see if I can parasitize her.”

Thinking this, he walked over to Ye Qingzhu’s house.

At this moment, Tang Juan and Ye Songtao had already prepared a pot of porridge and a few side dishes.

Ye Qingzhu and Ling Yixuan were already sitting down and eating.

He didn’t stand on ceremony either; he sat down, ladled a bowl of porridge, and started eating.

Just after taking a bite, he heard Tang Juan immediately say, ”Yichen, you have to go to school during the day. It’s not safe to leave Yixuan home alone. How about letting her stay with me during the day? I don’t have a job anyway, so I can help look after her.”

Ling Yichen glanced at Ling Yixuan; actually, she didn’t really need special care.

But since Tang Juan had said so, he wouldn’t refuse.

Besides, this was good; it fit the setting of a six-year-old child even better!

So he answered without hesitation: ”Then I’ll trouble you, Auntie. How about this: you can help me look after Yixuan at home from now on, and you won’t have to go out and look for work. I’ll give you all my monthly points.”

Upon hearing this, Tang Juan immediately waved her hand and said, ”Oh, no, no, I’m just idle anyway. When your Uncle Ye goes to the army, I’ll be all alone at home, so it’ll be nice to have some company!”

As she spoke, she looked at Ling Yixuan dotingly; it was clear that she really liked Ling Yixuan.

Ling Yichen didn’t argue with her either; anyway, when he had points later, he would just give them to her directly.

Thinking of points, Ling Yichen couldn’t help but check his badge.

12 points!

This made him pause.

Only this little bit left?

Thinking again that he hadn’t been very restrained in buying things these days, buying whatever he liked, he felt relieved.

”It seems I still need to go and get some points or credits!”

The first person he thought of, naturally, was Lin Hao.

As a member of the Lin family, Lin Hao’s family background was naturally very wealthy. He might not have many points, but he definitely wouldn’t be short on credits.

”Hmm, when I go to school later, I’ll just get some from him!”

Thinking this, he was actually somewhat looking forward to going to school, and his eating speed quickened significantly.
