Supreme Devouring God

”Brother Jin Cheng, do you think this ’Cliff Entrance Battle’ will allow me to enter ’Saber Saint Cliff’ to cultivate?”

The speaker was a somewhat charming young girl, who addressed a young man beside her.

There were eight of them in total.

All were young descendants of the Han Family, a powerful dynasty within the Silver Moon Dynasty.

Han Jincheng responded, ”Xinkui, don’t be too optimistic. Although our Han Family is a major clan within the Silver Moon Dynasty, this time the participants in Saber Saint Cliff’s Cliff Entrance Battle are equally strong.”

”After all, Saber Saint Cliff is the Sword Cultivation Holy Land in entire Qian State, with formidable strength and heritage. Even as scions of a major clan like ours, entering Saber Saint Cliff for cultivation requires true power.”

Han Xinkui sighed, ”The Cliff Entrance Battle lasts for half a month, and we’ll have to rush to Saber Saint Cliff for the final count, but a day has passed, and we haven’t encountered anyone.”

Han Jincheng said, ”That might not be a bad thing. Who knows what kind of people we might encounter.”

”It looks like there are people ahead.”

A young man beside Han Jincheng spoke.

Both Han Jincheng and Han Xinkui looked over.

Qin Chen and Lin Songyun did not hide themselves, so when Han Jincheng and his companions looked over, they easily spotted Qin Chen and Lin Songyun.

Han Jincheng’s eyes lit up immediately, as if he had seen fat sheep.

”The man’s cultivation is only Tongtian Second Layer, and the woman’s is just Tongtian Fifth Layers.”

Han Jincheng said as he rushed towards Qin Chen and Lin Songyun.

”Hand over your identity creeds.”

Han Jincheng glared coldly at Qin Chen and Lin Songyun.

With his Tongtian Seventh Realm cultivation, he felt he could easily deal with Qin Chen and Lin Songyun.

Qin Chen was perplexed.

He merely wanted to ask for directions.

Yet, the fellow had rushed over and demanded ’identity creeds’ from him.

What was that thing?

”What identity creeds?”

Qin Chen frowned slightly.

”Stop feigning ignorance. You participate in Saber Saint Cliff’s Cliff Entrance Battle, how could you come in without identity creeds?” Han Jincheng said coldly.

This truly wronged Qin Chen and Lin Songyun.

They entered here purely by accident.

But.

Although Qin Chen hadn’t figured out exactly what was going on.

He could discern from some current information that they seemed to have mistakenly entered some competition.

”Were your identity creeds snatched?”

Han Xinkui approached.

At the same time, she took a curious glance at Lin Songyun, internally noting how beautiful this woman was.

Qin Chen’s expression stiffened, then he nod with a gleam in his eyes, ”Yes.”

He couldn’t explain, it was unclear, so he decided to go along with it.

Han Xinkui said, ”Your strength is too weak. Although the Cliff Entrance Battle isn’t a life-and-death brawl, there’s still the risk of danger. You shouldn’t have come.”

Han Jincheng sneered, not questioning Qin Chen.

Perhaps he thought it normal for Qin Chen and Lin Songyun’s identity creeds to be snatched given their weak strength.

”Thanks for the warning.”

Qin Chen smiled at Han Xinkui.

Han Xinkui hesitated, then said, ”How about this, you two follow us. Even though our strength isn’t very strong, we can still protect you somewhat.”

”After the Cliff Entrance Battle ends, you should quickly return to your own sect or family.”

Han Jincheng immediately looked at Han Xinkui, ”Xinkui, are you joking? Letting these two useless people follow us?”

Han Xinkui said, ”Brother Jin Cheng, having two more people doesn’t affect us at all, Besides, although they’re weak, they might play a part if we encounter enemies.”

Han Jincheng seemed unwilling to argue with Han Xinkui, glaring coldly at Qin Chen and Lin Songyun.

”You two better leave quickly, don’t make trouble here. So weak and participating in Cliff Entrance Battle, are you seeking death.”

With such an attitude, there was naturally no reason to stay, although he truly wanted to get some information from them.

”Let’s go.”

He pulled Lin Songyun to leave.

Since this was some kind of Cliff Entrance Battle, surely they would meet other people, there was no rush now.

But Han Xinkui suddenly called out to Qin Chen and Lin Songyun, ”Wait.”

She looked at Han Jincheng, ”Brother Jin Cheng, you know they’re too weak, if they encounter others, they might be directly killed.”

Han Jincheng seemed a bit impatient, ”Suit yourself.”

Han Xinkui laughed immediately, looking at Qin Chen and Lin Songyun, ”Join me in action.”

This team, save for Han Xinkui, had faces carrying a hint of disdain and contempt.

Qin Chen originally intended to leave.

But seeing Han Xinkui’s sincere invitation, he considered the girl’s gesture, it seemed inappropriate to refuse.

”Thank you.”

Qin Chen smiled.

Thus he joined Han Xinkui’s small team.

”Which dynasty from Qian State are you from?” Han Xinkui inquired.

He realized they were still in Qian State!

Qin Chen smilingly answered, ”We are from the Great Origin Dynasty.”

Han Xinkui puzzled, ”Great Origin Dynasty? I don’t think I’ve heard of it, Brother Jin Cheng, do you know?”

Han Jincheng impatiently replied, ”Some unknown place, of course, I’ve never heard of it.”

Han Xinkui said, ”Don’t mind, Brother Jin Cheng is just like that.”

Qin Chen smiled, ”It’s okay.”

”It wasn’t easy for us two to arrive here, we’re unaware of many things about the Cliff Entrance Battle, could you tell us?”

Now he was probing for information.

”Country bumpkin.”

Han Jincheng said disdainfully.

Not even aware of the details of the Cliff Entrance Battle, why participate?

”Brother Jin Cheng.”

Han Xinkui slightly displeased, then turned to Qin Chen, ”This Cliff Entrance Battle is a test battle by Qian State’s top sect, Saber Saint Cliff, specifically for new disciples.”

”It lasts for half a month, today’s the second day.”

”Everyone participating in the Cliff Entrance Battle possesses ’identity creeds’. It’s a symbol of identity and also what needs to be snatched in this battle.”

”The final result is judged based on identity creeds, determining eligibility to enter Saber Saint Cliff.”

Qin Chen finally grasped the situation.

Saber Saint Cliff!

He wasn’t unfamiliar with this sect.

In Qian State, there are several top sect academies, although Qin Chen didn’t know much, he had heard of their names.

Such as, Heavenly God Mountain, Void Sect, Death God Hall, Sea God Demon Island, Saber Saint Cliff was one of them.

Moreover, it’s a Sword Cultivation Holy Land.

This made Qin Chen quite excited.

He was just looking for a top sect academy in Qian State to join, and Saber Saint Cliff suited him well.

”Additionally, if you perform well, you’ll receive numerous rewards.”

”Saber Saint Cliff is truly one of Qian State’s cultivation holy lands, and its cultivation resources are undoubtedly excellent.”

”It’s said the first place winner can even make one request to the Cliff Master of Saber Saint Cliff.” Han Xinkui said.

Oh?

Upon hearing this, Qin Chen’s eyes suddenly narrowed.
