Supreme Devouring God

”What is that?”

Qin Chen asked immediately.

”Ahead, there’s an Ancient Strange Beast known as the ’Sky Hidden Beast.’

If you can slay it and utilize its ’Heavenly Concealing Skin’ along with your Invisibility Talent, you’ll be able to enter the national treasury without anyone noticing,” said the Little Fairy.

”Sky Hidden Beast?”

This touched upon Qin Chen’s area of ignorance. Actually, many things were not due to Qin Chen’s lack of vision but rather because the world is vast and full of wonders, and his knowledge couldn’t be as extensive as the Little Fairy’s.

”Yes, the Sky Hidden Beast, an Ancient Strange Beast, has a significant feature: it can become invisible, so what is most precious is not the Demon Beast Inner Crystal within its body, but rather its skin, known as Heavenly Concealing Skin.”

”In Ancient Times, you can’t imagine the price that a piece of Heavenly Concealing Skin could fetch, as it was a natural advantage for any thief or assassin.”

”But until now, the Sky Hidden Beasts are nearly extinct, so not many people know about Heavenly Concealing Skin anymore.”

”In fact, in Ancient Times, nearly every famous thief and assassin had a piece of Heavenly Concealing Skin. This thing was more important to them than their strength,” the Little Fairy said.

”How many Sky Hidden Beasts are there?”

After hearing this, Qin Chen was quite intrigued.

If he could obtain the cultivation resources within the national treasury, he would surely be able to gather more stars and gain stronger power.

Most importantly, he was looking forward to seeing the expression of Emperor Chu when he found out that the treasury was robbed.

This guy, who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, deserves to suffer a bit.

The Little Fairy said, ”Before answering your question, I want to ask you a question along with some bad news and some good news. Which would you like to hear first?”

”The good news,” he said.

”The good news is, there’s only one Sky Hidden Beast,” the Little Fairy said.

”Just one? What’s the bad news then?”

As the saying goes, even many ants can bite an elephant to death, and this is true. So hearing there is only one Sky Hidden Beast is actually favorable for Qin Chen.

The larger the number, the more difficult they are to deal with.

”The bad news is that this Sky Hidden Beast’s cultivation has reached the Half-step Tribulation Transformation Realm,” the Little Fairy said.

”Half-step Tribulation Transformation?”

Qin Chen’s expression stiffened.

Martial Artists of the Tongtian Realm sense the Great Dao of Ninth Heaven and finally choose their own Dao, possessing the Power of Great Dao and being able to traverse the void.

However, the Tribulation Transformation Realm brings Heavenly Tribulations that transform the Martial Artist’s physical body, Yuanhua, and Elemental Power.

Once crossed, it results in a transformative change.

Additionally, to become a strong warrior in the Tribulation Transformation Realm, one must first produce a ’Tribulation Sense.’

This can be understood as Telekinesis Masters breaking through to become Mind Kings or Mind Emperors, needing to manifest Telekinesis King’s Sense or Mind Emperor’s Sense.

This is the same for Demon Beasts, humans, and other races.

They all need to produce a ’Tribulation Sense’ and experience the Tribulation Transformation.

However, some Martial Artists have sensed the ’Tribulation Sense,’ and Heavenly Tribulation did arrive, yet they haven’t crossed the Heavenly Tribulation or completed the Tribulation Transformation.

But, they still survived this Tribulation Transformation, although not completed, they are beyond the ordinary Tongtian Realm.

Thus.

This state is known as Half-step Tribulation Transformation.

The Tribulation Transformation Realm, it’s very powerful.

Even though Qin Chen is extraordinary now, can contend with Tongtian Ninth Layer strong individuals using the ’Ten Thousand Stars Kingdom.’

However, the Tribulation Transformation Realm is different.

Even if it’s Half-step Tribulation Transformation.

Moreover, the Little Fairy also mentioned that the Sky Hidden Beast differs from other Demon Beasts; it can become invisible at any moment. This means Qin Chen will always be in the open, while it will always be in hiding.

This is naturally a significant disadvantage for Qin Chen.

This bad news is genuinely severe.

”No matter what, I have to try first,”

Backing down before the battle has never been Qin Chen’s style; even if that Sky Hidden Beast is truly of the Tribulation Transformation Realm, Qin Chen won’t retreat.

Not even trying and simply assuming it’s impossible loses countless opportunities unknown.

”Little Fairy, tell me where that Sky Hidden Beast is,” Qin Chen asked.

”Are you sure you don’t want to reconsider? You need to understand that the stronger the Demon Beast, the stronger its territorial awareness. If you act against the Sky Hidden Beast, you might provoke it.”

”The consequences are unpredictable.”

”Moreover, you’re alone now, and I can’t help you,” the Little Fairy said.

”I don’t have much time to consider. The threat is imminent; I must shorten the time as much as possible. I can’t let the Heavenly Blade Saint Sect encounter problems,” Qin Chen said.

He chose to come to Evil Dragon Canyon because he wanted to rapidly elevate his power.

The Heavenly Blade Saint Sect decided to stand behind him; Qin Chen is grateful, yet this also presents a responsibility.

The more the Heavenly Blade Saint Sect acts this way, the less Qin Chen can allow the Heavenly Blade Saint Sect to suffer harm because of him.

”Okay.”

Seeing Qin Chen had firmly made his decision, the Little Fairy no longer persuaded him, informing Qin Chen of the Sky Hidden Beast’s location.

Qin Chen approached that location.

It seemed to be at the deepest part of Evil Dragon Canyon.

Mountain ranges on both sides undulating, a giant beast roamed the central area, towering a hundred meters high, with an estimated width of over seventy meters.

Strangely, the beast’s figure appeared and disappeared as it moved, making an ordinary observer think they were seeing things.

Upon closer inspection, it’s visible.

Beneath that seemingly transparent skin, there were clusters resembling magma constantly surging, which was the Sky Hidden Beast’s blood, far hotter than magma, exceedingly lethal.

This is one of the difficulties in dealing with the Sky Hidden Beast.

If it was wounded, its blood could easily scorch someone to death. Its temperature is sufficient to melt Refined Iron as if ice fell into a fire.

”Rumble.”

A series of muffled sounds echoed as it walked, exuding a commanding majesty, with such an overwhelming presence that the sound reverberated within the canyon, making one’s scalp tingle.

”So this is the Sky Hidden Beast?”

Qin Chen lurked in a corner of the canyon, gazing at the giant beast inside, feeling a bit startled.

This creature was clearly not to be trifled with, especially the blood hidden beneath the Heavenly Concealing Skin, whose searing heat Qin Chen sensed even from afar.

”Here’s some good news.”

While Qin Chen was observing the Sky Hidden Beast, the Little Fairy suddenly spoke.

”Oh? What’s the good news?” Qin Chen raised his brow.

”Look at the cliffs on both sides of this Sky Hidden Beast,” the Little Fairy said.
