Super Electric Eel Avatar

48 Big Business
The death of the local gangster, Wei Qing was definitely the hottest topic in Zhongyun now.

The news of the incident that happened in the morning was as though it had grown a pair of wings, and spread to thousands of families before noon.

”Captain Xie, would you please tell the audience about the situation that happened during that moment?” A female reporter’s melodious voice was heard from the Zhongyun news channel.

”Ahem!” Xie Ruijiang coughed twice to clear his throat and exclaimed proudly, ”Last night we had actually figured out a clue. An armed gambling ship owned by Wei Qing was about to sail back to Zhongyun city as it struck a reef...”

”... The situation was very critical at that moment. Wei Qing’s men rushed out, and our comrades had ambushed the deck… ”

”After Wei Qing’s men betrayed him and ran away, he tried to resist the arrest with an automatic rifle. Judging the situation, we immediately took the chance to attack…”

Wang Bing said in dismay while crouching in front of the TV, ”Isn’t he Xie Ruijiang? This guy is getting quite famous. He is even on TV now!” Wang Bing shook his head in disappointment and continued to stare at the TV.

The creator of all this, Chen Fan, was still sleeping soundly on his bed as he was busy all night. He had finally settled down the electric eel at ten o’clock.

At 7 o’clock in the evening, Chen Fan sent Wang Bing to buy some food. After eating, he played the Game of War for six hours and went back to sleep again.

When he woke up the next morning, Chen Fan was feeling very refreshed. Indirectly, he had killed Wei Qing, who was a heinous, old hooligan and now he was no longer a psychological burden for him.

”You’re up, boss!” Wang Bing, who slept in the other room, crossed over and served a warm breakfast on the table while he flattered Chen Fan. Wang Bing had no choice but to flatter, because the major trouble, who was Wei Qing, was already solved. Thus, his job as a bodyguard was lost temporarily, and he was only a driver now. In order to continue taking his 20,000 RMB salary per month, of course, it was necessary to flatter his boss.

”Yeah!” Chen Fan gave him an appraising glance and bit into a bun without even bothering to wash his hands. He was very busy last night so it made him very hungry.

Sitting on the sofa next to him, Wang Bing asked, ”Boss, what are we going to do later?”

”Let’s go back home and see if those scoundrels have left or not.”

”They must have left. Their big tree, Wei Qing has fallen, so it’s almost definite that these little rascals will find another boss.”

”We’ll know when we go back and take a look!” Chen Fan wiped the oil on his hands. ”If they didn’t leave, I’ll leave them to you.”

Half an hour later...

Wang Bing felt relieved because those scoundrels were in a hurry and didn’t even have time to close the door.

However, Wang Bing’s heart was suspended in mid-air again because the whole house was a total mess. There were empty beer bottles and food bags scattered all over the place.

Sure enough...

”Go to the supermarket and buy some bedding sheets. Replace all the sheets in the bedrooms and clean the house.” Chen Fan said while massaging his head, ”These scoundrels, if I catch them, I’ll stuff beer bottles into their nostrils.”

”Sure, boss…” Wang Bing walked sadly out of the door like a miserable wife.

Sitting on the sofa, Chen Fan took out his mobile phone, gave Zhang Lele, Yu Lin and Yiteng Yun each a phone call and asked them to gather at the company.

The living room in the house was filled with so much garbage that it was almost impossible to stand there and it took Wang Bing at least seven to eight rounds just to get rid of the rubbish.

Two hours later, Wang Bing ran to the sofa with a dusty face. ”Boss, the work is done!”

”Yes, not bad, thanks for your service. I’ll treat you and Zhang Lele to a big meal at noon!” After praising him a little, Chen Fan smiled, stood up and looked around. ”Let’s go, follow me to the company.”

When the black BMW drove up to the silver-grey office building Chen Fan felt nostalgic. It had been three months since he stepped foot in his company.

After parking the car, Wang Bing got out and opened the back seat door automatically. He blocked the car roof with his left hand to prevent Chen Fan from accidentally hitting his head.

There were two beautiful, young, female students passing by during that moment, and their eyes were fixed on Chen Fan as he got out of the car.

”Look at him... This man is so young... ” One of the students bit the straw in her mouth like biting a gold bar, leaned over and whispered to her companion.

”Wow! He even has a chauffeur...”She blushed as she nodded.

”Look at the clothes that he’s wearing. Isn’t that the one that was introduced in this month’s Tough magazine, which is the Cerruti men’s casual wear designed by the chief designer, Fielder?”

The girl who bit the straw didn’t even notice the milk that was spilling out of her mouth. ”Oh my god! The price of this casual wear in China must be more than 13,000 RMB.”

”Boss, Ma Rongtao wants to invite you to ’Shangri-La’ for lunch this afternoon. Are you going to accept his invitation?” Wang Bing said playfully.

”I’ll see!” Chen Fan looked at the Vacheron Constantin that cost 80 RMB on his wrist and replied, ”I’m not sure what time this meeting will end.”

The richest man in China was inviting Chen Fan for lunch...

The two female students who didn’t know much about the business world were so impressed!

”Haha!” Once they entered the main entrance of the office building, Chen Fan and Wang Bing looked at each other and laughed at the same time. Both of them enjoyed the feeling of toying with those little girls!

It was only until Chen Fan reached his company’s main door when he stopped laughing.

Looking at the sign that said ’Ocean Storm Marine Company’, Chen Fan took a deep breath and pushed opened the door.

”Good to see you, boss...” The three of them who were sitting at their desks stood up and greeted Chen Fan when they saw him.

”I was away for three months, did you all miss me?” Chen Fan nodded with a smile and sat on the sofa.

”Boss, where have you been for these three months? We would have thought we had been fired if it weren’t for our pay,” Zhang Lele kept babbling.

”I went to Honolulu Island to see the monkeys,” Chen Fan said casually. ”By the way, Yiteng Yun, have you completed the company’s website that I asked you to redesign?”

”It’s done!” Yiteng Yun typed in a URL link and turned the monitor towards Chen Fan. ”Yu Lin and I took at least 10 days to design it and it is absolutely 100 times better than our previous one.”

”Well, let me see...” Chen Fan got up and stood in front of the computer. Looking at the beautiful design that had a black ferocious dragon above the stormy ocean, and the simple introductions of the company under it, he said, ”It is very beautiful.. splendid work.. who drew this?”

”Yiteng Yun drew it. I didn’t know that he was so skilled in artwork!” Yu Lin spat out about Yiteng Yun’s abilities quickly.

”Yun, could you add in our company’s name here in the picture?” Chen Fan pointed at the top of the picture and said, ”Make the words long and cursive.”

”No problem! I’ll get right on it. Just give me a few minutes.” Yiteng Yun nodded and said, ”Boss, there’s been a big business recently. Do you want to accept it?”
