Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 1061: Synchronization

ʼLetʼs see if this works,ʼ Kyle thought as he sensed his Elemental with his Divine Consciousness.

He could feel the emotions that reality expressed just by existing. He could feel the emotions his own existence caused and the emotions his Elemental caused.

The fluctuations coming out of Kyleʼs existence were very familiar to him. He felt like they were different from the fluctuations around him. ʼI feel like I have some power over them.ʼ

ʼThe surrounding world feels like my own body. I can control it as much as I want, but I feel like I have even more control over my body. I feel like I can expand my control. I can replicate it.ʼ

Kyleʼs body started to morph and change like flowing water. He was made of Energy, and he could control Energy.

Moments later, a small sphere of purple Energy flowed out of Kyleʼs body. It wasnʼt painful, but it didnʼt feel dangerous. It felt natural.

The sphere of Energy grew as Kyleʼs body trembled. Since he was in physical contact with his Elemental, the sphere almost immediately integrated with it.

Eventually, the sphere lost physical contact with Kyleʼs body and moved towards the Elementalʼs hammer.

As Kyleʼs Divine Consciousness followed the sphere, he felt like it was part of his body. He felt just as familiar with it as with his own existence. Naturally, that was because this was his existence.

For a Supreme Existence, the concept of existence wasnʼt limited to space anymore. A Supreme Existence could exist in several places at once.
Kyle could feel the existence of a new Karmic Line. This Karmic Line had the deepest purple Kyle had ever seen. The color purple represented responsibility, and there was no greater responsibility than one had over oneself.

The two Avatars were responsible for each other, because they were the same existence.

They were one existence in two different points in space.

ʼIt really is me,ʼ Kyle thought. ʼI couldnʼt imagine how an Immortal felt when they had two Avatars. One Avatar has to be the dominant one, right?ʼ

ʼNo, thatʼs not how it is. Both Avatars are equally me. Itʼs like having two eyes. I can use only one of them, but it only feels right when I use both. If one gets destroyed, I still have one left, but as long as I have both, I consider both of them to be part of myself.ʼ

Naturally, Kyleʼs Energy had halved as soon as he had created his first and second Avatar. Mere moments ago, he had had a centralized existence and no Avatars. Now, he had no centralized existence but two Avatars. The creation of the first Avatar automatically led to the creation of the second Avatar.

As Kyle perceived his Avatars, he felt the difference between them. One of them was stable, while the other one felt like a blank sheet. It didnʼt feel the same as when Kyle had defined his new existence, but it felt similar. The identity of his existence had already been defined, but not the attributes of his second Avatar.

Reality knew that this was Kyle, but it didnʼt know what this version of Kyle was like.

Kyle gathered the insights of both of his Imposing Laws. He needed both of them to shape his Avatar.

Usually, he would only need his own Imposing Law. After all, humans were not supposed to have two Imposing Laws. However, since he wanted to integrate his Avatar into his Elemental, he also needed the Elementalʼs Imposing Law.

Kyle knew exactly how his Elementalʼs Imposing Law worked, but he couldnʼt use it with his own body. After all, his Spirit already had an Imposing Law. However, he could still use the information of the Elementalʼs Imposing Law to shape his Avatar.

As the insights flowed into the Avatar, the sphere slowly started to change shape.

ʼItʼs working,ʼ Kyle thought as he watched the sphere slowly expand and spread through the Elementalʼs hammer. ʼMy Avatar is using my Imposing Law as a blueprint.ʼ

However, there was something else that was also working.

Kyle didnʼt just want to create a simple Avatar. No, he also wanted to fuse it with his Elemental.

Kyle felt his Avatar fusing with the Elemental, and most important of all, he could also feel it gaining access to the Elementalʼs Spirit.

Spirits were unassailable. That was a fact, but it was also an oversimplification. It was true in the vast majority of cases, but not in all. It was like saying that a gambler would lose all their money if they went all-in on black ten times in a row.

If the Spirit truly were absolutely unassailable, there wouldnʼt be any Infused Soul Laws. Additionally, the Spirit very much became assailable when one became an Ascendant.

Kyle had full access to the privileges of his Spirit, allowing him to interact with the Elementalʼs Spirit. Of course, the Elemental needed to grant permission, and it also needed to know how it could grant permission. After all, Kyle had only seen his Spirit Space when he had become a Spirit Lord.

Luckily, Kyle knew exactly how all of this worked, and since the Elemental was just him, it also knew what it had to do.

Inside the Elementalʼs Spirit Space, Energies from its Imposing Law stretched out, while Energies from Kyleʼs Imposing Law stretched towards it.

The two Energies met and combined, creating a new stream. The new stream of Energies flowed into a curve, which went back into the Elementalʼs Spirit.

The Elementalʼs Spirit treated the new Energies as its own, but it didnʼt absorb them. After all, it was still surrounded by the chains. While it didnʼt attack the Energies, it also didnʼt absorb them.

But that was all Kyle needed. He only needed the Elementalʼs Spirit to become comfortable with his Imposing Law. As long as it didnʼt reject the Energies, it was fine.

For a long time, Kyle washed the Elementalʼs Spirit with the fused Energies. Eventually, he started to change the ratio of the Energies. There was now more of Kyleʼs Imposing Law than there was of the Elementalʼs Imposing Law.

It took a while, but eventually, Kyle also made the Elementalʼs Spirit comfortable with only his Imposing Law.

That was when Kyle began the next step of condensing his Avatar.

The Elementalʼs Energies and Kyleʼs Avatar started to integrate with each other, but it was important to highlight that this was not a fusion. The two kinds of Energies were not turning into new Energy. Instead, they were synchronizing with each other. Both kinds of Energies still existed individually, but they were acting like they were one.

It was important that the two Energies didnʼt fuse. After all, if they fused, the Elemental wouldnʼt be able to act like an Elemental anymore. As soon as it turned into Elemental Energies, Kyleʼs Avatar would die since it would also transform into an Elemental.

Yet, by keeping them separate but synchronized...

Kyle watched as his Elemental changed into all kinds of appearances. A cloud of steam, a fiery blaze, a rock giant, a ball of lightning, and so on.

However, there was one thing that was always the same.

There was always a hammer somewhere. Either it was carried by the Elemental, or it was hidden inside of it, like a core.

This hammer was Kyleʼs Avatar, and it couldnʼt change shape.

As Kyle looked at his finished Avatar, he felt a profound feeling.

A hammer.

He was a hammer.

ʼSo, thatʼs what it actually feels like to be a hammer.ʼ
