Prodigiously Amazing Weaponsmith

Chapter 4480 Meritorious service (26)

This was really unexpected. Pu Jinchuan was stunned for a moment and frowned.” Peng Qi, Iʼm so disappointed in you!”

”As a squad leader in our army, he has an official position, but he actually took the initiative to pick a fight with his comrades and was beaten up like this. How can he be a squad leader? Reflect on yourself!”

”Alright, donʼt worry about him. The two of you, come with me.”

After Pu Jinchuan finished speaking, he totally didnʼt care about Peng Qi who was still lying on the ground as he immediately turned around, wanting to bring Huang Yueli and Li Moying away.

Peng Qi was extremely anxious, his face flushed red, using all his strength to want to get up from the ground.

But earlier in order to establish his might in one strike, Li Moying had used a very heavy blow. His internal organs seemed to have shifted positions and he didnʼt know how many bones were broken. No matter how hard he struggled, he couldnʼt get up and could only let out a shrill cry,” Lord Piao, you…” You canʼt leave me alone…I... I became like this because of Lord Ruijiang!”

Peng Qi had been in the military camp for so long, so he naturally knew very well that he was seriously injured to this extent. If he was abandoned by Pu Jinchuan, then he would truly become an abandoned child. The outcome could be imagined!

Actually, when Park Jinchuan appeared just now, Peng Qi had already woken up. Because it was too embarrassing just now, he kept pretending to be unconscious.

Now, seeing that Park Jinchuan did not even ask about his condition and was about to leave, he did not dare to continue pretending and quickly called out to them.

If he did not make a sound now, he would probably never have the chance to make a sound again!

”Pu... Sir Piao! You... Believe me, this subordinate is really doing this for the military camp, for Lord Ruijiang! Just now, I asked these two newcomers to report their battle achievements, but they didnʼt even kill a single enemy!

I suspect that the two of them are spies sent by the alliance army!”

”A spy?” Park Jinchuanʼs brows twitched when he heard this word. He was obviously moved.

Seeing his reaction, Peng Qi knew that he was reminded of the defeat caused by the spies of the alliance army, so he seized the opportunity to add fuel to the fire.

”Lord Piao, think about it. With their strength, how could they not kill a single enemy? There was obviously a problem! I didnʼt want to find trouble with them for no reason, but I saw that they were too suspicious and wanted to ask them clearly. Who knew that they would actually directly knock me unconscious! What did this mean? It meant that they were guilty!

He was afraid that I would be exposed if I asked too much, so he wanted to strike first…”

Peng Qi was also a smart person and knew that Pu Jinchuan valued Li Moying and the rest so there was no meaning in arguing about who would make the first move.

The only way to bring down this young man and woman was to accuse them of the most sensitive crime and slander them as spies!

In the early years, the alliance army would often send dark attributed martial artists to disguise as demons and sneak into their barracks.

The Dark Attribute practitionerʼs Profound Energy was 70% similar to the Devil Qi. Under the circumstances where the difference in strength between the two sides was huge, ordinary Devil soldiers could not differentiate at all.

The demon race had experienced many defeats because of this.

Therefore, the crime of being a spy was the biggest crime in the demon army camp. The commanders had always held the creed of ” it is better to kill ten thousand wrongly than to let one go ” and strictly guarded against it.

Of course, it was unrealistic to use such a crime to slander the elderly in the military camp.

But unfortunately, Huang Yueli and Li Moying had just reported to the camp today and they were completely newcomers!
