4284 Two Major Events (2)

She paused and glanced at the Elders in the audience, her expression becoming more serious.

“The second thing was about my inauguration ceremony.”

Although at the God Realm’s Grand Meet, the incident between Huang Yueli and Huang Sanbai had caused a stir and all the forces in the God Realm knew about it.

Because of this, everyone now knows that she succeeded as the Matriarch of the Sacred Phoenix Clan.

After so many days, it has probably spread to every corner of the God Realm.

However, the formal inauguration ceremony of the Matriarch was still indispensable.

This was not only as simple as officially announcing Huang Yueli’s identity as Matriarch to the entire God Realm, but it was also an opportunity for the Sacred Phoenix Clan to show off their clan’s strength.

Any first-rate power would take it seriously.

Hearing Huang Yueli mention this matter, the spirits of the Elders were shocked again.

“Matriarch, your inauguration ceremony is very important. We have been considering this matter for a long time. We have already started preparations the day the news of your succession as Matriarch came from Floating Sea.”

Huang Xindi strode out, bowed to Huang Yueli, and at the same time, held a scroll in front of her.

“There are many traditions that need to be followed in the Sacred Phoenix Clan’s inauguration ceremony. This is the first time for me to arrange such a thing. However, I have carefully checked all the relevant books and listed all the precautions. The process has been written on the scroll, please take a look at it.”

“If you have any comments, my subordinates will revise it right away. At that time, we only need to send invitations to all major forces, and the ceremony can be held within a month.”

After hearing Huang Xindi’s words, Huang Likai’s expression suddenly changed!

The two have been competing for the past few days, each coveting the position of the first Elder.

Huang Yueli saw it and felt like a mirror in her heart. However, she needed the two Elders to check and balance each other to work for her, so she deliberately did not express support for either side.

Huang Likai and Huang Xindi worked harder to show off in front of her.

Huang Likai originally thought that since he had no objection to Li Moying joining the Sacred Phoenix Clan, Huang Yueli would definitely choose him in the end.

But who knew that Huang Xindi would be so scheming!

He had actually guessed that Huang Yueli was going to hold the Matriarch’s inauguration ceremony soon, so he made preparations in advance, wrote a plan, and handed it over to Huang Yueli in a public place like today.

If Huang Yueli read his scroll and entrusted him with this important matter, then Huang Xindi would snicker.

Being able to take full responsibility for presiding over such a major ceremony as the inauguration ceremony of the Matriarch, in the minds of the clan members, he was already the de facto first Elder.

No matter how hard Huang Likai works in the future, it will be difficult to surpass him.

When Huang Likai thought of this, he immediately became anxious and said loudly: “Matriarch, although there are many traditions in the inauguration ceremony, there was no need to do everything in accordance with the traditions! Successive Patriarches, including Patriarch Tianhao, All have made some changes to the inauguration ceremony. What was important was the personal preferences of each Patriarch.”

“If everything was done according to tradition, outsiders will think that our Sacred Phoenix Clan was stuck in our ways and does not strive for progress.”

Upon hearing this, Huang Xindi turned pale with anger.

Huang Likai was mocking him for not being able to change his ways!

Moreover, he was also hinting to Huang Yueli that he was suspected of using clan tradition to morally kidnap her, the new Matriarch!
