Huang Sanbai said, “Those people from the Cloudy Qilin clan attacked me and Lass Li in the wilderness. There weren’t any other witnesses around at that time. If they insist that they hadn’t done this, no one would be able to prove it!”

Hearing that, the practitioners around were all stunned, as everyone remained pensive in their thoughts.

Huang Sanbai knew that things were looking good and hurriedly added,

“Moreover, we didn’t officially announce the news that we, the Sacred Phoenix Race, has a god grade genius. Various large forces have their channels and might have received this news, but other than the few of our clansmen who went to pick her up, no one else had seen Lass Li herself! Perhaps, Cloudy Qilin clan might grab hold of this point and say that we don’t have any god grade genius at all. It’s just a lie to scheme against them!”

“Outrageous! Simply a load of rubbish! If those Cloudy Qilin clan’s scums dare to say that, I will rip their mouths!” Someone instantly jumped up in fury.

Huang Sanbai intentionally shook his head helplessly. “What use is there to rip their mouths? The main thing is this matter can’t be explained clearly! If it comes to that, we would still have to rely on ourselves to exact revenge on them, isn’t it? But there would be plenty of eyes on us by then. So if we want to take action, it might not be that easy!”

Huang Tianhao listened and his brows creased even tighter.

“I didn’t expect Cloudy Qilin clansmen to be so despicable and sinister! Elder Sanbai, based on what you said, no matter what we do, it’s just not right. Then what should we do then?”

Huang Sanbai pretended to think about it for a moment and said, “Based on what This Old Man thinks, we should settle this in private! Moreover, we don’t need to officially declare war with the Cloudy Qilin clan in their face. Didn’t they harm our god grade genius through underhanded means? Then why don’t we also kill their god grade genius? This is called paying them back in their coin! Moreover, the person who harmed Lass Li is that god grade genius. If we kill him, we can exact revenge for Lass Li!”

The Elders present all pondered over this and immediately started to echo in agreement.

“Elder Sanbai’s idea is the best!”

“It’s so reasonable, too reasonable! Cloudy Qilin clan also didn’t officially announce that they have a god grade genius, isn’t it? When we kill him, we can also say that god grade genius was something that they made up to frame us!”

“Elder Sanbai is indeed a veteran. Your idea is indeed the best!”

Hearing everyone’s approving voices, Huang Tianhao nodded his head. “Since this is so, then we shall do according to Elder Sanbai’s suggestion! The person who will be chosen to complete this mission…”

Before he could finish his sentence, Huang Sanbai stood up.

“Clan Leader, it is This Old Man’s mistake that Lass Li had got into trouble. So leave this matter to me. I’ll do my very best to atone for my mistake!”

Huang Tianhao nodded and said, “Alright, I’ll leave this matter to you then!”

Huang Sanbai cupped his fists respectfully with a solemn expression.

No one knew that he was feeling extremely elated in his heart!

Even though he wasn’t able to find Huang Yueli, nor could he obtain the Sky Phoenix Ring, if he could take this chance to get rid of the Cloudy Qilin clan’s god grade genius, that would be huge merit!

By then, he would become Sacred Phoenix Race’s hero and his status would be elevated even more.

That meant that he would be able to utilize even more resources to find Huang

Yueli!

No one knew if that lass was dead or alive.

But even if she was dead, he would still get the Sky Phoenix Ring out from her corpse!
