Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1020: Chapter 624: Mega Showdown

The main venue was incredibly noisy.

No one expected that at the last moment, Smeargle would choose to sacrifice itself in order to restore the next Pokémon to its full state.

[Healing Wish]!

A self-sacrificing divine skill!

Another incredibly powerful functional technique following With the Wind and Light Wall.

”...”

Baimu rubbed his temples, feeling that this round had drained more of his heart power than all his previous matches combined.

He could only say that Smeargle was worthy of being the father of the land group, the culprit behind the mighty Darkrai’s nerf, and once a top-tier assistant.

In a situation where the number of techniques are unlimited, this guy has too many tricks up its sleeve, suddenly hiding a skill with a miraculous effect.

As long as it isn’t defeated immediately, it will surely torture opponents with various transformation techniques.

As someone who personally experienced this, he understood deeply.

But overall, fighting against a Pokémon like Smeargle was still very interesting, allowing him to gain a bit of competitive battle charm, making him feel like he was back in those days of ranked battles.

The battle against Elma made his participation in the conference not too monotonous.

For a moment.

Baimu even felt an urge to cultivate a Smeargle.

Because he knew this Pokémon could be stronger, such as with the hidden trait [Inconstant Heart], which randomly greatly enhances one ability while lowering another.

As long as you play for time, sooner or later, it can be strengthened to a terrifying degree and then pass it through [Passing the Baton] to a Pokémon responsible for output, who can stop it?

Others like [Dark Hole], [Crescent Dance], and other exclusive Phantom Beast techniques need not be mentioned.

And this urge appeared similarly among many trainers inside and outside the venue who were paying attention to the Ever Grande Conference, and the functionality of Smeargle made their eyes burn with excitement.

Compared to the obscure acquisition of Porygon, Smeargle was clearly easier to obtain.

Perhaps capturing and making good use of it are two different things.

Of the ten trainers seated, nine were the kind who liked to attack from head to tail, would they really know how to cultivate a Smeargle characterized by unexpected transformation techniques with a frail frame that’s prone to ”dying suddenly?”

The answer is obvious.

Otherwise, Baimu wouldn’t have only now encountered a trainer like Elma who is adept at using transformation techniques.

Of course, the latter has never been the first person to use Smeargle in such a way.

”Come back.”

He whispered as he recalled the altered-color Milotic that had recovered some stamina through Self-Rebirth into the ball, ”Rest well, leave the rest to Mawile.”

Milotic wasn’t in its full state, with the opponent still having With the Wind and Light Wall, facing a two-on-one against Mega Kangaskhan and Little Kangaskhan would be too disadvantageous.

The key point was Elma only had two Pokémon left.

If he didn’t give Mawile the opportunity to appear, most likely it would have to debut in the next round’s match. If at that time, it sweeps a team as the designated main character of the tournament, where would the face of Aggron be?

It just so happens that the opponent is undergoing Super Evolution, he uses Super Evolution against Super Evolution, which is quite appropriate.

He threw the Pokeball forward.

Elma followed suit.

Bam bam!

”Roar!”

”Roar ah...”

Mega Kangaskhan and Little Kangaskhan landed, the latter’s face turned violet, stumbling and seemingly on the verge of collapse.

The former worriedly wanted to assist, and a mysterious luminous star descended from the sky, splitting in mid-air into a light curtain that enveloped them both, the warm glow was extremely bright.

Little Kangaskhan’s violet glowing face quickly smoothed, it jumped up vigorously, excitedly feeling the power flooding through its body.

Healing Wish took effect!

Not only did it remove the severe poison effect, but also completely recovered the stamina worn out from head-on clashes with Gengar, at this moment it and Mega Kangaskhan, excluding the worn attribute energy, were infinitely close to a full state!

Mega Kangaskhan showed a smile, Little Kangaskhan looked with fighting spirit at the opposite Mawile.

Immediately after.

They saw a color they were all too familiar with—

”Super Evolution.”

Baimu pulled the necklace on his chest, and the crystal-clear Key Stone radiated brilliant light!

Buzz!

Spiritual Chain flew out, strands like thunder.

The violent energy fluctuation transformed into a terrifying gust of wind, centering around the transforming Mawile, spreading outward, uprooting countless grasses, sand, and debris all rushing towards the sky.

Mega Kangaskhan and Little Kangaskhan unconsciously lifted their paws to shield from the blowing dust.

As the fierce wind subsided, the figure resembling a witch, Mega Mawile, stood there silently, her double horse-like twin jaws tilted towards the sky, emitting a silent screech!

”Tchdo!”

Finally, it’s its turn to appear!

In an instant.

The entire stadium erupted in thunderous excited cheers, countless fans of Baimu cheered wildly, looking feverishly at the Mega Mawile below.

As the most core Pokémon among the three young generals of Gorgeous Competition, Mawile’s popularity has always been the highest.

Although the appearance of altered-color Milotic is more outstanding, its dance performance video clicks far exceed those of altered-color Milotic’s water mirage performance at the Mikoli Club.

The commentator couldn’t help but say: ”I’ve commented on the Ever Grande Conference so many times, it’s the first time I’ve seen a Pokémon being so welcomed, Contestant Baimu truly is an amazing person!”

Elma and the Kangaskhan mother and child were incredibly surprised, looking around at the audience seats, it always felt like the Pokémon were more popular than the trainers.

The former’s gaze returned to Mega Mawile, full of vigilance.

He had seen Mega Mawile’s performance at gorgeous large-scale celebrations, the enormous destructive power shown through two Playful dances made him wary.

Could Mega Kangaskhan and Little Kangaskhan match it head-on?
