Online Game: My Decay Drives the Entire Server Crazy

Chapter 133 Global PrayerAfter the voice of the Lord of the Abyss faded away, the entire world fell into a deathly silence.

Three seconds later, overwhelming panic erupted across the globe simultaneously.

Emergency sirens blared in every country, and the streets were filled with people screaming and running in chaos.

Supermarkets were stripped bare, long queues formed at gas stations, and even banks were mobbed.

The phones of world leaders bombarded Lin Ye’s mobile at almost the same time.

Lin Ye set his phone to silent and tossed it to Fatty Wang, who was beside him.

”You answer it and tell them that if they want my help fighting the Lord of the Abyss, they must pay a protection fee first. The base price is 10 billion USD per country; for those who have offended me in the past, it’s double. Pay first, work later—no credit.”

Fatty Wang’s eyes lit up, and he snatched the phone. ”Don’t worry, Brother Ye! I’m best at this! I guarantee I’ll fleece them until they don’t even have their underwear left!”

He cleared his throat and answered the first call. ”Hello? The South Korean Prime Minister, right? Oh, you want Brother Ye to protect you? Sure, 20 billion USD, send the money first. What? Too expensive? If you think it’s expensive, don’t come to us; after all, it’s not us who will be dying. Hanging up now.”

”Hello? The Japanese Prime Minister? 20 billion, not a cent less. Yes, it must arrive by noon tomorrow; otherwise, when the Lord of the Abyss arrives, we won’t be responsible for you.”

”Hello? President Biden? Oh, the US. You offended Brother Ye the most, so it’s 50 billion USD, not a cent less. What? No money? If you don’t have money, sell your aircraft carriers! Don’t you have over a dozen of them? Just sell two, and you’ll have it!”

Su Qinghan couldn’t help but laugh from the side. ”You let Fatty answer the calls; aren’t you afraid he’ll offend all the world leaders?”

”Let them be offended.” Lin Ye took a sip of cola and said nonchalantly, ”They are the ones begging me now, not the other way around. If they dare to have an opinion, it just saves me the trouble of protecting them.”

Qin Wentian, sitting nearby while wiping his longsword, nodded. ”That’s right. These countries were all so arrogant before; now they know fear. We should fleece them hard.”

Just then, the large screen in the command center suddenly lit up.

It was broadcasting a live feed from the US CNN.

A white congressman in a suit was standing in front of the Capitol, giving a passionate speech to the camera.

”We in the United States do not need Lin Ye’s protection! We have the most powerful military in the world! We have nuclear weapons! If the Lord of the Abyss comes, we will blow him up with nukes! Lin Ye is just a fraud; he just wants to take this opportunity to extort us! Everyone, do not believe him!”

Seeing this, Fatty Wang was so angry he nearly dropped the phone. ”That idiot! How dare he call Brother Ye a fraud! I’m going to the US right now and tearing his mouth apart!”

”No need for that much trouble.”

Lin Ye smiled, raised his hand toward the screen, and remotely applied an ’Explode on the Spot’ debuff to the congressman.

On the screen, the congressman was just about to continue when his expression suddenly changed; he clutched his stomach and crouched down.

Immediately after, with a ”pfft” sound, he let out an earth-shattering, loud fart.

Then, his pants were blown right off, revealing his floral underwear underneath.

The whole scene was in an uproar, and all the reporters were frantically taking photos.

The congressman froze for three seconds, then let out a miserable shriek, covered his face, and ran away.

The live stream chat exploded instantly.

”Hahahaha! I’m dying of laughter! Farting on the spot and blowing your pants off!”

”This is the consequence of insulting Mr. Lin Ye! So satisfying!”

”Serves him right! Who told him to have such a foul mouth!”

”Hurry up and send money to Mr. Lin Ye! Or you’ll be next!”

President Biden saw the live stream and was scared out of his wits.

He immediately called Fatty Wang, his voice trembling. ”I’m sorry, I’m sorry! Mr. Lin Ye, I’m sorry! That congressman has a mental illness! We have already fired him! We will transfer the 50 billion USD immediately! Right now! Please don’t be angry!”

Fatty Wang snorted. ”Know you’re wrong now? Too late! That congressman just insulted Brother Ye, causing Brother Ye severe emotional distress, so add another 10 billion for emotional damages! A total of 60 billion! Not a cent less!”

”Okay, okay, okay! 60 billion it is! We will transfer it now!” President Biden agreed hurriedly, fearing Lin Ye would get even angrier.

After hanging up, Fatty Wang laughed heartily. ”Brother Ye! You’re amazing! Farting from a distance to blow off pants! This move is too wicked! But I love it!”

Su Qinghan laughed so hard she couldn’t straighten up. ”You’re too wicked, actually using such a trick.”

”To deal with people with such foul mouths, you have to use this kind of method.” Lin Ye shrugged. ”Otherwise, they won’t learn their lesson.”

Over the next day, money from various countries poured into Lin Ye’s account like flowing water.

South Korea and Japan were the first to send money, fearing that if they were late, Lin Ye would ignore them.

European countries also sent money one after another, and even Russia, which had been the toughest before, obediently sent 10 billion USD.

In less than 24 hours, Lin Ye’s account had increased by over 2 trillion USD.

Fatty Wang stared at the number on the phone, his eyes widening. ”My god! Over 2 trillion! Brother Ye, you are now the richest person in the world! And the kind that leaves the second place in the dust by ten streets!”

”Money is just a number.” Lin Ye said indifferently, ”What’s important is that this money can be used to improve our strength. Ghost, put all this money into the game, upgrade the equipment for all BOSSes, and summon 100,000 elite monsters.”

”Understood!” Ghost’s voice came from the computer. ”I’ll get it done now! I guarantee that within three days, all BOSSes will be upgraded to max level!”

Just then, a noisy sound came from outside.

A soldier ran in and said anxiously, ”Mr. Lin Ye! It’s bad! Many people have come outside; they are representatives from various countries, saying they want to see you!”

Lin Ye raised an eyebrow. ”Let them in.”

Not long after, dozens of representatives from various countries wearing suits walked in.

Leading them were Prime Minister Kim Jae-hwan of South Korea and Japanese Prime Minister Kenichi Sato.

Both were carrying bags of gifts, their faces full of fawning smiles.

”Lord Lin Ye! This is the best Korean ginseng from our country, along with top-tier Hanwoo beef; it’s a small token of our appreciation, please accept it!” Prime Minister Kim Jae-hwan handed over the gifts and said respectfully.

”Lord Lin Ye! This is the best Wagyu beef from our country, along with the latest game consoles and anime figures, all prepared for you!” Kenichi Sato also hurriedly handed over the gifts.

The representatives from other countries behind them also presented gifts one after another.

France sent top-tier red wine and perfume, the UK sent antique clocks and watches, and Italy sent designer bags and suits.

Even the US representative sent a private jet and a limited-edition sports car.

Lin Ye glanced at these gifts and said indifferently, ”I accept the items. Rest assured, as long as you have paid the protection fee, I will guarantee the safety of your countries. When the Lord of the Abyss comes, I will deal with him.”

The representatives from various countries nodded and bowed hurriedly. ”Thank you, Mr. Lin Ye! Thank you so much!”

”You are truly our savior!”

”From now on, we will follow Mr. Lin Ye’s lead in everything!”

After sending away the representatives, Fatty Wang looked at the room piled with gifts, grinning from ear to ear. ”Brother Ye! We’re rich! So many good things!”

”You’ve never seen the world.” Lin Ye rolled his eyes at him. ”What are these things worth? Once I deal with the Lord of the Abyss, the entire Abyss will be mine.”

The next day, Lin Ye brought Su Qinghan, Fatty Wang, and Qin Wentian to the Bund in Shanghai.

This place had been transformed into a massive battlefield.

All the BOSSes from the game had been summoned and were neatly lined up along the Huangpu River.

Shadow Demon Dragon, Frost Dragon, Hellfire, Abyssal Lord, Undead Knight...

The dense BOSS army stretched as far as the eye could see.

Each BOSS was wearing shimmering top-tier equipment, exuding a terrifying aura.

100,000 elite monsters stood behind the BOSSes, holding weapons, ready for battle.

Military soldiers and members of the Guardian Alliance stood next to the BOSS army, each one incredibly excited.

”My god! So many BOSSes! It’s so spectacular!”

”With such a powerful army, what is there to fear about the Lord of the Abyss!”

”Following Mr. Lin Ye is definitely the right choice!”

Fatty Wang rode the Shadow Demon Dragon, flying back and forth in mid-air, shouting proudly. ”Stand straight! Get your spirits up! When the Lord of the Abyss arrives, hit him with everything you’ve got! Whoever performs well will be heavily rewarded by Brother Ye!”

The BOSSes roared in unison, their voices echoing through the sky.

Just then, the sky suddenly darkened.

A black crack appeared in mid-air.

An aura, even more terrifying than the previous seven monarchs combined, emanated from the crack.

Everyone’s expression changed, and they gripped their weapons tightly.

”It’s here!” Qin Wentian said in a deep voice.

Lin Ye looked up at the sky, a cold smirk curling at the corner of his mouth.

The black crack grew larger and larger, and a huge figure crawled out of it.

This figure was a hundred meters tall, covered in black scales, with two huge horns on its head and six pairs of black wings on its back.

It held a massive black scythe in its hand, which was wreathed in thick abyssal energy.

It was the vanguard of the Lord of the Abyss, with strength three times greater than the seven monarchs combined.

The vanguard looked down at the humans on the ground and let out a disdainful sneer. ”Humble humans, do you really think you can oppose the great Lord of the Abyss with just this trash? Today, I will slaughter you all first to pave the way for Lord of the Abyss!”

As it spoke, it swung the scythe and slashed down toward the ground.

A massive black blade aura, carrying a world-destroying momentum, slashed toward the BOSS army.

Fatty Wang’s expression changed. ”Not good! Everyone, dodge!”

”No need to dodge.”

Lin Ye stepped forward and raised his hand to block it gently.

The black blade aura collided with Lin Ye’s palm and instantly vanished without a trace.

The vanguard’s eyes widened in disbelief. ”What? You actually blocked my attack?”

”With such meager skill, you dare to serve as a vanguard?”

Lin Ye sneered and raised his hand, gripping the air toward the vanguard.

”Crack!”

The vanguard’s body was instantly crushed into a pulp.

The scythe in its hand also shattered, turning into ashes.

From the vanguard’s appearance to its instant kill, it took less than five seconds in total.

The entire scene fell into silence.

Everyone stared at Lin Ye, dumbfounded.

The vanguard, which was three times stronger than the seven monarchs, was actually crushed to death by Lin Ye in one move?

This is just too absurd!

Fatty Wang froze for three seconds, then shouted excitedly. ”Brother Ye is awesome! Brother Ye is invincible!”

The BOSS army also roared in unison, their morale boosted.

The soldiers and the Guardians cheered, and the fear on their faces was swept away.

With Lin Ye here, they have nothing to fear.

Lin Ye looked up at the crack in the sky and said indifferently, ”Lord of the Abyss, your vanguard is dead. Stop hiding inside and refusing to come out. I know you have already arrived.”

As soon as he finished speaking, the crack in the sky suddenly expanded to dozens of kilometers wide.

The entire sky turned black.

An indescribably terrifying aura shrouded the entire Earth.

All living creatures shivered, and even the air seemed to have frozen.

A figure ten times larger than the previous vanguard slowly walked out of the crack.

It was the ruler of the Abyss, the king of all abyssal creatures, the Lord of the Abyss.

The Lord of the Abyss looked down at Lin Ye, his voice like thunder from hell.

”Human, you are quite good.”

”You are the first human to be able to kill my vanguard.”

”However, that is all.”

”Today, I will let you and the entire Earth completely turn into nothingness.”

Lin Ye smiled and stretched his wrists.

”Is that so?”

”Then I would like to see if you have the ability to do so.”
