Chapter 2269: Field of Death III

The Field of Death is a powerful combined domain that utilizes all efforts of Equinox, Levin Cloud, and Creepysoo. It is also incredibly volatile because one of them being taken out would mean the entire thing could either explode or unravel. This is the reason why all of them are just waiting for the effects of the combined domain to expire instead of getting taken out by the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo.

”It has surprising amounts of stamina though.” Adrian stated as the undead did not relent on their attacks, but the health of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo did not decrease by a lot.

”Most of the undead get destroyed before getting damaged though. The only ones impervious to physical damage are the ghost type undead but they do not deal large amounts of damage.” Creepysoo stated.

”Should we move onto the next thing then?” Levin Cloud asked.

”I guess it is time to deploy the ranged units.” Adrian stated as he told Peridot to prepare via their guild chat.

”The guild leader said that we should prepare. Where are the remaining Pure Sulfur?” Peridot asked.

”Everything is in place. We also shaped everything as well. Some of the Pure Sulfur Solution that Brew created are also applied on all the arrows.” Solstice stated as she had some of the guild members carry a crate full of supplies.

When the crate is opened, the items inside were Pure Sulfur turned into sharp and thin spears. Peridot and some of the earth mages started to inject their mana into them in preparation for the barrage. The archers of the army were also given a special potion that gives the properties of Pure Sulfur to arrowheads.

It was created by one of the eccentric guild members called Brew, who is a Potion Witch and student of Jianna. One would be easily able to distinguish Brew because of the special mount that he uses to move. He is riding on a flying cauldron that has a special dimension inside that only he could access. Also, he would be incredibly loud as he explained the effects of his potion.

”Start now.” Adrian entered in the guild chat as Solstice took control of the unit.

Solstice raised her sword up in the air as the archers started to raise their bows and arrows. The mages already filled the spears with their mana as all of it floated in midair. Solstice brought her sword down and all of the projectiles were fired. The undead attacking the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo did not even bother dodging as they were focused on attacking.

The Infernum guild side could be seen in total ruins as the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo rampaged continuously for ten minutes. When the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo on their side dropped to 40% health, it continuously fired off spikes in every direction without stop. A lot of players did not expect such development that some of the Daemos were in danger.

The players knew that the Daemos support NPCs that are fighting with them should be safe as they needed to send the enemy back to the world it came from just in case. As a result of this, 20% of the players in their area were all lost but the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo became incredibly weakened. The defenses of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo on their side dropped to 20% of its original that almost all attacks are critical strikes.

All of this is also being reported to all sides of the battlefield, so they know what to expect but the Valor Guild side has a different problem. The Valor Guild side also managed to drop their Primordial Beast Kholomodumo to 40% health, but it did not fire off spikes like what happened to the one in the Infernum guild. The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo on the Valor guild side suddenly spat out powerful acid that easily melted steel.

A lot of the weapons and armors of the players had a massive decrease in durability. The acid is also strong enough to melt some of the skin of players without powerful poison resistance. Fortunately, the players could easily survive this dilemma by drinking potions that increases poison resistance, but the pain is still there.

The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo on the Valor Guild side only stopped spitting out acid when Cersei used the power of her devil god to conjure large amounts of water. She then used the water and filled the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo with it. She basically made the enemy drink back the poisonous acid along with her cursed water.

From the different reactions of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo, Adrian could see that they are indeed different beings even if the two on the main world are clones of the one in the Wilde. Adrian did not know that his plan to separate them is the best one that could be done. If all three of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo attacked in states like that then no army would survive.

On Adrianʼs side, the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo suddenly dropped to 50% health when all attacks from the mages and archers landed. The Pure Sulfur is incredibly effective to ignore the defenses of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo. All of the attacks that followed the Pure Sulfur barrage were basically true damage because of the wounds that the primordial beast suffered.

”Kuwahhh!” The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo shouted.

[The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo has called to share life, but it failed because of the clones missing from its side.]

”Oh! Such a nice notification.” Adrian stated in surprise as the thrashing for the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo continued in an even harsher manner.

The soldiers have already rested, and they have started to join the fight as well. To make the soldiers even more powerful, Adrian carefully manipulated the nether mist to affect them as well. Although the effects of the nether mist decreased by half, the fact that an army of Selvaggians that have powerful attacks enhanced by it has doubled their lethality.
