My Talent Panel Can Add Points

Chapter 60: Chapter 58: Selling Resources

[Blood Spear] after being enhanced twice, the Attack Power increased by 5 points, with no other Attribute changes. Weapon enhancement only provides additional Traits at levels +3, +6, and +9, with additional Trait increases at every level beyond +10.

It does have a tendency to explode easily.

And it’s the kind that explodes completely.

In addition, during the battle between Ye Mingqiu and the S-Level Red Hermit, the Blood Spear also absorbed a large amount of Energy, with its current Attack Power increased to 30-41, which is immense. It’s noteworthy that the Silver Level Bone Battle Blade only has an Attack Power of 22-26.

Unfortunately, the remaining Spiritual Points are only 915.

But that’s not a big issue. Selling unused equipment can still earn quite a few Spiritual Points.

Return

...

In real time, seven hours later,

Ye Mingqiu returns to the embrace of the sofa, feeling an exhaustion that seemed to emanate from the depths of his soul, lying on the couch with no desire to move at all.

Exhausted

After defeating the S-Level Red Hermit, his Spirit never relaxed for a moment, constantly on guard against the Blood-colored Venerable. Since the opposition could send someone to encircle and kill him, it’s highly likely he might make a move as well.

That’s what he thought.

But that turned out not to be the case. Until the last moment, the Blood-colored Venerable did not appear, and with his tight grip on the return privileges, he finally got relief.

Hidden powerful enemies are far more mentally and physically exhausting than apparent ones.

”Ah~”

Ye Mingqiu sat up, eyes bleary, letting out a beast-like growl, akin to a worker awakened by his body’s internal alarm clock while craving rest, compelled to continue working.

He picked up the Communication Device from the table, and continually swiped through the screen.

It seems that during the period I was in the Spirit Realm, I didn’t miss any key information, and nothing happened in the outside world, everything is as usual.

Nevertheless, he still can’t rest and sleep right away, mainly because there’s still a lot of goods in the Storage Space that need handling. Contacting the Floating World Commerce Association’s overseer in advance is necessary.

After all, the commerce association buys and sells, things that might be in stock one day could be gone the next, so it’s best to agree on the transaction’s content and order items ahead of time.

The Floating World Commerce Association’s overseer had already left a contact, which he added in advance with a secondary account.

Ye Mingqiu: Selling items, [Blood Burst Skill][Flame Fist][Pure Source Blood].... (truncated) prioritizing resources for increasing Agility, and Skill Books for Basic Agility, converting the rest to Spiritual Points, also checking for any items that allow early entry, considering if the price is right.

One minute later

Supervisor Hou: Received.

The other party didn’t provide an answer immediately, and Ye Mingqiu wasn’t in the mood to wait for a reply. He laid back on the couch and fell asleep, unable to resist due to mental exhaustion.

....

When Ye Mingqiu opened his eyes again, the afternoon sun had quietly climbed onto his cheeks.

”Hmm...”

Ye Mingqiu got up from the sofa, feeling his mental state had improved significantly, though his head was still a bit dizzy. He sat up, cleared his mind a little, and checked the time on his Communication Device.

13:42

Well, perfectly missed morning classes, and the afternoon class will probably be missed too.

But it’s not a big issue, since most Support System students have not become Spiritualists, much of what the teacher talks about has little relevance to what comes after becoming a Spiritualist. Even if Ye Mingqiu doesn’t attend, the teacher wouldn’t say much.

After all, continuing to attend Support System classes after becoming a Spiritualist offers no tangible benefits, and it’s understandable if students prefer to find other ways to improve themselves.

More important than that is Supervisor Hou’s reply.

Supervisor Hou: Currently, there are resources for increasing Agility in the commerce association, but no Skill Books for Basic Agility. However, there are some Active Skills of the Agility type in stock, which can be traded immediately if you wish to replace them.

Supervisor Hou: Moreover, regarding the early entry items, we also have no inventory, since those items are in such high demand that they get snapped up quickly after release.

Ye Mingqiu: No exchange for Skill Books, will trade once goods are all together.

After a short while, Supervisor Hou responded quickly, evidently setting a special alert. After all, this pertains to performance and year-end bonuses.

Supervisor Hou: Okay, but I recommend storing the items at our commerce association first. Once I obtain the Skill Book, I will ensure it’s traded to you immediately.

Ye Mingqiu smirked. How could he not see the intentions, it’s probably like wanting to get his items first, to be converted into trading stock in the warehouse, making commerce circulate faster, and further stimulate more transactions for more performance?

Many people, like him, specify trading certain items for ones of near-equal value, adding or subtracting a few Spiritual Points. After all, resources eke out the quickest improvements, not just accumulating Spiritual Points.

Items he sold in the Floating World Commerce Association likely appeal to others wishing to purchase them, and items provided by buyers might stimulate another business deal, making the trade market more vibrant and benefiting the commerce association itself — that’s what Supervisor Hou hopes to see.

Ye Mingqiu: Fine. But if I can’t get the desired Skill Books within a short time, how would you offset the price? I can’t just wait indefinitely, can I?

Supervisor Hou: If I cannot procure the specified Skill Books within seven days, I will compensate you with Spiritual Points equivalent to the product’s value.

Ye Mingqiu: Spirit Awakening Realm proof.

....

Shortly after, Ye Mingqiu went to Floating World Commerce Association to clear out the goods he had, earning 7,400 Spiritual Points after selling them. The reduced sales volume compared to last time was mainly due to a lack of Treasure Chests. Last time, in the Fall of Chaoge world, he annihilated countless templated entities, resulting in a large number of Treasure Chests and even more equipment.

In this world, Red Hermits were essentially hidden, and despite Ye Mingqiu’s efforts, not many were killed, resulting in fewer Treasure Chests. Although the quality of the Treasure Chests was noticeably higher, higher quality also meant greater influence by luck.

Regrettably, two out of the three top-notch Silver Treasure Chests were wasted, although the remaining one did yield a Flame Fist Skill Book, which was quite satisfactory.

Furthermore, Ye Mingqiu didn’t sell his Silver Level Weapons, holding onto the Bone Battle Blade and Blood Energy Sniper Cannon. He planned to keep the Bone Battle Blade around given it was rumored to have other uses, potentially encountering hidden opportunities.

As for the Blood Energy Sniper Cannon, a ranged attack weapon and a firearm to boot, modern machinery’s learning curve is somewhat lower than that for cold weapons, potentially offering great efficacy during ranged assaults.

Ye Mingqiu’s mindset is one where, while it might not always be used, lacking ranged strike options isn’t advisable; the more methods prepared for various situations, the better.

The overall yield from this world isn’t actually low. Adding the Free Attribute Points, Skill Books, and weapon revenue, it’s even slightly higher than the Fall of Chaoge, although the Spiritual Points from selling equipment decreased.

”Ding~”

The Communication Device emitted a familiar sound.
