Chapter 407: Chapter 407: Are You Pregnant? [1]

Arlo Seys and Ariel Morris returned to Royal View City.

Ariel Morris took some clothes to shower, while Arlo Seys was on the balcony making a phone call.

”Callan, check up on Benny Saxton’s ex-wife and the events that happened in the Saxton Family back then.” Arlo Seys paused, then continued in a deep voice, ”Jorge Saxton’s mother’s surname is Morris. Check everything about Benny Saxton’s ex-wife’s family, and also, Jorge Saxton once mentioned he had a sister. I want to know about his sister!”

Callan Walkers groaned on the other end of the line, ”President Seys, it’s been over twenty years, how can I check that?! I’m afraid it won’t be easy to find out! The Saxton Family is quite influential, and they’ve likely covered up most of these family scandals. I doubt we’ll find much, President Seys!”

In a calm yet firm tone, Arlo Seys replied, ”I want results within three days! Also, check Ariel’s background, and from which orphanage the Morris Family adopted her.”

Callan: ”President Seys, do you intend to help Miss Morris find her biological parents?”

Arlo Seys glanced at the closed bathroom door inside, his voice lowered, ”Yes, I want to help Ariel find her biological parents.”

Callan sighed, ”Given the Morris Family’s despicable adoptive parents, Miss Morris must have had a tough life all these years! Once she finds her biological parents, I hope Miss Morris never has any ties with the Morris Family again! They’re all bad news!”

Arlo Seys pressed his lips together and instructed solemnly, ”Callan, no matter what you find out, don’t let Ariel know initially. If you find her biological parents, confirm it thoroughly before telling her.”

He didn’t want any blunders that would ultimately ruin Ariel’s mood.

Finding her biological parents would be ideal. If Ariel wishes to acknowledge them, she can. If she doesn’t wish to, from now on, he will also ensure Ariel has less contact with the Morris Family. From now on, Ariel belongs to the Seys Family forever, as his wife, and the Seys Family will be Ariel’s family!

”Alright, President Seys.”

After hanging up on Callan, Arlo Seys dialed another number to his uncle Adonis Quinn, asking for his help to investigate everything about the Saxton Family.

He refrained from using political connections, fearing his old-fashioned father would find out and nag him. Meanwhile, his uncle Adonis Quinn, known as Fox Quinn in the business world, had keen connections, making his uncle the smartest choice for help.

Adonis Quinn readily agreed. Having adored his nephew deeply from a young age, Adonis described him as ”the Yangtze River’s waves pushing forward the next,” suggesting it’s only a matter of time before his wave is beaten to the shore, yet he did so gracefully!

Arlo Seys ended the call, standing on the balcony, eyes deep and solemn.

In the bathroom.

Ariel Morris finished her shower, dressed up, and was about to leave. But as she turned around, an unexpected dizziness hit her, and her vision swayed.

The bathroom was slippery, and the dizzying sensation swept over her. Ariel Morris staggered forward. Just when she was about to completely slip, she quickly grabbed the wall in front of her, stabilizing herself, but her head harshly hit the wall, causing Ariel Morris to cry out in pain.

Hearing the noise, Arlo Seys immediately strode into the bathroom. With eyebrows knit with a trace of panic, he saw Ariel Morris leaning against the wall, rubbing her forehead.

”Arlo,” Ariel Morris rubbed her forehead, feeling somewhat aggrieved.

Not even having left the house, she nearly had an accident in her own bathroom. Is she particularly unlucky these days?

Arlo Seys walked over, ”What happened? What’s wrong?”
