I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2180: 25.70 Lone Black Star - You saved me too.

Ye Caoyun stared at Ye Qinya with surprise and asked, ”You are the one who saved me that day!?”

This is something Ye Caoyun had never expected. All this time he had been looking for the person who had brought him to the clinic that day. After all, if not for arriving in the clinic and getting treated by his dad, he would have most likely not survived. He was a person bullied everyday. His body is full of wounds and bruises. That day was the first time this body had fought back. Against a group with only one of him to fight them, there is no way he would avoid getting badly wounded. Even though he had avoided getting hit at his vitals it didn’t mean this fragile body would be able to survive that much beating. If Ye Qinya didn’t bring him to the clinic that day, he might have turned into a cold corpse the next day. That’s why that life saving event was like a thorn in his heart.

”Why didn’t you tell me?” Ye Caoyun asked.

Who would have expected that the person he wanted to repay the most in this world, the person who had saved his life, had always been by his side. The only person in this world that attracted him. The man who had promised to protect and loved him for all eternity and the being he had chosen to be someone who would accompany him even when he ascended back to Vearth. They are all one person.

Thinking of this, an unexpected tear strolls down Ye Caoyun’s eyes while staring at Ye Qinya. The Crown Prince who was supposed to have become an emotionless outer god suddenly felt a pain stabbing his heart upon seeing Ye Caoyun’s tears. Ye Qinya might have thought that after regaining his memories he only needed to pretend and continue his life in this world and after the world plot is over and the ruler found the one he wanted to catch, they would be able to leave his world afterwards.

What he didn’t know was that, before the Diamond Cosmos fully accepted his existence in this world he would need an anchor that would firmly drag him in this cosmos. The God of Destruction never told him about this and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness also didn’t know about this as well. Maybe if Ye Xiajie asked his wife, Hei Anjing would tell him. But if he didn’t ask then the God of Destruction would keep this information to his grave. This is the secret of this cosmos and one of the Cosmos Laws that even the Guardian of this cosmos couldn’t break.

A being from the Obsidian Cosmos can come to the Diamond Cosmos however, their memories would be sealed and sealed with their memories are their real power. Without remembering it, they would be reincarnated to their assigned worlds repeating their lives until the day they remember who they are. But they can only move freely within the Diamond Cosmos if they found someone important to them within this cosmos. An anchor that would allow them to exist in other cosmos without losing who they were originally. Most anchors ended up as the other half being from the Obsidian Cosmos.

The person they love the most whose existence stops them from causing destruction and chaos within the world their beloved lives in. That is the anchor as well as the seal that prevents an outsider from taking over the Diamond Cosmos. This is the last chance the Guardian of the Diamond Cosmos had given to the people of the Obsidian Cosmos. A chance to survive and coexist.

The Crown Prince, Ye Qinya, might have not noticed. Before his memories were awakened by his lord, his soul had long been broken after countless reincarnation in this world. The almost endless failure to break free from the laws of this world and how he had forgotten to hold back that in this reincarnation he had chosen a path that leads to his early death. If not for the fact that Ye Caoyun had reincarnated in this world, his original ending was going insane and turning into a pure beast that destroyed his own empire and his own home. His soul would be devoured by the ancient god who had blessed the insect race and he would be gone forever.

It was unknown whether it was fate at work or something else. Even if the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness didn’t descend in this world, the two of them were destined to meet one another. This is something beyond the control of all gods in this cosmos.

Ye Qinya for the first time in his whole life that he had met someone who can move his heart. It was beyond his control. Something he never expected. Someone that he didn’t expect to meet and have in this world. What it feels like to have a frozen heart suddenly beating beyond your understanding.

Something you cannot control, even the great Dark Ruler of the Obsidian Cosmos had fallen for such feelings. He had fallen so deeply the first moment he had seen the memories that didn’t involve him. The love that wasn’t meant for him. A kind of feeling that is different from desire or thrill. The emotion he had never felt before. Everything had just changed one day, just because he had found those thrown memories and feelings of the guardian of destruction and something he had whimsically picked them up for fun. He suddenly became obsessed with it.

There is also a man who he thought would never care. That he would never feel anything for his coworker who had been working with him as a guardian all these years. The sudden feelings that were confessed to him. His first reaction was rejection. As the Guardian that rules the power of Hell Flames, he couldn’t understand why the Lord of Destruction suddenly had fallen for him. So he firmly rejected his approach, his affections and goodwill, until in the end, he had forced the man to throw away his feelings for him, his memories of him. Then one day all the normal things in his life had changed.

The Lord of Destruction no longer comes over, inviting him for tea. No longer come to check on him every after battle asking him if he is alright. Those heated gazes that made him uncomfortable all disappeared the day the Destruction Lord chose to throw away his feelings. Did he regret it? The Lord of Hell Flames didn’t know. That was until the Dark Lord appeared before them and suddenly confessed to the Lord of Destruction before him. It was when that man showed off the memories and feelings of the Destruction Lord used to own and now possessed.

The Hell Flames Lord felt something was amiss. Like how he had watched the entanglement between the Destruction Lord and the Dark Lord? Where at first the Lord of Destruction was annoyed and chose to ignore? Where the persistence of the Dark Lord to take over the attention of the former and how eventually, the Destruction Lord starts to wait for the latter and come for him. He is thankful that the war between the Diamond and Obsidian Cosmos continues. Not because the Dark Lord didn’t want to surrender but because some of his people even betrayed him to continue the war. That’s how the entanglement between the Two Guardian and one Cosmic Ruler continues until now.

The relationship of those above had caused some entanglements between the people under them. These relationships deepens and are tied so firmly that neither of the two factions can untied them anymore. Like how the relationship between Ye Caoyun and Ye Qinya is having at this moment. The Crown Prince reaches out a hand and gently wipes the tears strolling down on Ye Caoyun’s face. He was so careful as if the person in front of him was the most fragile treasure he had seen in this world.

The Crown Prince whispered with a mellow and soft voice, ”Don’t cry. I didn’t tell you because I wanted to court you properly at the time. To become a sentinel you had chosen yourself. Even though we are a fated pair, I wanted it to be something you had chosen yourself. A man you have chosen to have in your world.”

”Actually, that wasn’t it all. You are also my savior who I didn’t want you to feel indebted to me. After all, if not for you, I would eventually transform fully into my beast form and live my life as one. You save me. That mental cultivation technique you had given to your Imperial Uncle. If not for that I would have longed to become unstable even before our masters appeared.”

”I have saved you before but you have saved me as well. That’s enough. Now what I wanted is for us to choose one another. Become a pair not because our compatibility is the best, but because we loved one another.”

”Ye Caoyun, would you like to become my wife and my only guide in this life?”

This sudden proposal had caught Ye Caoyun off guard. He looked at the man who is now kneeling before him holding his hand. He can even feel his fear as his hands tremble while holding him. The man’s nervousness, that pleading within those eyes even though this man is expressionless at this moment his eyes had betrayed him without him knowing.

Ye Caoyun smiled and said, ”I agree.”
