I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2039: 24.300 Sixth Violet Star - Lord Prophet’s Summoning

In the ancient forest, where the Lord Prophet lives...

After Prophet Heri opened his eyes after being in slumber for a few days due to his ability of future sight. During the days Prophet Heri had suddenly fallen in deep slumber, the one who suffered the most was Lord Vega. Imagine seeing your beloved not waking up for days even bleeding in their seven orifices in their sleep. The former elf king was so scared of his life experiencing this up and down situation that involves his other half.

If not for keeping the appearance of someone stable in the presence of his daughter, he would have almost broken down many times while being away from his daughter’s eyes. The elder shamans had checked on the prophet for days. Even though they treated the physical injuries of their prophet, the soul injury they had detected was something beyond them.

Just as he was about to fall in despair, the prophet finally opened his eyes. Even though he looked so weary and tired, just seeing his other half woke up, all the pressure in his heart had instantly disappeared. After calming down, Lord Vega helped Heri to sit up. However, unlike the last time, this time Heri didn’t even have an ounce of energy to sit that he had to lean on his mate to be able to raise from his bed.

Lord Vega said to his daughter, ”Haerin-ah, go and call the elders. Tell them that your dad is awake. I need someone to check on him.”

”Yes! I will go right away,” said Haerin as she ran out to call some elders.

After he had left the room, Heri started coughing and even puke some blood, scaring Vega who held him within his arms.

Cough. Cough!

”Heri!?” The former elf king calls with urgency in his tone and a slight hint of trembling can be felt from his voice.

”Don’t worry. It’s not... as bad as you think,” said Prophet Heri. ”Please help me clean up.”

”Don’t move. I will do it,” said the Lord Guardian.

Lord Vega looks at his beloved worriedly as he helps him clean up. Even after cleaning up the place and changing his clothes, the scent of blood is still strong within the room. By the time Haerin brought the elder shamans to check on her dad, they were welcomed by the Lord Guardian gently feeding his beloved with some healing soup.

The elders salute before the couple, {We greet the Lord Guardian and Lord Prophet!}

”Elders, please be at ease. There is something I want to say,” said Lord Heri.

The oldest shaman within the group approached and said, ”What Lord Heri wishes to say can wait after we treat the lord first. Keeping the health of the royal family at its best is our top priority.”

”Alright. Then I will leave it to the elders,” said Lord Heri.

He is unable to move and can only let his beloved move his arm towards the elder to check his body. A few ruins from the elder shaman had moved as if it was alive and moved from the elder to the body of the prophet as if checking his whole body like a scanner. It would retract after it finished its use.

The eldest shaman said, ”Lord Prophet is blessed. The injuries on your soul are being healed by some unknown power. There is no problem with your soul as it would heal on its own. As for your physical vessel, you have lost a bit of blood. We need to replenish it. A good rest and a few nice meals should be able to help you return to your peak.”

It was only when the eldest shaman had explained the current state of Lord Prophet’s body, that the Lord Guardian had finally felt at ease.

The shaman asked, ”Such healing is almost possible to achieve especially when it involves the soul. Has the Lord Prophet met a divine one?”

”Indeed. I did meet one. This lord had met someone who called himself the God of Dreams. He saved me when my soul almost perished from seeing something I shouldn’t have.” Prophet Heri said. ”He should also be the one who has healed my soul. Moreover he seems to be an...” acquaintance.

The unsaid word was something the prophet didn’t utter in his life. Only when their world was at the brink of destruction that this God of Dream’s words once again resounded in his mind and understood it at that time.

”Order the warriors to train seriously. One day in the future, war will also befall on us. Also, the last one is a decree...”

Everyone waited for their Lord Prophet to speak again. They knew what he would announce next would be the next move which would greatly affect their future and something that must happen.

”Tomorrow. Gather the children from Class F. I need to speak with them,” said the Lord Prophet.

This time it wasn’t only the elder shamans who were surprised but even the Lord Guardian. If there is someone who knows more about the prophecies of their prophet it can only be Lord Vega. Summoning the children that were involved with this world’s beloved children, meant that the destined battle between the protagonist and the villain is about to happen. Moreover, this also involves their daughter and the only princess of the beastmen race.

The elder shamans looked at one another and saluted before the prophet. Since he had given them a decree, what he wanted shall be fulfilled. They collectively responded,

”Yes, your highness Lord Heri!”

After the shamans had arranged all that their Lord Prophet needed to heal at home, they bid their farewell and left as they still had their own duties to do. Once they left, Haerin was also asked to send the elders out politely. When only the couple were left in the room, the Lord Guardian stared at his lover.

”Don’t look at me like that. I actually do not wish to send our daughter out there but... this is destined. Her ending will be bad if she stays in the forest with us. He will be safer at the border than in this city. After all, the real villain hides in here,” said Lord Heri.

According to what he had seen in that world, after the world broke open and the world’s core was exposed, that monster woke up and everything would reach the end. It was also at that time that those two had reappeared and saved the world.

Lord Vega finally no longer hesitated when he heard that the real danger was located in the city and not at the barren lands. He decided to have a serious talk with his disciple, Long Juedi about their daughter, Haerin.

Meanwhile beyond the barrier of the ancient forest, soldiers had continued to gather in batches. Once a batch was defeated or fatigue it would be replaced by another batch making sure that their assault would be continuous. It seems that their intention was to crack the barrier around the ancient forest where the beastmen race lives.

”Keep coming! Attack only one point. I do not believe that this barrier will not break!”

”Those with enough qi retreat!”

”Someone replace this batch!”

”This black thorny vines is alive!”

”Dammit! It eats people!”

”How long do we need to keep doing this!?”

”Don’t complain and just continue!”

”This is the marshal’s orders!”

The soldiers acted like gangsters attacking the outside of someone’s home. But unlike the boisterous scenes beyond the walls and the barrier, those who lived inside the ancient forest were unaffected by the attacks from the outside. In the first place, the explosions and attacks from the outside were isolated. No sounds, or shaking can be felt from beyond the barrier.

Some were farming, the others were training as warriors, and some hunts for food. It’s just the usual daily life within the ancient forest. The only latest news that affected the tribe was the sudden coma of the Lord Prophet. Those who didn’t know thought that the prophet had fallen with an illness when in reality he is only watching the future that involves their lives. It was as if the world beyond the barrier and inside the barrier were in completely two different spaces.

Those at the beyond the barrier can even see how relaxed people are living inside the barrier. They are ignoring them as if they do not exist at all. This just made the humans and beasts trying to get inside even angrier.

—

Back to the ancient forest, with the decree from the Lord Prophet. Those who were to be summoned before Lord Heri tomorrow were informed by the shamans. Long Juedi with his friends were being trained by the beastmen warriors regularly after migrating in this forest. It can be said that a small number of humans also live in this forest.

Though they don’t openly come to the tribe’s village, because of their connection to Long Juedi and Haerin, they and their family were welcomed by the beastmen race during the fall of the alliance city. Most of these people were former students of the beast taming academy and classmates of Princess Haerin and Long Juedi.

Long Juedi who heard the decree from the prophet. He couldn’t help but ask, ”Summons from Lord Prophet?”
