Help all mankind

Chapter 73
”No, it can’t be AI.”

In a closed room, Liang Shicheng asked lidov. At this time, there were only three people in the room, they and Gui Gui.

Ridorf has a new miniaturized translation device similar to a hearing aid on his ear, but the control device has been replaced by political commissar AI.

Just now, a villager next to the research institute called Liang Shicheng to ask him about ridov’s contact information and claimed that there was an important response.

Liang Shicheng directly handed his phone to ridorf, but then only heard a voice from the other end of the phone,

”I have something important to tell you.

The village has announced that the road leading to the town these days, that is, the road you always walk back, will be constructed for a few days from today.

So be careful when you come back these days. If you want to come back, go another way. Don’t go wrong and waste fuel money... ”

All this seems normal to Liang Shicheng. He didn’t take it seriously, but lidov’s performance is different.

After he came to this new country, although he could not communicate with others skillfully in Chinese, he still needed translation tools to communicate with his colleagues.

However, it took him only a short time to master more than 1000 commonly used Chinese characters. It is not a problem to use Chinese characters in daily communication on the software. He can understand the text content without professional terms and type slowly at the same time.

He found a reason to hang up the phone, changed to the form of text messages, and after chatting with the other party for a few home affairs, he pulled Liang Shicheng aside and explained the situation.

”Just now, the moment you handed over the phone, the other end of the phone may have changed...”

Ridorf told Liang Shicheng what he thought. He suspected that the current phone content was forged by Xiao y. there may actually be something wrong with the Research Institute.

Ridorf made a request, hoping to take someone back to see the situation at this time.

However, there happened to be an important meeting today. People attending the meeting came to important departments of branches all over the country. Some people came specially from other places. Such a meeting cannot be easily cancelled.

In this meeting, Dorf is an important person in charge of speaking. He understands that he is in a dilemma, so he wants to order your ghost to say a few words and then leave.

Without hesitation, Liang Shicheng called lidov’s full-time driver and waited downstairs 10 minutes later.

More about little y, ridorf didn’t tell Liang Shicheng too much before. He didn’t deliberately hide it, but it’s a long story and hasn’t found a chance.

GuiGui came after receiving the call. After lidov explained the matter in a few words, she didn’t ask more reasons, but directly put forward a comprehensive plan.

Before the meeting, she will first sort out ridov’s usual draft, then compile some words on the spot according to these contents, and then claim that it is the speech prepared by ridov in advance, and speak instead of ridov by herself. At the same time, she will try to delay the meeting time as much as possible. If ridov finds that it is a false alarm, she can continue to attend the meeting if she comes back early.

Lidov nodded, then found a stack of materials from his briefcase and handed it to him.

While lydoff explained something to your ghost, Liang Shicheng looked through the previous text message chat content carried out by lydoff on his mobile phone.

Liang Shicheng didn’t notice anything unusual about adding a full stop to a text message. He happened to be a different person among millions of people who would really add a full stop after a word.

Although Liang Shicheng didn’t neglect lidov’s request, so far he said he thought it was incredible. What just happened was too ordinary and there was no contradiction. The villagers at the other end of the phone just gave lidov a very ordinary wake-up call.

But how did ridorf judge that there was a problem.

Liang Shicheng knew the villager who called at the beginning. He was right on the other end of the phone.

AI can simulate other people’s voices. Although it makes sense, Liang Shicheng was surprised that the way he spoke was too similar. Especially after lidov chatted with the other party via text message, the other party behaved very naturally.

So Liang Shicheng couldn’t help being curious. He also chatted with each other on his mobile phone, but the more he chatted, the more he felt that the opposite side was a person.

”No, it can’t be AI.”

After lidov told GuiGui everything, Liang Shicheng picked up his mobile phone and continued to ask.

Although Liang Shicheng had seen little Y’s intelligent performance in the factory before, he still couldn’t believe that little y could learn to talk so fluently without exposing his flaws.

Because he has a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, AI is best at completing work with clear rules such as work in factories, while machine learning is currently better at optimizing the workflow after a given work step.

However, dialogue with people is a weakness of AI. At present, this field is still a difficulty. It is difficult for AI to understand what people are really talking about. Almost all chat robots on the market set dialogue routines in advance. Simple dialogue is OK. It is a little difficult to answer questions immediately.

So Turing, the father of computers, said a story before. When a human and a computer are separated from each other, they talk through other ways, such as sending a message to another person.

If human beings cannot correctly judge the real identity of the computer through the content of the conversation, whether it is a person or a computer.

That is, as long as AI can imitate human communication and deceive human beings.

Then this computer or AI is the real artificial intelligence with thinking ability.

Lidov also saw Liang Shicheng’s thoughts. After asking, he shook his head a little, then smiled and explained,

”Oh? Do you still believe in the so-called Turing test?

But I think there are some problems with this theory. It can’t keep up with the development of the times. I don’t mean the thought experiment of Chinese room.

But Turing did not consider that humans would later develop a discipline to study how to fight the deception of artificial intelligence. ”

Lidov is not surprised to see that Liang Shicheng has always been kept in the dark. People who have not been cheated by little y for a long time can’t imagine its strength.

Then lidov took Liang Shicheng’s mobile phone and chatted with the SMS in front of him.

On the other side, little y thought he had muddled through, but he was secretly happy, but it was going to be in trouble soon.

Lidov first took out a piece of words and wrote some words on it. Then he looked at the words, picked up his mobile phone with both hands and typed slowly, along with the sending of the text message.

Little y, who received the short message, suddenly made a difficulty. The content of the short message exceeded its understanding ability and could not be understood no matter how he thought.

Not good. Found!

Little y is not stupid. At least he can guess his situation and scold silently in his heart.

”Ridorf! You’ve learned not to talk! ”

PS will be updated earlier in the future.

After that, the plot and technology have been rigorously verified, so now we have to make preparations.

Rigorous and realistic science and technology, plus whimsical creativity.

In recent days, there has been a scientific and technological breakthrough in reality! It will affect part of the plot. I’m paying attention to it. I’ve read all the patent documents.

Notice that I will greatly speed up the update frequency in a month.
