Help all mankind

Chapter 15
Several days later, De Beers fulfilled the agreement as scheduled and paid 300 million US dollars in patent fees.

Of course, the final withdrawal is RMB. In the face of this situation, unless applied in advance, the domestic foreign exchange management departments will take the initiative to help exchange at the current exchange rate.

Liang Shicheng began to plan his next step. In one year, it is not a simple thing to establish a black technology company. It is too late to buy land and build factories again, and it takes a lot of time to recruit personnel for team matching.

Another key problem is that Liang Shicheng has only been the boss of more than a dozen people. He is not familiar with the operation and management of the company. Fortunately, he clearly knows his shortcomings.

So he didn’t intend to spend the money rashly, but wanted to get a company to practice first.

There happened to be a company he was familiar with. It seemed that it could be used immediately. That was the company engaged in UAV R & D where Liang Shicheng was working. The personnel in it were familiar with themselves and the work process was clear. Many factories were visited occasionally.

In his current situation, the safest way is to take part in the company and then become a member of the management.

According to his work experience in recent years, the management of the company where Liang Shicheng works is not very good. The internal order of the company is chaotic, the factional struggle between various departments is very serious, and some goals are often set indiscriminately. The working state of the bottom employees can be described as being a monk hitting the clock every day.

As a grass-roots employee, he actually had many ideas about the company and envisaged many opinions to change the current situation of the company, but his rights were limited.

Liang Shicheng is not idle these days. He begins to investigate the information of his company.

In the field of agricultural UAVs, many enterprises flocked to enjoy state subsidies. With the white heat of competition, they are not as promising as they were.

The company’s performance is not ideal now, and its sales decline every year. Of course, the employees in the company have a hard time.

Liang Shicheng tried to find the contact information of several major shareholders of his company and discussed with them the repurchase of their shares in the company.

Some shareholders already had the idea of quitting, and immediately agreed after receiving Liang Shicheng’s call.

Some shareholders hesitated for a moment and immediately accepted Liang Shicheng’s offer.

Some shareholders were reluctant at first. Finally, after Liang Shicheng offered a price he couldn’t refuse, he resolutely agreed.

After talking on the phone all afternoon, he finally persuaded most of the shareholders.

After finding time to conduct equity transactions with the shareholders of the original company, signing the contract and paying the funds, Liang Shicheng has quietly become the largest shareholder of the company where he originally worked.

Now his plan is to transform the company according to his own ideas. Besides practicing, he also plans to transform it into a company that can be used to study black technology.

Led by one of the original shareholders, he revisited the company’s plant and all the company’s assets. He found that the current scale was still not enough, so he was ready to pay for the upgrading of infrastructure.

The property of UAV company is nothing more than three, one R & D department, one production department and one sales department.

The sales department does not need to be updated for the time being. Liang Shicheng hopes to use the performance of the product to get the market.

There are a lot of ready-made equipment in the production department, but these things seem to have little technical content. The only valuable things are those skilled workers.

Under the leadership of the original shareholder, Liang Shicheng finally returned to his most familiar R & D department for a visit. This time, the original shareholder still wanted to act as a guide and introduce the situation to him.

But Liang Shicheng told her not to stand with her, just wait downstairs and visit alone.

Then Liang Shicheng went to the supermarket to buy some drinks and snacks and returned to the office building with a bag. At this time, it was working time. Seeing Liang Shicheng returning in this way, the employees muttered one after another.

Liang Shicheng first distributed condolences to the people, and then announced the latest office rules.

There is still afternoon tea time in the morning and afternoon. You can close your eyes and meditate for 5 minutes every hour. At the same time, you can eat snacks and drink drinks at any time during office hours. In addition, the work and rest time can be changed. You can come to work at any point in the morning as long as you can ensure that the work can be completed on time.

With that, Liang Shicheng took out the trampoline from the corner and put it in the most prominent position again.

After all this, he remembered one thing, and then hurried to his superior to report.

The changes in the office were soon noticed by others. The patrolling leader happened to pass by again today. Seeing that he was angry, he immediately found Liang Shicheng, called him to his office and began to judge.

Liang Shicheng assumed an open-minded attitude. After being judged for 20 minutes, he saw a man standing outside the door and waiting for him. It was the original shareholder. Seeing that Liang Shicheng had not come down yet, she took the initiative to go upstairs and observe the situation.

At this time, Liang Shicheng interrupted the leader and said:

”Your cell phone rang just now. It seems that someone wants to call you. Didn’t you notice?”

The leader disagreed. In his memory, he didn’t hear the phone ring just now, so he wanted to continue to judge Liang Shicheng.

The original shareholder standing outside the door quickly understood Liang Shicheng’s meaning, so he immediately picked up his mobile phone in the toilet, called the leader, simply exchanged greetings with him, and judged his work at the same time.

After hanging up the phone, the leader seemed very angry and ready to vent his anger on Liang Shicheng, so he continued to criticize and fight,

”Even if you don’t work hard at ordinary times, I will be implicated

At this time, the original shareholder appeared at the door again. Seeing this scene, he understood his kindness and helped, so he pretended to cough a few times, and then walked into the office.

Seeing this, the patrol leader immediately showed his respect and humility, and took Liang Shicheng to bow together.

At the same time, when the superior came to inspect, he was embarrassed to continue to judge his subordinates, so he let Liang Shicheng go.

Next, Liang Shicheng returned to his usual job as an ordinary employee, and there was one last thing to deal with.

When he asked for leave before, he asked his friend to help take the class. Now according to the agreement, he needs to help his friend finish some workload as compensation after he comes back.

Then Liang Shicheng worked overtime until about 9 p.m. and finally completed the task. At this time, there were some employees who were also working overtime outside his office. Looking at his employees, this may be the last day to get along with them.

”That’s all for today. I’ll take you to a big meal.” After announcing the news, the people were stunned first, and then showed a long lost smile.

When he left the company and looked back at the building of the company he had worked hard for many years, Liang Shicheng felt a sigh in his heart that this was a place that had wasted his youth. Finally, he didn’t have to work for it, but there were more challenges waiting for him.
