Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Chapter 1846: Part 1: Making an appearance

Crystal City - Shop

Time passed.

More and more people came after knowing that I had recovered. Some came to see me, and a few others wanted to know about the new owner.

They were worried that the shop could be moved. I assured them that the shop was not going to be shifted.

Then, I took the time to invite neighborhood families, including Rebecca and Ethan.

If her parents hadn’t helped that day, then the situation for everyone would have turned out worse.

They were glad that I didn’t forget their help. Then, I paid them with mid-grade mana stones for their assistance.

They had used their own healing resources to heal others. At first, they didn’t accept it, but I insisted they must accept the mid-grade mana stones.

The talks went well. When they left the place, I turned to the other guests and started helping them out.

”Master, our business is booming. You don’t have to worry about our resources. We can get them from our salaries,” Frank said.

Hearing that, I smiled and said, ”You don’t have to worry about it. We will get more resources from now on.”

I made the right decision to choose this city. If I had opened the shop in the magic city, then the shop would have been attacked by enemies.

That night, the shop was closed. Everyone then sat together for the team meeting.

”Master, what are you going to do tomorrow?” Hank asked.

Hearing that, I said, ”I’m going to use my real identity tomorrow. But Frank won’t be here.”

”If anyone asks, tell them that Frank is out of town,” I added.

”Master, don’t worry. No one will cause a problem. Your real identity is powerful. If someone still dares to attack, then you can retaliate without worry,” Otto said from the side.

”I doubt the wizard families would be foolish enough to attack our master,” Patrick said from the side.

Old man Rock was quiet. He was glad that he had made the right decision to join this group.

On the other hand, I listened to their conversations. After some chat, everyone returned to their rooms.

At midnight, the dark red smoke once again entered the house through the window.

It landed on the ground and transformed into a puppet. The Zero puppet had been busy today as well.

Seeing that the puppet was well, I started asking questions. The Zero puppet began to tell me the details.

This time, it had found a lot more inside information, including information about the hidden forces of the families.

Some of the wizard families had privately formed forces outside the Mage Union territory.

Hearing about the hidden forces intrigued me. It appeared everyone was like me; the descendants of the wizard families had their own forces as well.

I had not come across them yet. I had only had a confrontation with the Doyle Family.

There was also the Green Elemental Tower behind them. Tomorrow, I’m going to make an appearance. I didn’t know whether they were going to cause any problems.

If they did, then I would be more than happy to greet them. It had been some time since I showed my face outside.

When the Zero puppet completed the briefing, I put the puppet away inside the Gregor Mansion.

Then I went to sleep.

...

Outside,

There were many forces who had sent their men to spy on the appraisal shop, including the spies of the Doyle Family and the Green Elemental Tower.

They couldn’t enter the Crystal Community. Earlier, they had tried to pose as customers to get inside the shop.

But their plans had failed. They had come to know that the shop had a Magic Lord’s presence. If they went inside, they would be caught.

They could only conduct their operations from outside.

...

The following day,

I woke up early. After getting out of bed, I started doing my morning routine. The morning routine lasted for one hour.

Then I entered the Gregor Mansion for practice. I came to the hall and sat cross-legged on the ground.

Then I took the mid-grade mana stones out. I held a few in my palm.

I closed my eyes and started running the Gravity Ark Mental Method. The gravity mana from the mana stones and the surroundings entered my body.

I started guiding the mana according to the route. The mana flowed through the body. After circulation, the mana went to the mana core space.

Inside the mana core space, the mana core started to absorb the gravity mana. Seeing that, I continued to repeat the process.

I have decided to comprehend the gravity rule as well.

Time passed,

After a few hours, I ended the practice. I began to focus on the gravity rule. My understanding of the gravity rule became better.

As time passed, the obscure doubts became clear.

One hour later,

I ended the practice and summoned the status panel to look at it.

It was just that progress was slow. It was definitely not comparable to the lower-level stages.

No wonder talent is needed for the wizard path.
