Chapter 1504: Monstrous forest!

From MC’s Perspective:

Forbidden Area,

As the time passed, I started walking along the narrow road. Soon, the huge palace disappeared from my sight when I turned around to see.

A dense forest has covered both the front and back of mine. Only the narrow road can be seen disappearing into the woods.

I continued my journey into the dense forest area.

Time passed,

Seeing the more dark forest cover has appeared, I started to think that I’m closer to the Forbidden Area.

The dense forest area in front of me is different from other forests. As I continued walking forward. I noticed that the dense forest appears to be monstrous.

The roots and branches of the trees are enormous in size. The other plants growing on both sides of the path are enormously tall.

I raised my eyebrows in surprise. A single tree root can cause damage to a city. I had never seen such a monstrous forest before.

On top of that I noticed that mana in the surroundings is getting richer. It was definitely richer than Willow Peak City.

Even the previous forbidden area was different from this one. The previous forbidden area was full of the Dark land.

It was a place full of dark mana and dark mana resources. But I think this forbidden area is going to be neutral. So I can explore outside.

At the same time, I noticed the change in structure of the trees and plants.

I have read that there are different types of monsters. There are records of tree type monsters as well.

So I started using the system probe function. But the system results show that there aren’t any monsters here.

Eventually the evening time comes. The daylight begins to decrease. The palace staff referred to the forbidden area as the number 808.

Because this forbidden area was part of the ancient battlefield. I took the map out to locate my current location.

Then I saw that this dark forest was an entry to the Forbidden Area 808. I noticed that I’m standing in the middle of the forest.

There is still time left before the complete darkness. Yet the dense cover of forest made it appear that night time had arrived.

Then I took note of the remaining route in my heart. After reaching the entrance of the Forbidden Area, I will take a look at the map again.

After deciding that I put the map back in my storage bracelet. Then I looked ahead and started walking along the path.

Time passed,

The night time appears. I’m still walking along this path. The path shows no signs of ending. But from the map drawing, I knew the roads lead to an end.

So I didn’t think much about it. Rather I’m concerned about finding the wanted criminal named Theo Bernard.

I’m sure he is living somewhere in the forbidden area. He happens to be a Supreme Wizard. I had told the palace staff that I’m going to bring the evidence.

But I had never fought against the Supreme Wizard and defeated him.

Suddenly, my eyes flickered with an understanding. It could be difficult to defeat a Supreme Wizard in the level-8 stage.

But if I become a level-9 Wizard, then there is a chance to defeat the supreme. I’m one step away from being the level-9 Wizard.

My thoughts became clear. I had decided to break through first before looking for the wanted criminal.

[Ding! Warning]

[A 9th Order Tree monster has set its eyes on host ]

The system voice sounded in my mind. Hearing that I knew that trouble had come.

Swoosh!

Out of nowhere, a rustling noise sounded. As if something was moving in the bushes. A sharp big root emerges from the bushes.

The root is pointing towards me. I had experienced the same attack not long ago in the swamp land. But these roots are tougher than those swamp land’s Mangrove monster.

Swoosh!

As the root is darting out towards me. I cast the 6th stage of the magic spell.

”Repulsive Force”

A powerful force emerges from my body and spreads across the place. The repulsive magic force comes in contact with big tree roots.

Boom!

A massive explosion occurs. The repulsive force magic struck down the big tree root. The big tree being shredded by the repulsive force.

Seeing that my eyes flickered. I knew if I stay here more and more roots might appear. I can’t take the risk of fleeing inside this dark forest.

The narrow was the only safe spot. So I decided to stay inside the Gregor Mansion till morning.

Swoosh!

The next second, I appeared inside the Gregor Mansion.

The root outside was destroyed. The monster didn’t send any other roots after that. It felt the absence of the prey.

At the same time, I went to the bedroom to sleep.

Meanwhile,

Inside the stone palace , the old man dressed in white cloth is looking at the daily reports before going to sleep.

Among the reports, there is a presence of the namelist as well. The namelist was given by the locals. There are also other lists in his hands.

Which records the name of the people who had accepted his tasks. As he went through both lists, his gaze paused at one in particular.

”A visitor dressed in a suit accepted the task of slaying the wanted criminal Theo Bernard,” He reads out the content.

But his face was filled with surprise. The wanted criminal was one of his enemies. He can’t take him down. Since the other party was hiding inside the forbidden area.

He didn’t expect someone to accept the task. He had the idea of using his magic to find out the identity of the person who picked his task.

But he shakes his head at the last moment. He knows each magic spell is valuable. He could use that spell tomorrow to solve someone’s problem.

So he doesn’t think it’s good to waste a magic spell.

So he left this matter aside. If the person comes back he will look into it. He then began to go through other names in the lists.

The following day,

I woke up inside the Gregor Mansion. Then I started doing the morning routine.

An hour later,

I appeared in the hall. I sat crosslegged on the ground to practise the mental method. I took the super grade mana stones out.

I held the two in both of my palms. Then I closed my eyes and started running the Gravity Ark Mental Method.

The grey mana particles from the super grade mana stones started entering the body. When enough mana particles appear inside the body.

I started guiding the mana particles according to the method. The gravity mana goes through my veins. After circulation the refined mana enters the mana core space.

The mana core space started to absorb the refined mana. Seeing that I continued to repeat the process.

Time passed,

I ended the practice a few hours later. Then I decided to look at the status panel.

The status panel appeared in front of my eyes. Then my gaze fell on the mana core. Seeing that mana core has reached 90%.

A hint of relief appears in my eyes. In a few more days, I might break through. Then I dismissed the status panel and began to get ready.

I stood up and went to get ready.

A few minutes later,

After getting ready, I appeared outside. It was daytime. The bright day light has illuminated the dark forest. I could see the dense vegetation and the forest around me clearly.

The monstrosity of the forests is even more clear now. The size of the trees and plants here had monstrous growth.

I started using the system to check the surroundings. Seeing that place was safe. I started walking.
