Global Doomsday: My house can be upgraded

Chapter 132 Prosperity

Chapter 132 Prosperity
Rush to the heavens and seek revenge from those gods?
forget it!Even a nine-headed worm can’t deal with it, let alone those gods...

”Lu Yuan, Lu Yuan...”

Shouts came from a distance, Lu Yuan thought for a while, pretended to be weak, and climbed up to the edge of the pool.

”I’m here…”

”oops!”

”I’ll go, Brother Yuan, what’s wrong with you? At least you’re wearing a pair of pants!”

Mo Xiaobei and the others who heard the sound from a distance saw Lu Yuan, Mo Xiaobei blushed and turned his head away with an oops.

Zhang Yu and Wan Hai, who were heartless, laughed along with it.

”I’m wiping, and I’m still laughing. Hurry up and find me a pair of pants.”

Lu Yuan rolled his eyes, and he didn’t care about pretending to be weak.

Fortunately, although the trousers are tattered, at least they can protect the eggs, otherwise it would be really embarrassing.

”Ha, I know that your kid has a lot of life.”

Li Wanlin, who was following them, came over and punched Lu Yuan in the chest.

If it wasn’t for Lu Yuan’s break just now, none of them would have escaped.

So he is still very grateful to Lu Yuan in his heart, but he is not very good at expressing it.

Soon someone brought the pants, and Lu Yuan put them on and went back to the motorcade with the others.

It’s a pity that the pair of wind control acceleration boots were blown up, and Lu Yuan also lost a life-saving skill of teleportation.

After returning to the convoy, Lu Yuan discovered that the reinforcements that Li Wanlin had been asking for had arrived.

This time, there was almost a regiment of troops here, and it was a heavily mechanized infantry regiment.

There are dark tanks and armored vehicles everywhere in the factory area, led by a middle-aged officer.

When he saw Lu Yuan, he came over and patted him on the shoulder, without saying anything, and let him go back to the ship to recuperate first.

Because of the war, the higher authorities considered the nuclear power plant to be unsafe.

In the end, I decided to collect some available materials here.

For example, the miniaturized nuclear power units, although Hualong No. [-] and No. [-], fell into the hands of Lu Yuan.

But there are still five or six such units in the power plant.

So this infantry regiment will be stationed at this power plant in the next few days, and cooperate with engineers and construction teams, and will not evacuate until the dismantling of this place is completed.

As for Lu Yuan and his party, they returned to Fangzhou City on the same day...

”Ugh...”

There is a long line of ships of all kinds waiting to enter the port.

The whole city is filled with the sound of ’jingling, clanging’ iron strikes.

Lu Yuan woke up amidst the roar of various voices...

He stepped out of the RV and came to the fence of the campsite, looking down at the harbor.

The city was busy all night, and various ships kept coming in and out of the port.

People and supplies are constantly being transported into the city.

Originally, Fangzhou City was just an inconspicuous small port in the north of Yan Kingdom, but now it has become the real largest port in the north.

Before the apocalypse, this small eighth-tier city had a population of only 30, but two months after entering the apocalypse, it has become a large city with a population of 300 million.

That’s right, according to current statistics, there are only ten cities in China with a population of over one million.

And Fangzhou City is the fourth most populous city in the northern region!
The increase in population not only brought greater pressure to the city, but also brought infinite vitality to the city.

The city is constantly expanding, and buildings and factories are rising.

The originally small port terminal has been expanded again and again.

Even on the coastlines on both sides of the city, three port terminals were newly divided according to functions.

For example, on the Liaohai side, three large wharves were newly built, including two cargo wharfs and a bulk wharf for fishermen to go fishing.

On the Red Sea side, three passenger terminals were built.

At the junction of the two seas, Changshan Port, the port with the best hydrological conditions, was directly transformed into a military port.

Changshan Port was originally a good natural port, and it used to be a naval base, but it was not taken seriously before, and it was only a second-line base of the navy.

Now, this place has become the power center of the entire city.

Needless to say, the area around the port, Hutou Mountain and Huwei Mountain surrounding the harbor, and Phoenix Mountain in front of the port are all military areas.

The military headquarters of Fangzhou City is located here, surrounded by a large barracks of [-] regular troops and [-] reserve troops.

In the port area, there are also steel mills, shipyards, repair plants, arsenals, canning factories and other military factories.

Along the periphery of the port area is Feng’an District, which is where the core parts of Fangzhou City’s yamen, planning, public security, hospitals, etc. are located.

Then to the north in turn is the residential area, the industrial area near the coastline on both sides, and the wharf.

Further north is Huangdaling, which separates Fangzhou City from the entire Haizhou Peninsula.

In the past, this hill with an altitude of more than 1000 meters was regarded as the number one obstacle for Fangzhou City to connect with Haizhou Peninsula and develop its economy.

But now this mountain range has become a natural barrier and an eternal city wall for Fangzhou City.

It is precisely because of this mountain range that the current Fangzhou City, which is a uniquely safe city, has been created.

After Lu Yuan and his party came back yesterday, they were placed in a barracks on the hillside of Hutou Mountain.

The mountain had been hollowed out long ago, and at the foot of the mountain was the Navy’s dock.

Lu Yuan and the others lived in the barracks on the mountainside last night, and several people were assigned to a small two-story building.

However, Lu Yuan couldn’t sleep in the middle of the night, and finally returned to his RV to sleep soundly.

Waking up in the morning, looking at the noisy and vibrant city outside, Lu Yuan suddenly felt hopeful again.

”It’s quite early!”

Li Wanlin came to Lu Yuan’s side with a cup of fragrant black coffee.

Lu Yuan took the coffee and took a sip, feeling refreshed: ”It smells so good!”

”Haha, that’s not right! This is the real Blue Mountain coffee, high-end coffee, we couldn’t afford it with our salary before.”

Li Wanlin said with a smile that after entering the end of the world, the treatment of soldiers has been greatly improved.

Soldiers are given priority, preferential treatment of military dependents is not empty talk at this time.

”Ugh...”

A whistle sounded on the civilian pier in the distance, and then hundreds of small boats of dozens of tons rushed out of the pier like a swarm and headed towards the ocean...

”Ha, now there are unowned cargo ships everywhere on the sea. The [-]-ton class are all small cases, and these guys don’t fish now.”

”The main purpose of their going to sea is to search for those unowned container ships... The coffee we drink is what they got back...”

Li Wanlin pointed to the small fishing boats rushing out to sea and said to Lu Yuan.

Lu Yuan also grew his mouth, no wonder!

Ever since he entered this city, he didn’t feel much of the depressing atmosphere of a dangerous city in the last days in the novel, but instead felt a kind of thriving energy.

Such a city spirit is rare in the last days!
