Falling For My Alpha Stepsister (GL)

April had been giving Angel that exact look for quite some time, and it was becoming increasingly annoying for the Alpha. She honestly had no idea when her Omega would finally stop asking those odd, uncomfortable questions. No matter how many times Angel tried to explain herself, April always found another way to bring up the same subject. It was beginning to feel like an endless conversation, one that neither of them could escape.

They were back home, inside their private bathroom, getting ready for bed together. Angel had just finished tying her wife’s dark hair into a neat bun, making sure none of the loose strands would bother April while she slept. Since her pregnant Omega had been looking tired all evening, Angel decided to help her brush her teeth rather than let her struggle with the task herself.

April stood quietly in front of her, allowing her Alpha to take care of her. However, her silence did not mean she had forgotten their earlier conversation. Angel could feel that intense stare burning straight into her face, and every time she glanced at April, she found those emerald eyes watching her closely.

”How long are you going to keep looking at me like that? I have already told you multiple times that I’m not telling you anything else about that. Your question really has no proper answer, so just let it go, April...” Angel said, rinsing the brush.

April couldn’t respond with her mouth busy, but that did not stop her from expressing herself. She simply raised her eyebrows and continued staring at her wife as though she expected Angel to change her mind at any moment.

Angel sighed inwardly. Her Omega could be incredibly stubborn when she wanted something, and this particular subject seemed to bring out that side of her more than anything else. Even after all the reassurance Angel had given her, April still wanted to know every little detail about her past.

”Okay, all done now. My beautiful wifey is completely ready for bed...” Angel said smoothly, finishing up with April’s teeth before guiding her out into the bedroom, where she helped her with some light, relaxing stretches so she could sleep comfortably.

Angel supported her carefully as April stretched her arms and relaxed her body. She paid attention to her wife’s comfort, knowing that pregnancy could leave April feeling tired and uncomfortable after a long day. Once they finished, Angel expected them to settle into their usual sleeping arrangement, but her Omega had something else in mind.

Instead of getting straight into the main bed, April went over and climbed into her private nest area. She arranged herself among the soft bedding, making herself comfortable without even looking back at the Alpha standing nearby.

”Okay, so we’re sleeping in the nest tonight...”

Angel picked up a pillow from the mattress and followed her wife over into the nest, but April immediately kicked her right out.

The Alpha paused, staring at the woman who had just rejected her without hesitation. For someone who had spent the entire evening demanding her attention, April certainly seemed determined to make things difficult now that Angel was willing to stay close.

”Alright then, the big bed it is. I’ll just sleep over there. Love you, baby...”

Angel pulled off her outer clothes and lay down on the mattress with a slight smirk on her face. She knew her wife well enough to understand that this little act of independence probably wouldn’t last long. April loved her nest, but she also loved being close to her Alpha, especially when Angel’s natural pheromones filled the room. Sooner or later, she expected her stubborn girl to come looking for her.

Angel settled against the pillows, making no effort to call April back. She simply relaxed and waited, confident that her wife would make her own decision. The bedroom grew quiet, and for a little while, April remained in her nest, probably hoping Angel would be the one to give in first.

It wasn’t even ten short minutes before April crawled out of her nest, crossed over to the big bed, and curled up beside her Alpha. She squeezed herself under Angel’s arm and wrapped both arms tightly around her waist, settling against her as though she had never intended to sleep anywhere else.

”Welcome back, Bebe...” Angel teased softly, leaning down to kiss her forehead.

”Shut up. You are so annoying...”

April tightened her hold, refusing to move away despite the embarrassment of being caught returning so quickly. Angel’s smile only grew wider. She could feel her Omega relaxing against her, and the familiar warmth between them made the little argument seem unimportant.

”Hmmm, my baby really can’t resist her Alpha wife...” Angel teased again, smiling in the dim room.

April lifted her head and looked at her. Even now, she still seemed to have something on her mind, and Angel could already guess what it was. Her wife had spent so much time trying to uncover details about Florence that she apparently couldn’t rest without hearing one final explanation.

”I promise I won’t cry if you tell me...”

Angel looked directly into her Omega’s emerald puppy eyes. She tried to hold on to her resolve, but April had always known how to reach the softer side of her. Eventually, the Alpha gave in and decided to answer honestly.

”That was my very first time back then, and I had no idea whether it was good or not. It was summertime, and I happened to be in Mexico for two short weeks. Sabrina and Carlos were teasing me non-stop because I was still a virgin back then, so Florence helped me out. That way, I could tease them right back by telling them I’d made out with a super hot woman. Whether she was my first, second, or third doesn’t matter at all to me. What matters is my current one right here...”

April listened carefully, studying Angel’s face as she took in the explanation. She had wanted answers for so long, yet hearing them now made her realize that the past wasn’t as important to her wife as she had imagined. Angel had been honest about what happened, and more importantly, she was holding April close as though there was nowhere else she would rather be.

”That really wasn’t so bad to tell me, and see, I’m not crying at all. My first matters a whole lot to me, and she happens to be my current one and also my forever...” April said, looking up at her Alpha.

”I’m really glad to hear that, Bebe. That first night really wasn’t about anything dirty. It was about the real connection we had and the time we spent together....” Angel said, holding her close.

April smiled as the memory returned to her. She could still remember how unexpected their connection had been and how differently she had viewed Angel at the beginning. What once seemed unbelievable had become the life they now shared, filled with love, teasing, and the little arguments that never lasted long enough to separate them.

”Yes, I remember it so vividly. You were right on top of me, and I was thinking to myself, I can’t believe I am letting this wild animal inside me. But at the exact same time, I was completely loving the moment...” April confessed with a low chuckle.

”Hahaha...” Angel chuckled out loud, playing with April’s nose as she teased her naughty Omega.

Her laughter slowly faded, and she began playing with April’s hair. Beneath her playful nature, Angel sometimes carried worries she rarely admitted aloud. She loved her wife deeply, but the thought of not being enough for April could still trouble her, even when there was no reason to doubt their relationship.

”You know, I always wonder what would happen if you ever found someone much better than me. It genuinely crosses my mind sometimes. You’ve only ever been with me, and...” Angel said softly, looking down at her Omega while playing with her hair.

April leaned right in and kissed the Alpha on her lips, completely shutting down her insecurities. She understood that Angel needed reassurance too, even if the Alpha usually acted confident enough to handle anything. Their worries were different, but neither of them was entirely free from them.

”Guess we’re both just a deeply insecure pair. Even I wonder sometimes if I’m really your greatest sex partner ever...” April said gently against her skin.

”Aww, no wonder you always ask all those unnecessary questions everytime. April, you are my absolute greatest love in this world. That is more than enough for me...” Angel admitted earnestly.

”And nobody is better than you. If it’s not your body and your heart, I don’t want anybody else’s ever...” April said, wrapping herself tighter around her.

”I love you so much, Mrs. January Del Rosario...”

”I love you too, Mrs. Del Rosario. Goodnight, my Papi...” April rested her heavy head comfortably against Angel’s chest.

”Goodnight, my love, and goodnight to you too, little Lucy May...” Angel said softly, gently touching her wife’s rounded bump as they drifted off to sleep.
