Quietly listening to Yu Zi Yu’s description, many Mutant Beasts’ eyes burned with fervor.

Most of these Mutant Beasts were recently subdued, during the frenzied expansion of Misty Mountains.

For example, the recently established Mutant Jackal Clan had five Tier-2s, and had thousand members. Then there was the Mutant Weasel Clan. Although they had just over a hundred members, each one was as fast as lightning. These Mutant Races were not very familiar with Misty Mountains because they had just joined. They only knew that the Nine Great Beasts ruled over Misty Mountains.

Not ten, but nine.

Many Mutant Beasts hadn’t even heard of the Tenth Great Beast, Lightning Dragon. Though, this was also because many Mutant Beasts had not ventured deep into Misty Mountains.

Let alone knowing about the mysterious Tenth Great Beast, they had only heard about the other Great Beasts and they had not seen them.

As for the Left and Right Guardian, the strongest Clan hidden deep underground—the Chimpanzee Clan, many Mutant Beasts hadn’t even heard of them.

Now, listening to Yu Zi Yu’s introduction, these new additions finally gained some understanding of Misty Mountains.

Meanwhile…

*Haaa…* A Human standing beside Qing Gang took a long, deep breath, trying to suppress the shock in his heart, his face completely pale. “Mr. Mayor, is this the horror of Misty Mountains?”

“Yes.” Nodding, Qing Gang’s corners of his lips rose into a smirk as he shot a meaningful glance at the young man.

His name was Hong Yue, a rare Tier-2 Superhuman of Crescent Moon City.

He was also one of the few Humans who recently voluntarily joined Qing Gang.

It wasn’t that he was afraid of death. Rather, he realized that Crescent Moon City under Misty Mountains’ rule wasn’t as bad as he had imagined.

Even the safety of many civilians was guaranteed.

Not only were there no more Mutant Beasts attacking the city, but there were also powerful Mutant Beasts protecting it.

As a result, the people could live and work in peace.

The sight of Crescent Moon City flourishing under Mutant Beasts’ rule truly left Hong Yue in shock.

Afterward, seeing Qing Gang’s sincere invitations, after much hesitation, he chose to join. Not for anything else, just to better protect Crescent Moon City.

However, at this moment, seeing the shock on Hong Yue’s face, Qing Gang grinned and added in a half-joking manner, “This is just a corner of Misty Mountains.”

Dropping these words, Qing Gang patted Hong Yue’s shoulder, warning in a solemn tone, “Believe me, Misty Mountains is much more terrifying than you can imagine.”

Qing Gang wasn’t making it up.

As the Elemental Commander, Qing Gang was Yu Zi Yu’s trusted confidant and naturally was aware of many secrets that the average Mutant Beasts had no idea about.

For example, the Dark Council lurking deep among Humans, a terrifying dark force that extended into Misty Mountains.

Then there were powerful Superhumans like the Iron Fist Tyrant–Benson, who had signed contracts with Misty Mountains. They could be considered a part of Misty Mountains to some extent.

Moreover, in the depths of the Arctic Region, there was the Mutant Orca Clan that had unified most of the sea there, as well as the Fox Clan in Green Hill….

There were numerous forces like this. Although not in Misty Mountains, they all, to some extent, obeyed the commands of Misty Mountains.

This was the true complete picture of Misty Mountain.

At this moment, casting a glance at the sea of Mutant Beasts, Yu Zi Yu started speaking again, “With Misty Mountains becoming stronger, we must establish so-called ‘rules’… Without rules, there can be no order. And we, Misty Mountains, as the pinnacle force, even more so have to do this.”

Saying so, Yu Zi Yu’s gaze shifted towards White Tiger crouching on a branch, “From today onwards, White Tiger will manage the judiciary of our Misty Mountains.”

“Yes, Master,” White Tiger shouted loudly, feeling somewhat excited.

The pair of wings on his back flapped fiercely, giving birth to countless sharp blades of wind with a thunderous boom, converging towards White Tiger.

From a distance, it looked as if the wind was really at his beck and call, setting off an indescribable aura of power around him.

However, just as many Mutant Beasts regained their senses, Yu Zi Yu’s voice echoed once again, “In Misty Mountains, we have the Prison Cave for imprisoning criminals. It’ll be now under Little White’s supervision, and she has the right to execute first, report later.”

“Yes, Master.” Giving out a long roar, a Flood Dragon, as if made of ice, soared into the sky.

Upon closer inspection, one could even see countless ice crystals sliding out of her tail, slowly disappearing into the distance, forming a cold, sparkling trail.

This added a hint of mystery to Little White, and this was indeed the case as well.

If it weren’t for Little White suddenly rising into the sky, most Mutant Beasts in Misty Mountains wouldn’t even know of her existence.

This was not only because Little White liked maintaining a low-key, but more importantly, she usually resided in the extremely cold Prison Cave.

Now, Yu Zi Yu gave her the privilege of ‘execute first, report later’, which affirmed her identity. After all, she was one of the few Apex Transcendents in Misty Mountains. Moreover, she was now only one step away from becoming a Tier-3. If she remained unknown, it would be Yu Zi Yu’s fault.

“I’ll leave the Prison Cave to you from now on,” reaffirming again, Yu Zi Yu looked at Little White with satisfaction.

She grew up under his gaze, and did not disappoint him. She had reached today’s heights in just a few years, even transforming into an Ice Elemental Flood Dragon

In terms of Innate Talent alone, Little White was only slightly inferior to the Lightning Dragon and Nine Tails with the Celestial Fox Bloodline.

After many Mutant Beasts got to know about Little White, Yu Zi Yu’s gaze shifted towards Bull Demon.

He remained as steady as always. He was even sitting cross-legged on Yu Zi Yu’s branch, seemingly cultivating quietly like he was asleep.

However, at this moment, as if sensing Yu Zi Yu’s gaze, he suddenly opened his eyes.

After a moment, he stood up on his own initiative and shouted aloud, “I respectfully greet the Divine Tree.”

“En.” Nodding slightly, Yu Zi Yu stated, “Bull Demon, from now on, the inner circle of Misty Mountains will be entrusted to you. Unless it’s something major, you don’t need to inform me.”

Dropping these words, Yu Zi Yu turned to the nearby Giant Prehistoric Crocodile, Old Fourth, and continued, “Old Fourth, you will be in-charge of guarding the outer circle of Misty Mountains from now on…”

“Yes…” Shouting in unison, Bull Demon and Sarcosuchus smiled at each other.

Being entrusted with such a heavy responsibility in front of everyone, one could imagine how highly their Master regarded them.

However, it was not surprising either.

Every time Yu Zi Yu left Misty Mountains, whether it was Bull Demon managing the internal region or Sarcosuchus managing the outer region, they always kept Misty Mountains in order. To some extent, it was not that Yu Zi Yu chose them, but rather they earned Yu Zi Yu’s approval.

When it came to loyalty, Bull Demon and Sarcosuchus were definitely second to none; no one dared to claim the first place. Therefore, Yu Zi Yu was naturally willing to entrust them with such heavy responsibilities.
