Demonic Po*nstar System

Chapter 263: Horrible Accusation

[Name: Kaiden Grey]

[Rank: 3 - Star]

[Class: Paragon of Sin]

[Level: 20 -> 24 - XP: 912/24000]

[Stats]

{Vitality: 50 -> 60}

{Strength: 58 -> 68}

{Agility: 57 -> 67}

{Endurance: 52 -> 62}

{Mana: 40}

{Magic: 40}

4 levels in a single day, in the level 20s at that. It was a monumental day of leveling up.

The dungeon was throwing desperate enemies at them who weren’t always in perfect condition to fight. They were very likely trying to get away from the thing the Crimson Handmaiden had labeled as ’The Heart.’

Though that did not mean their encounters were easy, not at all. Cornered beasts were the most dangerous and unpredictable, after all. What made their progress so quick was the rate of hostile encounters that were expedited by the monsters’ desire to leave the inner parts of the dungeon.

As for Kaiden’s choice of Stat investments, he decided to give priority to physical stats over magical ones this time around. Pride Stance was immensely powerful, and the Mana stat was always beneficial to have no matter the stance he was in, but Physical stats would always be useful even without casting spells.

For now, Kaiden’s magical capabilities were not enough for him to justify prioritizing mage stats over warrior ones. He simply lacked enough spells to cast. Unlike Nyx, Aria, and Bastet, he and Luna relied more on their melee skills.

”Level 24 already?! Good job, Kai!!” Aria beamed at him with an otherworldly gorgeous expression. Her eyes were practically sparkling with delight and pride in her boyfriend.

The silver-haired beauty even bounced a few times on her butt where she sat, as if she were witnessing the birth of a new star. Her blush, faint and adorable, bloomed across her pale cheeks. ”Four levels in one day!”

She let out a dreamy sigh, looking at Kaiden like he just won a global tournament without breaking a sweat.

*Plop.*

A soft thump signaled Luna landing her perky behind squarely in Kaiden’s lap. She did it wordlessly, but her actions practically vibrated with possessiveness. She leaned back and gave Aria a sideways glance filled with just the right amount of bite.

”Stop dickriding already... What are you, a damned fangirl? It’s as if I was listening to that ’Kaiden’s Wife’ chick glaze him for the whole duration of the stream as she always does,” she said with a dry tone while brushing a strand of her purple hair behind her ear. ”I’m pretty sure you’re also level 24 or just about to be, so why are you acting as if he suddenly turned level 100?”

The mood instantly shifted.

Aria’s giddy cheer dimmed at first, then completely evaporated. A cloud passed in front of the serene moon.

Her smile flattened. Her gaze sharpened.

Aria tilted her head, making her silver hair cascade over her shoulder as her whole body language emitted nothing but danger alarms. ”You’re not one to talk about dickriding... Have you even looked at where you’re seated, miss?”

Luna didn’t even have to blink at the Moon Valkyrie’s hostile tone and words. Her smirk only widened, and mischief danced in her eyes.

”In MY boyfriend’s lap,” she replied smugly. ”What about it? At least I’m honest with what I want: his love and affection, both physical and emotional. I want to feel his warmth as I rest in his arms after a long day of dungeon combat. There’s nothing wrong with that, is there? But what about you? I can’t tell if you’re his actual girlfriend or just one of the numerous fangirls.”

She leaned toward Aria and practically purred the next line right into the woman’s ears, ”If you’re the latter, better get in line behind Alice as the number two fangirl, princess~”

Aria’s eyes narrowed.

Her fingers drifted toward her staff.

Luna, to her credit, didn’t flinch. In fact, she straightened her spine as if daring the moonlight mage to try something.

It was clear the Storm Valkyrie was a bit agitated from being pranked and outplayed by Nyx before, hence her combative mood. The gamer girl was ready to throw hands with anyone.

The tension was electric.

And then... *smack.*

A heavy hand came down on both their heads with a solid thud.

”Ow!”

”H-hey!”

Kaiden’s hands rested firmly atop both of them. The pressure was still gentle and loving, but he used more power than ever before when he petted their heads. His presence, usually so warm and tender when it came to caressing his beloved women, was suddenly weighty.

A chill swept across the pair as the two women froze, realizing they might’ve gone a bit overboard with their bickering.

”Ladies, I’m flattered. Really. But no catfights in the highly irregular D-tier dungeon while we’re surrounded by questionable allies, alright?”

A few more strokes of their lush hair occurred, each motion lessening the friction between the two women. Seeing he was successful, Kaiden smirked, ”Leave catfighting for when we leave this damned place in one piece and you find yourselves naked on the harem bed. I’ll even volunteer to be the referee.”

Aria looked away first, with her cheeks turning red. ”K-Kai... Don’t even suggest such a perverted thing...”

Luna rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue. ”What did you expect from this dude? He might’ve become more serious and responsible in recent times, but never-ever allow yourself to forget that we’re dealing with a horndog who willingly became a pornstar just to do it with hot chicks. He threw away his incredible privileges of being born into a billionaire family only to put his balls on the internet.”

”!!” Aria gasped. Her eyes became wide with realization, and her hands clutched near her chest as if she’d just stumbled upon some dark secret. In reality, she’d always been aware of this truth, just chose to remain in blissful ignorance.

”That’s... true...” she murmured. Her delicate brows furrowed in conflicted emotion as she slowly turned toward Kaiden. ”Kai, we never really spoke about your motives to do that at length, we just left it as you finding it a ’fun’ occupation... But you really were a big pervert, isn’t that correct?”

Kaiden opened his mouth to respond, but Luna wasn’t done. Her grin stretched from ear to ear as she began rubbing her perky butt playfully against his lower half in pure excitement and delight at getting the chance to team up with her friend to bully their lover.

”I bet his room was nasty as hell,” she said with a sing-song tone, practically radiating mischief. ”My dude probably stroked it to porn twelve times a day. I mean like, standing ovation levels of filth. I just hope he at least had basic hygiene standards. But honestly...”

She gave a thoughtful little hip roll that made Kaiden painfully aware of the fact that he was in danger.

”... based on the fact this perv managed to slip on a banana peel and break his neck, I’ve got some pretty strong doubts about his dorm’s cleanliness.”

The air went silent.

Aria’s eyes narrowed.

Her usually warm, forgiving gaze clouded just enough to make Kaiden sweat.

Then, at long last, he chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of his neck with a sheepish grin. ”Okay, okay. Look...”
